This property is by the star in frisco we expected more from Hilton The restaurant and bar was closed we had to go to another hotel for dinner The room was clean but not stocked The staff at night were respectful of less then helpful These are all correctable issues it would be nice if they did

Loved the property and the location. We will visit again if the ACM’s are near this location again. The only issue I have is that the bar closing at 8pm. That is very early for a hotel bar. I can see 10pm as being a better time.

Very pleasant hotel and staff. A quiet boutique hotel for a weekend away with my husband. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious. There is not a pool on site. And the parking is very limited. There is one parking garage. $15 of you self park in there and $30 is you valet. But there is also parallel street parking around the hotel. A little bit of a walk and not too many spaces available. But we didn’t have a problem finding one all weekend. But we also didn’t stay out late. Usually was home around 9pm after dinner.

Different meaning to 'open concept' as the bathroom is open to the entry area with no door on the potty/shower room. There is a barn door separating the entry/bath area from from the bedroom. There was a rail for the potty room door but no door. Only had 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. Bed was too soft and not even (rolled to low spot), Long walk around the hotel to entry from the parking garage.

HOLY HELL Where to even begin. This is the most over priced and over rated hotel. They have zero room service, you have to pay extra for parking, restaurant closed on the weekends... why even stay here? Never again.

The overall stay was fine! Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast food the hotel offered was delicious. The only thing was that the AC wasn’t properly working in the room in the middle of the night. And the most crucial was that the sheets did not smell clean at all. It smelled as is if they hadn’t been washed properly.

The rooms were very nice. The hotel itself present itself well. The rooms were cool and comfortable. The shower was amazing. The parking garage was relatively convenient and made me feel safe leaving my car there however at $22 per night was more on the expensive side that I was looking for. Additionally, The room wasn’t all that clean when we moved in. There were stains around the toilet shower, and on the cabinet where the TV is. I’ve had better breakfast for free at other hotels of the same type, this one charged $18 per person. Ultimately, it was a good stay.

Fairly new property, but cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Water bottles under the bed, grocery bag, stuffed in the ice bucket, small stain splatters on the bathroom wall, dusty. It’s like a new car that just needs a good washing. Staff was very helpful and nice.

First off-- it is valet only and the cost is $28.00. Second-- the "terrace" is a patio off of the front of the hotel. Third-- we had three separate rooms and two of those rooms had someone else's hair on 2 of the queen pillows. Lastly-- it is a cashless hotel, which makes no sense to me for a service company.

Very nice setup in the standard king rooms! Doesn’t tell you this but it has a couch for a 3rd or 4th guest, depending on how you sleep. Water pressure in the shower was weak; that’s my only complaint! Thanks for the staff for being warm and inviting!

We were really looking forward to our vacation and our stay at the Canopy but we faced a few inconveniences during our stay. Our main issue was the AC not working. When walking into the room, we noticed it was very hot even though the thermostat was set to 74. We lowered it and left for the evening. When we came back into the room, we noticed it was still hot and the AC never lowered to our desired temperature. We notified the staff in the morning and they quickly got it taken care of; however it was not staying on. The next two nights we kept having to wake up every hour or so to turn off the AC and turn it back on because that was the only resolution we found. All in all, mainly a maintenance issue. But when notifying the staff at time of checkout of the still existent problem, they did not seem to care. Just wish there was a bit more hospitality at the end.

The bartender was amazing. Stayed a little late for a wedding party and he was so fun and had a great attitude! Our room however was so HOT.. we woke up sweating multiple times throughout the night. Couldn’t get the AC fan to stay on and didn’t seem to cool off at all

Beautiful brand new property (2023). Nice cafe and bar downstairs. All customary amenities are there. Two issues that should be easily addressed. 1) shower water pressure is terrible 2) although the thermostat seems adjustable, it doesn’t appear to do anything. My room was cool enough at night, but the temp was set at 64F. I will stay here again even because the price is right with a very good overall experience.

From the time you walk into the property until you leave, this is a fantastic Hotel. The Staff was great and friendly and went out of their way to help us. I love the layout of the hotel; there is not much walking to be done inside, as the elevators are right by the check-in desk. You can walk to dinner if you choose since there are many restaurants right there. We were there because my daughter had surgery and they made sure we jnew the easiest way to get to the surgery center the day we left. All the valets were great and took care of my truck with great care. I definitely will be looking for this hotel again if I ever need to stay in Frisco again.

Front desk, Rudy, was rude. He was not welcoming and seemed put off by asking for a new pillow because the one we had hair all over it. There was a lot of false advertising. The forced valet parking was expensive and they wanted you to pay for it each time you got your car in and out which was ridiculous. They claim to have a “terrace” which is really only a small patio off the front of the hotel. No luxury at all.

First off, the room was very clean and looked beautiful. They nailed it on that side. The staff though is complete garbage. They have “Valet” service that is the absolute worst thing in the world. They say it’s 24/7…but will allow both to go on break at the same time. Then you’re stuck waiting 30 mins for your vehicle. They told me multiple times the valet was in the process of getting my car. Only to find out they were around the corner sleeping and eventually had to come get my keys. I complained and was fed an excuse that they were a third party who had their own management. Explained if they plan to contract with a garbage service, that is a reflection on them too. Completely inconvenient.

There was an issue with the booking. Expedia didn’t send the right information which caused a delay in payment for the hotel. The hotel said that would contact Expedia but they attempted to run my personal debit card until it overdrawn and they would not answer the phone at all after I tried to clear it up. I only found out about the issue when they didn’t email or print me a receipt upon checkout. I felt this was horrible customer service and would never book due to charges debited without my knowledge.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Canopy hotel. The staff was very friendly. I didn't like the way you had to request your car through a link because every time I tried it kept bringing me to the payment page even though they said I only had to pay once a day. The area around the hotel was super close to stores and restaurants it was quiet and a seemingly safe area.

The room and check in was awesome. The only downside is that breakfast is 18$ a person. And parking is 22$ overnight which we did not know. So we ended up paying over 70$ in parking in addition to paying for the hotel.

Parking cost and location was terrible. Way too expensive and actually, NO NEED to charge at this facility. Breakfast was advertised as free and ended up costing $40 for two people. It included a few scrambled eggs, 2 small pancakes and some bacon. Total cost to prepare the meal, probably $8. They charged us $40. Never going back

The Canopy was fantastic. Staff was extremely kond and helpful. The valet services and team were excellent. Housekeeping was great even with a little language barrier. Breakfast great au Union 45. All that was missing was a little more comfortable seating for when y0u werent in the bed. I will be back
