There are a number of hotels in the area, and I think you would be best served to pick any other than this one. The pool is broken. The front desk lady was fine, but the guy in the evening was rude. The beeping fire detector woke the entire family up at 4 am and had to be disconnected. The police incident and operations in the parking lot put us on edge, not to mention the bloody napkin lying near the elevator. The cable was out for an entire afternoon/night. We were distracted by our purpose in the area, but this place is not cared for and the customer service sucked.

It’s an older property. One elevator was broke and the other sounded like it was about to break. Room was clean but dingy and older definitely time for an update. Lobby was filled with unsupervised kids. I noticed there was a huge soccer field behind hotel and realized all the kids staying at hotel were probably from the tournament going on back there.

We just wanted to swim and relax so the pool was the main reason we picked this hotel. The smell of chlorine when we entered wasn’t overwhelming so we thought okay it smells clean at least. The rooms wasn’t fancy maybe average or slightly below. I suggest bringing ur own beach towels for the pool because theirs r very small and hard to find. The pool? Well it looked good but I couldn’t stay n there due to COPD. CHLORINE WAS DANGEROUSLY HIGH! I stayed maybe 15 minutes with the doors open and had to leave. Headache, eyes burning and my husband said his skin was burning after getting into the hot tub. I went to front desk to complain about the chlorine odor and asked them if they could check the levels and was told I was the only one who has complained and it must just be me. Well I insisted they check their levels and guess what?????? The pool was closed shortly after! The main reason we stayed there?????? Maybe next time? I’m just ready to be able to swim outside and not have to worry about chlorine buildup n the enclosed areas!

Comfort Suites did a great job! They had our room ready, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. They had all the amenities advertised, though the fitness room A/C was busted making a workout quite the hot-workout. Still, they did such a great job, I won’t complain.

Our room was huge and pictures on website don’t do it justice. We were in a two bed suite with pull out couch bed. Pool was fantastic, baby area only 10 inches deep, main pool area and a nice hot tub with rock feature that flowed water down into the pool. Normal hotel hot breakfast was ok. Bed was kinda hard. Staff was all very friendly.

Overall a pretty good stay. It is right on a busy road so walking is an option but a challenge beyond anything close. One of two elevators didn't seem to work, breakfast has pretty good options, the hotel overall appeared to be in good repair and clean.

My wife is disabled so I booked an accessible room with a separate tub and shower. That is a not what I got. I got a standard room so my wife was unable to bathe during our stay. Also only one elevator was working so the wait time for the elevator was quite long at times. Once I timed it at 14 minutes. We will not stay there anymore.

Great late check in by Chris. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast good. Unfortunately this was a birthday trip and the pool shut down before we could use it. Autistic birthday person NOT happy. At check out the reservationist didn't realize the pool was closed. No discount or apology offered. I know things happen but at least make some acknowledgement or something.

I was disappointed in this room. The sofa sleeper was dirty with stains, bathroom floor was sticky and the entire room needed vacuuming. The phone looked like there was coffee spilled on it. When I went to make coffee, there was so much debris in the coffee maker, it was gross! Beds weren’t great either, disappointed for sure in this stay!

This place was fantastic to stay at for the price you pay. We stayed two nights in a two queen suite so it also included a sofa. The room was very well kept and clean. The lobby area was very nice. There was a pool but we didnt venture down to it but it was busy with people. Hallways and elevators were very well kept. Ice machine worked well on our floor. There was a washer and a dryer but one of them was broken. I noticed it while getting ice. Shower and bathroom were very clean and well kept. Pleanty of parking onsite and was easy to get to. It was right off the highway so there was some noice from that. Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, bacon, texas shape waffles and much more. Overall a fantastic place to stay and if I ever go to the frisco area we will definitely stay at this place.

The sofa couch was stained to the point we did not want to sit on it. When we undid the sofa to pull out the sofa bed, there were crumbs, chips, food debris all over it. The matress had a spot that appeared to be dried up vomit. It was disgusting! Can you plese make sure the cleaning staff attends to the sofa couch as well? A vacumme? The pool did not have towels for 2 days. There was food and crumbs around the tables. The pool furniture was broken and not safe to sit on. The bathrooms near breakfast area did not have toilet paper and were not clean. The front desk staff, however was very attentive except for the gentleman who worked on Saturday Day shift. I asked for the possibility of an early check in and he said "absolutely not". He didn't even ask what kind of room I needed. The buiding/parking lot was empty and he said, "I have over 100 people asking me for an early check in" The lobby nor the parking lot ever had this amount of people so why could I not check in early? I would have been happy to pay an additional charge to have done so.

The staff were great. The bed was very firm and comfortable. The AC was good but noisy at times. The water pressure was good. The couch in my room was awful. The room was clean and smelled fine. The hall on the 2nd floor smelled like bleach and mildew, and one day those smells with lemon. Very awful. I was congested the whole time I was there and now I am wondering if it was the hall.

Be sure to get a room on the back of the hotel. The odd numbered rooms face the highways, and the road noise is constant. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Lots of dining options within walking distance.

Overall I have no complaints. The place was clean, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The water was hot during my showers. It was very quiet and the staff was great. My only gripe was the bed was HORRIBLE. I never got a good nights rest. The mattress was so damn hard. I woke up every morning with my back killing me.

I would like to report an incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel. This morning, after going down for breakfast (which was excellent), my key card stopped working — I believe it may have been demagnetized from being close to my phone. When I went to the front desk for assistance, I was attended by a tall man with a beard who was initially quite rude, stating that he couldn’t open the door for me because I didn’t have an ID with me. I understand there are security protocols, but I believe the situation could have been handled in a more professional and courteous manner, especially since I had simply gone downstairs for breakfast and was still within the hotel premises, accompanied by my children. After the uncomfortable interaction, he then asked for my information and resolved the issue. The woman at the front dear was very unpleasant at check in. She acted like it was an inconvenience and said she had just sat down in the back when I apologized for saying "excuse me" when there was no one at the front desk when I came to check in. That same evening, my daughter and I brought food back to the hotel to eat in the lobby at 9:30pm and she turned the lights out on us. She was so rude and told us to eat in our rooms.

Went for a soccer tourney and the fields we played on was right behind us, walking distance, a lot of dining walking distance as well. Overall good location at a good rate, also no hidden 200 dollar deposit like majority of hotels.

Property was located directly on one of the major freeways, so I was concerned about the noise level, but the Front Desk clerk was happy to give us a room on the back side of the hotel which faced the park and not the freeway. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was excellent! Front desk agent was very kind with directions and recommendations to different places in the area.

The beds were worn down but we slept ok. The room was smaller then I thought it would be, being a suite. The pool and hot tub was great and relaxing! Mini food shop has anything we needed for snacks and drinks. Check in was quick overall good stay. Breakfast was good but was the same all 3 nights.

The front desk ladies were not welcoming at all. Our room didn\'t have a "do not disturb" hanger, which was fine since I read that they don\'t do housekeeping unless asked. I didn\'t ask and they came and cleaned the room? The "free breakfast" wasn\'t a hot one. It was more of a continental breakfast then what was described. day 1, nothing was made at 630am we waited until 650am and had to leave. Day 2 they had scrambled eggs but the ham was cold, i guess they forgot to turn on the burner. Parking was limited (our weekend) and room was ok.

The front desk woman at arrival was the BEST. All staff were amazing. Breakfast could have been a lot better. Pool and hot tub had hair balls and lots of scum, hot tub temperture was perfect. The room was soo cold, no extra blankets either.

This facility is in an older area, but it was very clean and appeared well cared for. The staff were courteous and helpful. They served a full and tasty breakfast. Word is out about this place because it seemed there was always someone checking in and the breakfast area had people queuing up to get their food.
