Overall this property was great for the stay. We were visiting for the week and chose this location due to area and proximity of where we were visiting. There were some minor issues (one of the exterior doors that should be locked was missing lock allowing anyone to walk in, sink stopper was broken in the room, there were stains on pillow cases) but nothing major. The staff is very kind and extremely helpful.

We were disappointed to find the pool wasn’t open, and breakfast was picked up by 9:00 on weekdays. Also disappointed that First Responder and AARP discounts were not accepted.

The sheets and towels were clean but the rest of the room was not. I dropped something under the bed and went to retrieve it but the amount of disgust under the bed made me sick. There was food under the bed, toys, amongst a plethora of other unknown items. The bathroom was also in a horrific state. There was loads of hair and toothpick flossers. I was astounded and disgusted by it. I know we didn’t pay much but for how dirty it was I’d say we should have paid half.

This property was absolutely filthy. The rooms smelled awful. I was with my family and we transferred rooms after being in the original room less than 2 minutes. The second room was the same and we left. Absolute dump of a hotel, avoid at all costs.

The room is in need of an actual cleaning. We found socks in the freezer, mold accroos the walls in the bathrrom, dust everywhere, and a baggage tag in the refrigerator from a previous guest. You can not telll me they cleaned the room in-between guest. Absolutely not worth the price we paid.

Hotel looked nice and clean. Woke up to roaches climbing up the wall, on the bed, dresser, floor, and nightstand. My advice is hire an exterminator stat.

To expensive for what was offered. Terrible breakfast, was not properly inducted or oriented to the amenities available, awful view out the window, to blinds or shutter so morning light just kills you, unstable wiffi, small tv, tiny and dreadfull soap, phone didnt work at room… honestly a motel would have been better.

Keeping in mind that this hotel is a little dated, but currently in the process of renovations: It wasn't bad, the toilet rocked back and forth, the bathroom faucet was loose, some light wear and tear here and there, the windows were foggy/milky, the interior glass enlosung a little catwalk type area by the elevators was dirty, the tub was slippery as if the grippy stuff had worn off. Nothing really to degrade a stay, just little things, I feel, should be kept up. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast area was nice. We were there for the eclipse, and they had a nice open, grassy area we were able to set our lawn chairs up and watch the event. I would give it an 8- based on current condition and I'm sure will be nicer once renovations are complete.

TVs are old . My HDMI would not connect . Called front desk . Said they had customers & would check back with me . I never heard from them again . Woke up to a fire alarm at 6am . Left room came back & had multiple items missing . Called front desk and all they said was sorry . None of my items were valuable thankfully but they went missing and no one took accountability for them . They were most likely thrown away so I don’t want to say it was theft but the room got cleaned & my items that were clearly not trash disappeared . Not ok .

The room was blazing hot when we entered. The thermostat read 79 degrees and I had a devil of a time adjusting the thermostat. It took a good 10 minutes for the system to switch from “heat” to AC. Then my wife discovered a used face cloth folded up as if fresh and washed. It had lipstick stains/remains on it and should have been discovered during the cleaning. The small utility sink strangely was semi-clogged with hair, causing it to drain slowly. I used a coffee stir stick to pull the gunk out. The staff was helpful and polite.

The hotel was decent for our purposes. Only issue is right next to Preston Rd at least 3-4 lanes each side (55 mph). Was a bit noisy but not intolerable. Probably best to ask for a room not close to the busy side. For people with kids, please please be careful. The windows on the second floor open and there is no landing or window guard. Our window was left open and would have been easy for a climber to just hop on AC and out they fall. I am not sure why window guards aren't a code standard to avoid an accidental fall.

Check in time took longer than expected. It also only had one person at the front counter. There was an issue with them accepting my car type and once in at 3 o’clock with our check in our room wasn’t ready till 445. The room was tidy, but cleaning this in the bathroom was not very good around the toilet around the floor was like a cracking like when she stepped on it it lifts up of course Lance has staining on it, and there was dust. We were in a hurry so we didn’t get to fully expect the room, but those are the first things offsite was the bathroom stains and the cracking of the floor and the water pressure from the shower elevator looks very beaten and it makes some noise but the lobby was clean. It was a rainy day, but it was still clean. The walls are very thin. You can hear the person on the room next to you having a conversation Because I’ve been on better comfort suites I would not visit this one or say again based off of the clue, this was not superior.

Noisy. Guests were quite noisy 2 out of three night we were there until 4-5 in the morning. Apparently the walls are quite thin. Got very little sleep those nights.

When I combine the super clean room, instant hot water in the shower, the very nice fluffy towels & the breakfast it makes this stay unforgettable. Location is great, everything close by, within 5-10 minutes drive of everythings (Shopping Malls, Walmart, Sam's and all types of different restaurants). Very friendly staffs, clean and pretty nice room.

3rd floor room, nice elevated ceiling. Sorely lacking hooks in bathroom. Mild mildew smell in bathroom. Breakfast may have been the worst we've had--no fruit, weak coffee, half of the days there were no eggs (they didn't run out). On no-eggs days, they served sausage patties AND links, and biscuits that were okay. Buffet staff was very nice. Front desk staff seemed out of it. Tried to get a south-facing room and were told rooms are issued randomly, and we couldn't make a request. New carpet throughout!

They have most facilities but breakfast strictly closes by 8:59 am itself everyday and housekeeping doesn't happen even for week long stays. I stayed for a week and it’s upto me to change towels, sheets, trash bins otherwise the hotel staff wouldn’t bother!

Breakfast wasn't ready at 6am. Had to wait till 7am twice cause the person didn't have it ready was late for our antique show twice. The elevator didn't work Sunday morning and my husband and me had to take our things down three floors and he has medical issues. We request a free stay at our next motel due to the inconvenience that we had to deal with. And the worker on Saturday and Sunday morning was rude
