There wasnt anything really bad about property except maybe parking and appearance of shower... Parking- Convenient and no charge BUT it's open to people to park and walk along the park/water, limiting spots for hotel customers Shower Appearance- Shower was GREAT, temperature and easy to use, but the ceiling could be painted or something cuz it's unappealing... Overal, the hotel is a 9, would recommend...

I loved the friendliness of the front desk staff. The room was great and the food hot and delicious. The pool is undesirable at best. It's nothing more than a hot tub on steroids. If I can stand up in the deepest end and two people can outstretch their arms and reach from side to side, it's not a pool!

Great location and easy access to shopping and dining. My stay was short but my room was very spacious. It was unusually cold, temps in the 20’s and I could not get the heat to turn on in my room. The hotel offered a free shuttle to Toyota Stadium for the FCS Championship game which was really nice.

We've stayed here over a dozen times over the past few years and this was our first negative experience at this hotel. It's a convenient and nice hotel that we typically enjoy. Upon getting into our room (217) we noted a slight odor but did not find the source until after settling in the for the night when we noticed in bare feet that the rug was wet. There appears to be a leak from the HVAC system in the room that had soaked the rug and made some of the floor tiles near the window squishy. Underneath the rug it was apparent that the rug had been wet for an extended time and that there was mold under the rug - which is what the smell could be attributed to. Looking more closely we did note a piece of broken glass on the floor - but do not believe the glass to be associated with the moisture problem due to the evidence of extended moisture exposure on the underside of the rug. We alerted the front desk to the issue, and they stated that they would have maintenance check into this issue. If we do decide to stay at this location again - we will be doing a thorough check on the status of the room prior to unpacking and settling in.

Before bed, we noticed some water on the floor. We assumed our daughter spilled a bit from her water bottle, so we wiped it up and and went to sleep. In the morning, I woke up, put my feet on the floor to a squish. I turned on the lights to realized water had seeped up between the vinyl tile on the floor! I called the front desk for assistance. They brought only three towels. I was told they knew it was an issue with the second floor. Thanks for the heads up! Some overnight bags on the floor were soaked. Awesome. Love waking up to mystery fluid.

The lobby was beautiful and smelled fresh throughout the facility. I noticed the decorative bed covering on both beds were dirty. The white comforter also had stains therefore I requested another one. Staff said they are low due to the hotel was booked but was able to find one which I was pleased. 2 of the pillows didn’t appear to be fresh so I removed them. On the day of checkout we noticed yellow fluid stains on 1 bed and old dried blood drips on the other while we were looking for our belongings. To sum it up, the room was clean but the bedding had not been changed.

We booked this hotel due to it being across the street from the Comerica Center and we were attending a competition for my daughter. The desk gentleman was pleasant, the parking is close to the front, the lobby is nice, elevators were working and clean. For some reason when we booked i apparently booked a handicapped room which was fine, besides the shower but would've been appropriate for a disabled person. The room was nice i do t k ow if it hadn't been used in a while but it was really dusty and there was hair on the pillow and a stain on the comforter. We just didnt use rhe pillow and didnt notice the stain until the next day. When booking the room you can add on breakfast for an additional charge we did but didn't realize it was a cook to order breakfast and we had to be somewhere early and they didnt open till 7am so we didnt get to use it. Also we were charged $15 for an extra person charge even tho we had a double bed that sleeps 4 adults and there were only 3 of us. Would i stay here again probably not there are other options for less money.

Room always seemed humid despite temp on thermostat. Front desk staff was friendly. Really liked that they have texting which made making requests or getting information a quick and easy breeze! Note: even though rooms do not come with a refrigerator you can request one from the front desk. I would definitely stay there again.

The first night was rough for us because the guests next door were making out through the night creaming and shouting. And this is because the way the rooms are made … there is no sound proof at all. In the morning we complained at the front desk to be relocated to a corner room upstairs. This hotel is nice and clean but the walls should be sound proof. But, we were happy with room 500.. very quiet and peaceful. Staff were amazing, house keeping was perfect. I would recommend there take serious consideration in this matter. The rooms on 2nd floor are meant to be connecting room and should be assigned to one family not two different guests. Over all, we had a good stay.

I reserved a suite. The room had a bedroom and an outer room. For some reason, the outer room does not have a sofa and chair - instead it has a table and four chairs - why? Does the hotel think I'm playing poker every night? Other than that - great place to stay.

Great view that was in short distance of a variety of activities, restaurants, shopping and attractions. Room temperature was great and room was comfortable. Only thing missing was a mini fridge but this was hardly a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo, Frisco, when I arrived I gave the receptionist my last name. He was unable to locate any reservations for me. I showed him my confirmation number still nothing. He was finally able to find my information and he mentioned Expedia had not done their part whatever they do in providing the hotel with the booking info. He was finally able to confirm my reservation and from there on everything went smooth. I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive to every detail. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations, and I look forward to returning soon!"

Did not get greeted at the front desk for a solid 20 minutes. The staff was in the bar assisting others and completely ignored us. We waited to get our keys and get checked in and eventually someone came to assist us with no apologies 25 minutes later. Not a good first impression.

I had the most scariest time of life - actually at 2:30 am someone came inside my hotel room !! Seems like the staff at the from desk allocated the same room !! I was so scared two people opened the door and switched on the lights - trust me I was scared for my life !! The front desk people were the best. Lobby is inviting. My husband and I had a room and my sister was across the hall. We enjoyed meeting downstairs for coffee and breakfast, and were served often by the same sweet girl (Vanessa?) who also did room service. She was so pleasant and worked A LOT. We will stay again when visiting.

The hotel is nice, staff was friendly but not always available. I needed wash cloths and towels I called downstairs no one answered. I called three more times over a 15 min span. No answer, Called back once more was told they would be up 10 min. 30 min later , my sister went down and waited for someone to help her. No one was at the desk for some time. Same issue for a blanket needed, had to go down and waited close to 20 min for someone to come to the desk. Shower was a little dated, but overall, the property was nice and clean. I would say the biggest issue is the staff being available. However, my encounters with the staff were always pleasant. There was some very loud guest at night, extremely noisy and arguing, however these were guests, I don't blame the establishment for that, just know if someone is arguing, you will hear it as well

Location, location, location!!! It was a great stay. Minor cosmetics, but overall great condition. The location is very convenient. There is a shopping center, and plenty of other activities all within a 10 minute radius. We will definitely book again.

The hotel was a great place to stay! We enjoyed that the location was so walkable and pretty. They are a block away from Comerica center and have a nice walking trail/pond right next to the hotel with carp which were fun to see! We especially loved the bar/restaurant staff. Food and drinks were great! Damien was friendly, funny, and ensured we were taken care of all night, every night! The only complaint we have is regarding having to pay for breakfast. We didn’t end up paying and bought our own breakfast elsewhere. Not a huge deal, and we would definitely book the hotel again, but it would’ve been nice to have a free breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay, though was surprised the hotel’s restaurant food was not very good. I had the shrimp tacos and had to literally spit out the shrimp in the first bite it was so gross. My husbands omelet at breakfast was overcooked in oil and had a bad taste to it. Besides those things, everything else was great.

The lobby was lovely. Check-in was easy. The room looked good but had a few scuffs and chipped finishes. The elevator had some kind of food smear inside all of our stay. We were promised a pool but it was not available. The bar was nice but the bartender had no help on a Friday night. Breakfast Saturday morning was strictly okay. Not bad but not great. The two waiters were overworked and we had to sit at a dirty table. There is no self-serve coffee in the lobby, and the coffee seved with breakfast was poor. They wouldn’t accept cash, which I’m pretty sure is against federal law. The bed was nice and the “premium” room was pretty good. I didn’t have a bad stay, but I paid over $220 for a night and was assured it was a premium hotel. This was maybe mid 3-star at best.

The first morning, Saturday, an awesome breakfast was served in 15-20 minutes. Staff were polite and attentive. Different story on Sunday morning as it took over 45 minutes to receive our food and staff weren’t engaged. We left for the airport feeling rushed and disappointed.
