The hotel stay was excellent. Everywhere we went in the place, someone was cleaning or polishing, even the elevators. The room was spotless with nice furnishings and a great bed. The free breakfast was good with more items than other hotel breakfast, including an omelette station, French toast and pancakes. The pool area was nice with hot tub, slide and steam room. There was also a fitness room and an outdoor patio with bbqs and glass fireplaces. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. 10/10.

Staff were very friendly. Hot breakfast was in line with other hotels in this price range. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Some electrical outlets in the room were very loose and may have been worn out as we couldn't really use them to charge devices. Pool was nice but very strong chlorine smell.

I like the fact that they had EV CHARGERS. The only thing they should do is, advertise that the have them on the their website. I reach Medicine Hat and charged and then went to the hotel only to find out they have EV CHARGERS.

We checked in late on a Friday night. We had been driving all day and were ready for a rest. We were greeted by Chris at the Front Desk- he was so welcoming and friendly! The hotel reception area was bright, clean and fresh. And the rooms did not disappoint- they were also very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed being on the 4th floor. I liked this hotel so much that instead of leaving at 7am which was our plan, we stayed to enjoy the breakfast and pool area in the morning. The pool was warm, the slide was fun, the exercise room is adequate and the steam room was lovely! To my surprise, when we left in the morning Chris was still there to say good bye to us!

After booking this place for our family because of the high ratings, we arrived and left disappointed. Our room needed a vacuum upon arriving (dried food spill), the stove top didn’t work, bathroom sink didn’t drain, and we were given few towels. The temperature control in the room was good and the complimentary breakfast was decent, but overall this was way overpriced and I’ll be sticking to another hotel chain in the future.

We had a short stay passing through Medicine Hat. The hotel is clean and spacious. Much better than average free breakfast included. We were in room 101, which if you like sleeping to the sound of water running would be great. The wall by the bed must serve as the water outtake for many of the showers and toilets because you could hear water running through it pretty much all of the time!

Didnt checkin and the hotel still charged m for a night because i told them that there was a stalker near me and watched me park my vehicle. The girl (Skylar) was absolutely rude, had no empathy or compassion with my situation, lack of customer service which she yelled at me and blamed me for me being stalked. What sense does that make?! Never book with this company

The staff went out of their way to make this an excellent stay. I rather wish we had a reason to stay in Medicine Hat for longer. The breakfast in the morning was spectacular. The room was really much better than I expected. Very clean and a comfortable bed. The darkout shades made sleeping easy. The bathroom was clean and the shower had really good pressure. Got there at 6:00 pm on a Monday after driving 12 hours only to find there was a 20 minute wait to check in. When asked about it the person at the desk said there had been a line up since 4:00 pm. It was often like this on a Monday. Perhaps two people should be working. The rest of the stay was wonderful. Room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was one of the best we have had.

Once I got to the Medicine Hat Best Western Premier, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that just the check-in was good, plenty of carts to store luggage, they offered water, rooms were nice and clean, the Continental breakfast was actually the biggest surprise - it was set up really well in the fact that you could see people behind this seat like it was an open kitchen, and everybody honestly was right from the beginning, like front desk people, at the people at the you know, just yeah, pretty much good service everywhere.
