The hotel was very clean and quiet. There was ample parking and no charge for parking. the rooftop pool area was very nice with a turf area for kids to play. The lobby even had a microwave for use, there was no microwave in the rooms. There is also a sky walk directly connecting to nordstroms. We would definitely stay here again!!

Its great to be here and its our second time in past 6 months we love this property and primarily because of pool . Just a feedback for pool cabana.. Booking cost for 4 hrs is nearly same as one day cost of room .. That is absurd to me as customer who always want to come here and enjoy shade.. Just expect management to think about cost of cabana..which is $175 including taxes..

The pool area in high heat was very comfortable to swim and sun. Nice pool bar that also serves food. Great location by a mall and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great!! I was traveling with my grand daughter who is 12 and she enjoyed it as well. Top Notch all the way around. One person stands out as someone who deserves recognition for being attentive, very knowledgeable interesting and very personable is Peter the bar tender one day at pool and then inside at Cooper Bar. We both can’t say enough about him!!!

Hotel is attached to a mall. Location is fine. New so the condition was good. Pool wasn’t impressive - no ambiance at all - all concrete. Gym was underwhelming . Food/bar was very good. Had issues with housekeeping not showing up despite multiple requests. Room is funky with no dressers. Decent choice but only if the rate is right.

No indoor pool and the outdoor pool was closed because it was too cold. Ice maker only on floor 4. (14 floors) Pillows fall in between space between mattress and headboard where there are about 9 outlets with various things plugged in. No light by coffee maker. Only one cup of caffeinated coffee in the morning. No continental breakfast. No space to put cream cheese on our bagels. No freezer. Can move the chair in front of the desk u less you can dead lift 75 lbs. no bags In The trash cans. No dirty laundry bag. Uncomfortable bed and pillows.

We frequently visit this property and very good property overall and with excellent front desk service. I have only 1 issue with this property..and thats why rates 3 out of 5 ,we visit this property mainly because of pool but pool cabana rates are way to high $175 for 4 hrs which is not worth it and if henceforth i wont visit this property thats only because of this cabana tariff..

Housekeeping never came in or refreshed towels. When I checked out they said I already checked out on the TV and they had me in a different room. No one was in the room we were assigned according to hotel system… they lost us. I guess that’s why we got zero housekeeping.

There was food laying all up and down the hallway at 10 o’clock when I went to bed at night and it was still there at 10 AM when I checked out… It was disgusting, there was also beer bottle sitting everywhere in the hall and on the furniture in the elevator lobby. Hotel in my life where I had to go from floor 7 to 4 floor to get ice… Adult supervision seems to be needed.

We booked a room with a king bed, but upon arrival, we were informed that it was not available. Instead, we ended up with a queen bed room. This was quite unexpected, especially from a hotel like Hyatt. To add to the difficulty, we arrived around 11 pm and had no other option but to accept the queen bed room.

A great location. Quiet floor (16th) was nice. Only problems were the bed was so incredibly soft (left with a back ache) and the desk chair is a serial killer. It is heavy with no handles or way to grip it to move it. Most annoying is that it has no wheels and the feet are thin and sharp (yes… it cut my foot when attempting to move it). The chair is dangerous. Not sure why they allow it on the property. Beware.

Hyatt Dallas was a beautiful hotel and a great stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. They beds and pillows were comfortable! Husband and I had a great stay here. The only thing in room dining service was horrible. We ordered in one night and they got the order wrong and the food was cold, however the manager did the right thing and refunded us the amount. We would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel is expensive, elegant and beautifully decorated. It’s set right next to the Stonebriar Shopping Centre, with access to the centre within the hotel. Check-in was quick and pleasant. When we entered the room, a scenic view peeked through the sheer lining of the drapes. The room was nicely designed, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, however the comforter was worn thin. You can see through the fabric and the stuffing is thinned out, causing some of the chilled air to get through—my husband and I had to snuggle up more. lol. Other than that, our overall experience combined both comfort and style, creating a relaxing and stylish atmosphere with functional, well-lit spaces. I want to add how safe it is as well. I believe from the 4th floor on up, you need guest key access, so not just anyone can be in the hotel or on the floors. Safety is of most importance to me. Kind of wished we didn’t have to get back to our grands.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at in DFW. They staff was amazing. I had a corner room with amazing views and I was surprised on how big the tv was in the room as well. I even went down to the bar and the service was amazing as well. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Weren’t helped much when we checked in. Friendly, but just kind of here are your keys have a good night. No direction to correct elevator, weren’t told there was no room service when given the menu. Took a while to get service at the bar. Room itself was amazing. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice place but had a terrible experience with check in and has yet to be resolved. I got charged for 3 nights instead of one. One of those nights has been refunded. The other has been in pending for 9 business days. All other places I stayed throughout this week that did authorizations cleared with a day or 2 however this one has not.ive asked multiple people for assistance and they keep saying it will go back in however almost 2 weeks later and still nothing.

The hotel is very nice but the outside is just concrete, could use some landscaping of some kind. The hotel also seemed understaffed. Also had an awful experience with a bartender, he was incredibly rude and dismissive for no reason, that guy is an embarrassment to Hyatt.

Great hotel for work or play. Couldn’t ask for a better location, better staff or cleaner facility. It was perfect. This was our third stay at this hotel within the last 8 months. Theres so much to do with just a short walk to the Stonebriar Centre. The one and only critique is the best is really soft. Which is not my preference. But may be others. Otherwise, perfection.

Petar the server at Copper and Steel was amazing, as were the chefs! They created a delicious and beautifully plated meal (spare rib). Even the burgers were delicious. Breakfast buffet was great as was the morning staff. Check in staff were warm and pleasing as well. Great stay! P.S. Excellent parking!

Nice hotel and convenient to the shopping and dining at the mall. Good bar service on Friday May 24th and they had a wedding party in and the Mavs game was on. Bartender was great about taking care of everyone. Saturday went to breakfast restaurant and that is something I would pass on next time. They were having trouble staying up with fresh food and the omelet bar was completely overwhelmed with orders. Overall quality of food was just okay. Went back to the bar on Saturday night and good service again.

I loved that the hotel was right next door to Kidzania! You can literally walk from the hotel to the mall food court which is super convenient. The staff was so nice and helpful! We had a great time/ breakfast was nice! Lobby was nice!
