The parking lot was very icy in between where cars were parked. I realize we had some winter weather during my stay but would it have been possible to treat the areas in between the cars with salt/sand? The travel lanes of the parking lot were cleaned very well

My stay was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The gym was the best one I seen at a hotel, the pool was very clean and the overall facility was in excellent condition. The breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommend Home2 Suits.

This hotel is in the middle of everything- so convenient. Breakfast is good, everything is clean, and friendly staff. Nice exercise room- the only downside is I wish there was a hot tub. I've stayed here multiple times, and will stay again.

Amazing experience our entire stay the staff was friendly and jumped into action with stickers and badges when our children were having a melt down from being tired and hot from the day’s activities. The pool area was well kept and cleaned quite regularly from what we could tell. The room we got was massive with 2 toddlers the extra area in the room was a massive bonus for them having more area to play with toys and be kids the only down side we found was there didn’t seem to be very many carts to haul luggage to your room we only found 2 in the building

Great place to stay. Really new and clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great facilities too! We used the gym and swimming pool. I also appreciate how their suites provide a sponge, small bottle of dish soap, and dishwashing machine detergent for you. Breakfast had many options. Also, conveniently located across from a health conscious grocery store and pizza place.

Our stay was a quick weekend away. Clean, good service, easy and quick check-in and check-out. Wish there was a bit more variety for breakfast, but it was fine. Room was spacious, and had everything we needed. Pool was small but fine for a quick play with the kids. Local to shops and roads, so very convenient. Overall good stay!

The hotel and staff and room were all very nice, however our room and even bed smelled distinctly of dog, something this dog lover is not usually so sensitive to. I think the room just needed better cleaning and airing out. Also, the hot breakfast selections did not taste like real food.

Great stay in Williston - close to Shelburne and Burlington; room was spacious, very clean (spotless in fact!) beds and pillows made for a great nights sleep - large parking lot, breakfasts were included and they were very good. We'll be back!

People were very nice, property is fairly new but not overly well constructed. Floors and walls are think so you hear your neighbors quite a bit. Area is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Probably wouldn’t stay at this particular property again unless alternatives were limited.

We took this hotel because it was pet friendly. Then on check in we discovered there was a $75 pet cleaning service fee. No where did we see this when reviewing the hotel. Would have been nice to have known this and not surprised at check in. Pillows were horrible. We were on ground floor, could really hear the people above walking. Nice they had ChargePoint. Breakfast was good.Breakfast sandwiches were really good.

Room was great: lots of space, quiet, big TV. Free breakfast was solid, with two waffle irons and food that was better quality than usual for a free hotel breakfast buffet (normally there would be some items I wouldn't touch, but it all looked good). Nothing too fancy, but better than expected!

Did not sleep all night as the bed/mattress was super uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Also the AC went off and on all at random times and made a lot of noise. Very uncomfortable stay.

Our room was comfortable except for the noisy air conditioning unit and slow drain in the bathroom sink. The water pressure in the shower was a little low as well. The bed was also comfortable but the bedding seemed like odds and ends that were thrown together. The soft towels were nice and we enjoyed the breakfast choices.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at the Home2 Suites in Burlington. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The staff at the front desk were all pleasant, helpful and friendly. Housekeeping kept our rooms clean, we appreciate them very much. The location is perfect, it’s close to many establishments. Plus the parking is very accessible. There is breakfast included and we pretty much took advantage of it. All in all we had a good experience!

The staff were amazing and attentive, when asked for recommendations they were helpful and went above and beyond. Room was super clean, pool was spotless, breakfast was very good and if anything was low was restocked quickly. Coffee was super hot and very good! Car chargers were easily accessible and worked great. I would stay there any day!

Great staff; Jaclyn did an awesome job checking me in and helping me out with a variety of random questions (some of which I don’t expect a front desk employee to know on top of their head). The gentleman who check me out also offered great service and a positive attitude. Nice facility; loved the fully equipped larger room and the fitness center.

We wanted to stay closer to downtown Burlington but that was so much more expensive. Home2 was a great option and wasn't too far out. The rooms are large, modern, clean and quiet, and the staff was very friendly & professional.

The home 2 suites are spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The small kitchen area in our room was perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that could be upgraded in this hotel was breakfast and the breakfast area/layout. Another waffle maker would help with the line.

The family liked it. It's in a shopping area where you can buy groceries and other stuff so you can save a little money there. And the breakfast is very good for a hotel. They even have local pasture-raised yogurt, individually fried eggs and some other stuff. Nice stafff as well. No issues.

The room was clean, and perfect for us. The people were lovely who worked there… we did the same trip last year, and came back for the pool and hotel… we like this hotel a lot! 2 small things bothered me. The morning coffee was not good, and the breakfast area needed help. I saw a person carrying hard boiled eggs between their arm and T-shirt for the buffet … otherwise, we will return…
