Property is neat and clean. Parking could be better but for the area and how it is set it was ok. Room was VERY clean and I was impressed. Mattresses were really nice and pillows good quality too. So what made this property miss the excellent mark? No one at the front desk and no bell to call. Breakfast the next morning was supposed to be ready for 6:30. At 7 it still wasn't ready. But the food seemed fresh and was hot. Very small "buffet". It's a continental breakfast that normally would be free with a room. What is fresh made is the eggs, bacon and sausage, and potatoes. Oatmeal, and I think there were grits too. There were other things but most of it was packaged not fresh made. What about the room missed the excellent mark? Not much really. it had a coffee maker and a fridge but no microwave. There could have been a few more towels. There was 1 bathmat and 3 bath towels for two people. I wonder if they realize women need one for their hair and one for their body after a shower. Other than that it was great.

We enjoyed the indoor pool, breakfast and bar. Location was central to Burlington, Richmond, and Starksboro. Nestled quietly near I89 in a good spot. Staff was very friendly!

Balcony door did not open. Pool was cold even though it said it was heated. Breakfast was not included charging $16 a plate. Lights in the room flickered and did not work properly. Very very uncomfortable bed and pillows.

I did not think this hotel experience was worth the cost. Breakfast was unexpectedly extra and overpriced considering the price of the rooms. The receptionist who checked us in, while efficient, was not welcoming and obviously eager to get back to a conversation she was having with a coworker or friend. The housekeeper did not speak enough English to tell us when check out time was. Room was clean, and quiet, beds were comfortable, parking very easy and the hotel was convenient to our activities. Pool hours were too short in the evening.

My bathroom leaked the 2nd day. I had to clean up and stay in the same room because they had all rooms sold. The front office peoples behavior was as if this was normal for them to hear this type of complaints. There was no maintenance or cleaning staff on site to help. We had to stay in stinky room all night. The next day they gave us another room and the another problem the bathroom fan wasn’t working. The property is not maintained. The bathroom tub keeps the water after shower. The staff didn’t seem to care. There was was no slip sign everywhere in the lobby but you would think there may be someone drying the areas. Overall I would rate 0 for this property and wouldn’t recommend.

They did not clean the rooms daily. We had to ask several times for clean towels after two days. The morning buffet ran short of food. The staff working there were very nice but there were too few of them and they were overwhelmed.

The room itself was fine, and the beds were good. But the hotel was noisy not only could you hear people in other rooms and above, but there is so much noise outside I don’t know if it was the generator working the air-conditioning units with the garbage dump and there’s an airport nearby and the planes are very loud and the highway is nearby and that’s loud. It was one of the noisiest places we’ve ever stayed. I also felt badly because as a Marriott member who had booked through Expedia, I was not entitled to a lot of the upgrades that I would typically get as a Marriott member. That was very dissatisfying. I’m not sure it was such value for the money but again we booked last minute, so I think it was more expensive and it was a Saturday night

The room was nice. I will ask for a room on the front of the hotel next time. The rooms in the back are a little noisy from freeway noise. The last time we stayed, it was very quiet in the front room. I do wish they would upgrade the toilet paper and tissue in the rooms. It is very expensive to stay and the paper products in the hotel are very thin.

Clean room and friendly staff. It's nice that the check out was at 12pm, so we didn't have to rush in the morning. The guests in the room adjoining ours were very loud well after midnight, so that was a drag, but otherwise a good stay.

Staff friendly, very welcoming. Grounds and rooms well maintained and very clean. Mattress was phenominally comfortable for sleeping and the seating area was also very nice for relaxing after a long day of travel. Complaints, two. The Bistro restaurant was closed due to staff member calling out. There should be a back-up plan when this happens other than just closing it. Biggest complaint/disappointment though was charging $15.95 per person for breakfast buffet. Everywhere I've ever stayed the buffet was complimentary. I wouldn’t object to a minimal charge, but there really was nothing extraordinary about the buffet - the waffles were even frozen.

Our front desk clerk, Jovon, was amazing. When we arrived he was quite busy and never missed a beat. He was helping many people at once and was efficient and pleasant the entire time. He always greeted us as we were going back and forth and was very professional. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Property has been updated. Clean and restored since the last time we stayed here. Two night stay first night a family above with three children kept us up until 2:00 am front desk never answered our call. They luckily left for the second night. They never changed our towels or did our beds - coffee machine didn’t work and had no microwave We will Make sure to stay in the Fairfield next time courtyards so far are disappointing .

Clean and comfortable. My big complaint is that they charged over $17 for breakfast and frankly is was just like what you get for FREE at other hotel chains. Nothing special. Actually most other chains have hot waffles or pancakes but this hotel the waffles were pre-made and wrapped and you had to put them in the toaster. For what you pay for the room breakfast should be included. Other than that it was very good.

We were VIP so we had breakfast included. They didn't know when we checked in, but we were given vouchers the next morning after showing them the email that said we were entitled to breakfast. The breakfast was one of the best in a chain hotel I have had. It included a hot Mediterranean grain and veggie dish and Starbucks coffee, as well as the usual amenities.

Rooms don't have balconies, so be cautious not to fall into the trap by looking at the photo or description. The manager is unresponsive and unwilling to attempt to resolve the problem. Even though the front-desk person tried to reach out to the manager, the manager never returned the call. No breakfast option except fried potatoes for the vegan person like me. Waffles are pre-made and frozen. Super unhealthy option. Only white bread, no other options such as brown bread/multi-grain bread. We were not given utensils, as I had to ask 2 times. I would not stay in this hotel due to the inaccurate description, as well as no healthy options for vegan people.
