This property is located next to the casino. There is no restaurant at the hotel, other than the breakfast. We had dinner at the casino and used our receipt amount for free play, on a promotion. Not enough parking at the hotel. Parking is shared with the casino. The saltwater pool was well maintained and a pleasure to swim in. Free Breakfast offered lots of choices.

Steps from casino, big windows allow for plenty of natural light. Very clean and well maintained property. Not at all happy with pool facilities. Too small and shallow, no hot tub. Having said that I am aware that is the trend with public pools nowadays

The room was very nice and clean. Spacious and I think is fairly new. Bathroom was quite big and lots of towels. The bed was comfortable but wasn’t a fan of the pillows. They were too soft but they weren’t terrible. The front staff was really friendly when we checked in and out. The breakfast was really good. I would stay there again.

Nice new hotel. Staff was friendly. Hotel and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good (the usual scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, hard boiled eggs, breads, make your own waffles plus some cereals (hot and cold plus great coffee and juices.). Loved the ease of the self check-in and check out through the app and the digital room/hotel key. There wasn’t a lot in the are aside from a to Hortons and the Casino, but it was just a short drive to town. Definitely one of the better hotels in the area and worth being a bit outside of town to have a nice new, clean, and safe hotel.

Not your typical Hilton – very disappointing. Limited TV channels and no option to rent movies. The in-room fridge was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep. Check-in staff were rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. We also found a sticky drink spill on the bedside table – clearly not cleaned properly. No room service available either. We’ll be in the area frequently over the next year, but we won’t be returning to this hotel hotel.

We stayed 3 nights during a 6 day period (travelling the middle days). The first 2 nights we had a clean room, everything was fine. Holiday Monday our room was less than great - really badly cleaned, lots of hair on the wall of the shower etc. That said, aside from the doors slamming all the time, the hotel is new so it's very nice. Decent free breakfast and tim Hortons is right beside.

The Hampton Inn Peterborough is my hotel of choice when I travel there. As always the front stay is friendly and helpful. I was disappointed this time in the cleaning of our room. The staff did not replace towels and also took the shower mat unbeknownst to me until I went to take a shower the next morning. The garbages were not emptied. I recognize that it is difficult these days to staff positions but I felt there should have been more care in cleaning the room.

We had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. When we got back to the hotel late there was no on site parking left so the young lad on the front desk moved his vehicle so that we could park there. The staff at this hotel is wonderful! It seems like a lot of sports teams stay here and they are ready for them. Really appreciated the service from the whole team. Seems like as winter recedes there's a lot of cigarette debris all around the property, a shame guests can't dispose of them properly, my small puppy staying with me managed to try to eat about 20 of them.

We were happy with the room, the staff that signed us in and took care of our needs. They were awesome until we went to leave. We were suppose to have $100 returned to our visa, something about the hold on the visa til we left. Which was NOT RETURNED! I am not happy with how we were treated as being dismissed the day we were leaving. No receipt when we left and the money not returned. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THAT! Get on the return of my money!

The front desk tried to charge me twice and poor customer service. I reserved a room 3 months ago and paid online. Upon arrival the hotel tried to charge me again for the room. I showed the front desk proof of payment on the app and they insisted and argued that payment wasn’t made. We were exhausted from traveling but had to wait for over 45 minutes until they finally found the payment after I contacted Expedia.

I arrived at 2:45pm ready for check in however front desk staff reported that my room wasn’t ready. I then presented myself at 3pm (when check in time is advertised) and the front desk said that my room still wasn’t ready and didn’t know when it would be. I showed the front desk their own website indicating that check in is listed for 3pm and front desk replied that check in time is not guaranteed. I then reported to them that I am here for a weeding a needed a place to change. The front desk staff then became rude and was very dismissive. I then contacted Expedia who was able to contact the front desk. The front desk lied to the Expedia agent informing them that I was offered a different room. The dishonesty and unprofessionalism was appalling to me and I definitely would not recommend staying here.
