Clean and amazing Turkish Hamam. Only 5 min walks from mall of Istanbul

First of all, I truly would like to appreciate all hard work of Mr.Enis. He is really kind and professional. I will not forget all your warm welcoming and caring of customers. (all the best for you!) I stayed this hotel for a week. Even though room is quite small, it was pretty convenient to stay and work(desk is big enough to do anything..!) However, Wifi was too weak to run the program for my working..! Thanks to helpful staff, I could use wifi router extension and it was OK. I use Sauna every evening. It was good enough to release the stress sweating and relaxing. Ali(staff) was very kind and nice guy trying to offer anything for me to make feel comfortable. I just would like to mention just one thing..! Smoking issue...! I found and reported that cleaning lady was smoking in the empty room(after a customer check-out) opening all windows and turning on A/C very strong to blow out smoke smell...! However, smoking smell came to my room very strongly.. so I could found her smoking in the room and she was pretending that she was not doing anything wrong..!(the floor where I stay was for non-smokers). I was very shocked..literally. I travel a lot and stay a lot of hotels.. but I can say that this disappointing happening is the very first time in my life. I hope this will not happen again for next customers who will stay in this hotel. Except for that issue, I had good service from this hotel and I was happy to stay here.

Very nice hotel in a very busy area near the mall of Istanbul limited parking and drop off area so be aware of the traffic. Overall very nice hotel, staff was excellent and extremely helpful.

Ospite qui 4 notti. Pregi: camera grande, con pulizia e wi-fi ok. Ringrazio Kenan, un giovane che lavora alla reception, che con me è stato generoso di apprezzati consigli; ringrazio Gulsen, la signora che lavora ai vari piani dell’hotel; ringrazio la bravissima Sude, eccellente servizio in sala colazione: fa piacere incontrare lavoratori così volenterosi e sorridenti. Il parcheggio non è enorme (una dozzina di posti) e di notte il cancello viene chiuso, ci sono poi dei posti in strada di fronte all’hotel anche se non è la stessa cosa; il frigo bar è capiente; efficiente e silenziosa l’aria condizionata. Il numero delle prese elettriche è sufficiente, il materasso abbastanza comodo. La colazione mi è piaciuta, l’ho trovata di qualità e ogni giorno qualche proposta cambiava. La TV ha canali satellitari, ma non riceve canali italiani. Per andare al centro di Istanbul distante parecchi km, occorre andare dall’altra parte del Mall of Istanbul (centro commerciale che si trova di fronte all’hotel) e accedere alla fermata Masko (saranno 300 metri a piedi), scendere dopo una fermata a Ikitelli Sanayi, poi occorre prendere almeno altre 2 metro e un tram o altre 3 metro. Consiglio di fare una foto alla mappa della metro presente nella hall dell’hotel (al cellulare si può ingrandire). Difetto riscontrato il traffico, sotto l’hotel passa una superstrada con 14 corsie, i rumori dei clacson e delle sirene si sentono fino a oltre mezzanotte, le finestre non isolano l’acustica a sufficienza

I liked the proximity to the mall of Istanbul and local neighborhood. The front desk staff were cordial and helpful. We had the penthouse suite which was beautiful and kept clean by the staff. The property is rundown and lobby areas and front of hotel are dirty. The spa area in the basement is atrocious and filthy. This place needs a thorough cleaning.

Nice place for a layover. Property is very nice and an easy walk to the Istanbul Mall. Good location between the airport and tourist areas. Amenities are surprisingly poor, bring your own toiletries. Good staff and easy Uber access.

Our rooms had multiple issues related to poor maintenance, aircon not working properly and e.g. door of room could not be locked properly. Also gym facilities were very disappointing and poorly maintained, some broken and during our stay most of the running equipment was turned off.

Güzergahımız üzerinde bulunduğundan ve otopark mevcut olduğundan dolayı tercih etmiştik ancak hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. (-)Banyo duvarlarında kadın saçları vardı, ayrıca rutubet kokuyordu. Pencere yalıtımı yeterli değildi. İşlek bir yolun kenarında olduğu için dışarının gürültüsü geliyordu. (+) Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Resepsiyon görevlileri ilgiliydi. Bundan sonraki seyahatlerimizde kesinlikle başka otelleri deneyeceğiz.

The reception boys are so helpful and friendly. Excellent job! The room was not so nice. It smells tobacco and the bed sheets were not fresh. The food and location was very good.

Checking in to a non-smoking hotel I was expecting a non-smoking room but somehow this was not the case. The room issued (309) smelled horribly from cigarette snoken. Staff resolved it quickly and gave me a new room. Also gave me a complimentary breakfast bag to compensate the inconvenience. Apart from the smell hotel is fine and staff friendly and professional. Value for money was good.

Absolutely loved my stay here with my family. Extremely clean facilities and polite staff. Staff was always on hand when needed. Room service is extremely good. Regular cleaning of rooms. Breakfast options were many. Delicious breakfast and dinners. Will definitely come back next time

Stayed here for tonight's as soon as I landed in Istanbul. Amazing family room. With 4 of us (2 kids) the room was large and fantastic. The breakfast buffet is elaborate and tasty. The staff is incredible and very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were hot like hell and AC was not on when we got to the hotel. One of the staff turned it on for us but it turned itself off in half an hour and as we were leaving Beth early in the morning we didn’t get time to get it fixed. It is horrible that offer a presidential suite but to save a few bucks, don’t turn on the AC. Room must have been over 30deg C.

This place has a motel feel to it..its snuggled in between small streets . It a 3 and half star hotel at the most. Its not a bad place to spend a day or two atall.. as its very close to the mall , but i.wouldnt.stay here past that. I like my linnen blankets, comfortable bed, throw down comforters. Bigger square footage rooms etc for a long term.stay which this place lacks.

The room was small and cramped. The door didn’t closed properly. Ac didn’t work well. Bathroom had problems. Food was good for breakfast and staff was very good as well

We stayed in the presidential suite which was more than adequate for our family of 5. This is on the top floor and consists of two single beds in one room - the second room has a extra large bed and a sofa bed with living area - the bathroom that is accessible to both rooms has a jacuzzi bath and a walk in shower. The hotel and rooms were clean.Now the breakfast was really good , everything you would expect from a 4-5 star hotel. the service has been excellent and have to mention Irem as she gave us complimentary Turkish tea when we arrived and the staff have been excellent. convenient location for the mall which is a few minutes walk away and around 10 mins walk to the metro. I recommend this hotel for families and certainly enjoyed the experience and service here.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The reception staff were not only professional but also greeted me with warm smiles. They generously offered a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which added a delightful touch to my experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the warm and fantastic shower made it even more enjoyable. The free breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide array of delicious options. The hotel's strategic location near the Mall of Istanbul and close proximity to various shops and restaurants made my stay even more convenient. Being not far from Istanbul airport ensured a timely departure for my flight. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and accommodating stay.

The hotel was good. The workers are really friendly and helpful. The mall of istanbul is 10 minutes by foot away...thats the only thing what you can visit...unfortunately its really loud when you open the windows because of the traffic. But for the prices was everything really good.

I liked the professionally of the evening and morning staff. They offered tea, coffee or water at arrivals and on checkout. Restaurant staff where courteous and made one of the best omelets I have eaten in Turkiye. It is jst perfect. Location is about 7-10 minute walk from Mall of Istanbul. They kept my luggage after checkout and when I came to collect, I wss offered coffee or tea before I depart. It just exceeded my expectations.
