Beyhan Hotel

What guests think

Across recent reviews, Beyhan Hotel stands out for its central location near transit and attractions and for consistently friendly, helpful staff, while feedback on cleanliness and room quality ranges from very positive to strongly critical.

Guests praise comfortable beds and reliable Wi-Fi, but small bathrooms, night-time noise and limited soundproofing, and some dated or poorly maintained fixtures come up repeatedly. Cleanliness feedback is mixed: several found rooms clean with regular housekeeping, while others reported unclean rooms and bathrooms, including one severe pest complaint. Breakfast is generally appreciated, though a few describe it as basic. Overall, this suits value-focused travellers comfortable with modest standards and occasional noise.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and location of the hotel was good, but there was a lot of noise during the night and there was no lift. So if I had been there with luggage for the family, instead of on business with only hand luggage, it would have been a little inconvenient.

The hotel was very dirty. There was hair on the bed sheets. The floors were dirty, the ceiling lights were missing just holes in the ceilings. The level of dirty was disgusting. There were cockroaches on furniture. Called front desk the moved me to another room. Only the other room was the same dirty and there was cockroaches.. left the hotel at 12 am and went looking for another hotel. Terrible experience. Dont recommend this hotel to anyone.

As a solo female traveller, I wanted somewhere where I could feel safe and comfortable and this hotel was just that. All the staff were helpful and welcoming, from the receptionists to the cleaners and kitchen staff. My room had everything I needed and was always cleaned well, breakfast was decent, and the staff were always willing to help me. The area is perfect as the tram is easily accessible and many places are within a walkable distance. Jamila, Khabib, Jihad, and the cleaners were a delight to meet and were very kind staff :).
