Stylish Ballard studio 15 mins from Space Needle

What guests think

Stylish Ballard studio 15 mins from Space Needle earns praise for its walkable Ballard location and well‑appointed, cozy space with a very comfortable bed, alongside responsive hosts who make check‑in easy for most stays and resolve issues quickly.

A recurring drawback is traffic noise from the busy street; earplugs and a sound machine help, but light sleepers still reported disturbances. The studio is small and lacks a kitchen sink, so washing dishes in the bathroom is a noted inconvenience. Cleanliness is consistently praised, with only minor hiccups mentioned. Expect a compact, comfortable base in a lively, convenient area.

Olga and Olessia were very communicative when there was an issue during our first night with the AC not working properly. They quickly fixed it, so the rest of our stay was comfortable. Place was as described and very clean with a location that is very close to a great Seattle neighborhood in Ballard. It was a bit noisy due to the place being right off of a busy road. Thanks again for the stay.

Communication was awesome-very responsive hosts. The studio was well sized and very clean, with one exception that a towel had what looked like old makeup stains on them (hence the sign to please not wipe off on towels)Accessing the studio was challenging, even with all the detailed keypad directions, so was very appreciative that they had keys as a backup. Thank you The reason I rated location less stars, and this is my fault for not knowing the area, is that it was on a very busy street. So if you’re a light sleeper like I am it was hard to sleep even with earplugs.

The studio in Ballard is well situated and well appointed. Check in is self-service but it was easy. The place is small but very attractive. It's within walking distance of a number of restaurants. My partner and I loved it. The only issue is that it's hard to do dishes since there is no sink. You have to do the dishes in the bathroom sink which is inconvenient. But then again, who does a lot of dishes when on holiday?

Property manager/owner tries to make it a pleasant environment, but the space itself features cheap construction. Heard upstairs neighbors constantly. Also, front door/bedroom/living area just 10 feet from a very busy street - which you hear at all hours of the night (luckily, we're sound sleepers!). As a former food employee, it skeeved me a bit for the only sink/water supply is in the bathroom - not overly sanitary conditions to wash dishes and get water for coffee!

This is truly an extraordinary property. It is decorated beautifully. Bed is super comfortable, towels first class. TV had free Netflix which I wasn't expecting. It is on a busy street, but the white noise machine cancelled the traffic out. I can't recommend this highly enough.

The place was cute, cozy, and comfortable, but a few things to note. There’s no kitchen sink, so you’ll need to rinse dishes or your coffee mug in the bathroom sink. The studio is very small (the photos make it appear larger), and the front door opens directly onto the sidewalk of a busy street. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not the spot, traffic noise goes late into the night. The host did provide earplugs and a sound machine, which helps, but the listing didn’t mention just how loud the location is. While the space itself is nicely set up, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise and lack of privacy from the street.

The place was great! Super cute, Clean, very nice. The only thing was the code was so confusing we had no idea what was going on. I’ve never seen a door code like that before, but luckily they had a key to use instead. The host always answered my messages fast which was nice. Very good place to stay and close to town. Recommend booking here.

We were in town for a family wedding in Ballard. This location was perfect for easy access to all venues, family homes, shopping, and tasty eateries. A walkable bakery down the hill and a nice neighborhood to explore on foot once off the Main Street. Well equipped, calm interior, and even the second bed turned out to be a comfortable pull out. Perfect for our stay
