I liked the hotel over all. I didn’t have any problems with the hotel staff at all. The workout area is pretty bad for the equipment. The two treadmills that are in there are broken and the dumbbells that are in there are pretty sad. The room that it is in is very small so I can understand not doing much else with it. The restaurants that are also located at the hotel were really good so that was a big plus. Not too far from Pikes Market and some other shopping.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the parking situation. Their parking area is in a different building a block away and they offer no valet service. The only way in and out of the parking garage is with a garage door opener, of which there is only ONE. We had to stand around for nearly 30 minutes waiting for someone to open the garage so we could get our car out then reverse the process to park again. For $55 a day to park, I would expect more reasonable service. For this reason alone I would not stay here again. Also, the HVAC system is so noisy we could not open a window for fresh air or control the room temp in any way which was hotter than we like.

Great location close to everything in the city of Seattle. Just a shame that there is no elevator on the lobby floor where the entrance is. Meaning luggage needs to be taken up or down stairs to access lifts.

Good location, room was clean. It's an older building, so don't expect a fancy space with a lot of updates. For example, there are no fans in the bathroom. Parking says it's free on the expedia booking page but it's actually $50 to have valet park your car. Other options are a garage next door for $45 or street parking. No breakfast, and if you arrive later in the evening the staff at the front desk needs to let you in. We stood outside for ~10 minutes waiting for the woman working at the front desk to end her phone call and let us in.

Great breakfast if you pay 6.00 per person, per day. You get a breakfast sandwich or oatmeal; plus a parfait or cookie or muffin; plus a drink from the cafe! They charge 54$ per day to park at the property we used spotshare and parked at a secure nearby garage for 20$ for 2 days. So that saved a lot of money. The security deposit is 100$. The room is very small. Bathroom very small, no vanity. The shower had zero water pressure. The room was clean though. And for a gameday weekend downtown it worked out nicely. The restaurant had good food as well.

When we arrived the young lady asked how long we’re staying because certain parking spots weren’t safe! Then she proceeded to check us in. We went to our room which was a “ superior queen “ was extremely small. The walls had something black all over them, mold in the bathroom and I was there for a medical procedure. When we went back downstairs to inform the front desk we weren’t offered another room or anything. I’d very much appreciate a full refund for that night.

Absolutely disgusting! From bed bugs, to mold, sink doesn’t drain properly and there was a bucket under the sink to collect water. Yellow stains in the bathtub, also a shoe print on the bathtub mat. The room smelled of cigarettes and mildew, the sheets smelled worse, had holes and stains. The carpets were stained and not vacuumed; there were crumbs, trash and hair from the previous guest on the floor of the room and bathroom. The room was barely bug enough to open our suitcases fully. It was an absolute nightmare! Do not stay at this property. It reminds me of a hotel where a prostitute would take their johns. Poorly managed, not clean, the AC did not work. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Hello, we stayed in room 212 this past weekend and were extremely disappointed. Our room was not clean to say the least and very crowded for 3 people. We had two queen beds for 3 people. No closet and no room for 2 suitcases. There were clumps of hair on the floor, dust/ dirt on the baseboards and windowsill and food crumbs still on the carpet. The tub/ shower was running when we checked in and was cover in dirt and stains. So disgusting that we did not shower all weekend. The room smelts mist and damp the whole time and could not open the window to get any airflow. When we went down to speak to an attendant there was never anyone there.

The fans in the bathroom don't work, which in Washington State means you're going to end up with black mold. Addition to this there was some biohazard stains on the mattress that should have been replaced.

Dirty, sink didn’t drain, extremely loud! Screams heard from outside all through the two nights we stayed. If you want room freshened up it’s $40. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place.

Stayed for 6 nights while relative in hospital nearby. Very comfortable bed, clean, and great location. Has a restaurant attached to purchase food and drink, but other options within walking distance. Initially garage was tricky to figure out but not difficult, add extra fee ($40-45) if you need to park car. All other hotels charge parking fee. Staff at front desk were all very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

We always stay here for football games (we are season tix holders) but this time may change this. The room was terribly hot and the AC did not work, not even cold air coming out of the fan. Also, the TV was set to Spanish and we tried everything to fix it, and called the front desk at about 6pm and was told she was all by herself and could not help us. So we missed the night games because of having NO TV in our room. That's completely unacceptable.

The rooms are clean and basic, self check in was seamless, and information from the hotel prior to arrival was ample. There was no climate control in the small room, nor ventilation in the bathroom, so the room was hot and humid during the entirity of our stay.

The room was clean but a little cramped. There was no dresser for storage and the beds were hard. The bathroom was clean but had an issue with the shower door not closing and the toilet sounds like a jet plane when you flush it. The hotel provides complimentary earplugs because the walls are thin and you can hear muffled conversations, other televisions, and the intimacy of guests in adjacent rooms.

we loved our stay at the Executive Hotel. super convenient spot- right in the middle of downtown, bars on one side, and everything is basically walking distance. if you stay here, definitely get the parking pass. it saves money and makes things way easier. the best part was the staff, especially Israel. he was SO helpful the whole time- helped with our luggage, brought us robes, slippers, and even a microwave for the room. and, showed us the amenities offered at the hotel. we asked if they had a laundry room (they didn’t), but he still suggested a laundry pickup service. he was super friendly and really made our stay better. honestly, 10/10 experience. would for sure stay again.

Out of four front desk staffers we interacted with, "Israel" provided enthusiastic and prompt assistance. Another male and female were average. However, the night shift clerk had a terrible attitude. We needed her assistance checking in to our second room due to my error on the name it was registered to - no doubt our fault, but she could have handled it without such hostility. We also needed a space heater when the heat from the room unit was inadequate for an elderly family member. The front desk ignored our calls for 30+ minutes and then snapped when we approached the desk that a worker had just passed us with it in the elevator. Our relative in the room said it did not arrive until at least 20 minutes later. The sliding door to our bathroom was off the track, leaving one-inch gaps on either side. The one bathroom towel hook had loose screws, leaving little space to put our things. The room has a fridge but no microwave. Single-serve coffee was the lowest-quality we have ever had.

The Executive Pacific Hotel was a great bargain in downtown Seattle, where neighboring hotels were much more expensive. The staff was very accommodating, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers.

In all my years of travel, I have never experienced a less helpful staff. When their 2 elevators stopped working, there was no sign posted or help in finding the stairs. I, a paying customer, had to help another paying customer get their luggage up 7 flights of stairs. The staff refused to help, or even offer a simple apology. Instead, when asked about it, they got attitude and basically told me that they were also inconvenienced by the fact that they were unable to manage their elevators and keep them working… again, not even an apology was offered and I was made to feel unreasonable for suggesting that paying customers should be offered something for the inconvenience of having to walk up 7 floors with luggage for a $1,500 stay… outrageous!!! Do not stay here unless you want to pay a lot to be treated like trash. On top of all that, they charge 40.00 if you want any standard cleaning,or beds made… never have I paid so much for so little. I’ve stayed in motel 6 with better service. Probably the worst hotel in Seattle, and absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in… just horrible!

This place has no service!! IT WAS VERY ANNOYING! They have moved to digital everything so there's very few staff, no room cleaning unless you want to pay $40 either! Check in is done digitally on a machine when you get there or online, they send texts checking in on you, probably cause there's no staff (which isn't helpful to international people who can't receive them, it's lucky I had a US number through google voice). Even the restaurant attached is digital everything! We tried to eat there and gave up as there was no staff, no service and no clean tables. I didn't think service was a big deal until I had none, so this was a wakeup call to me on how important hotel staff and having humans around are! Our toilet got blocked too and an hour after calling they just handed us a plunger which we didn't know how to use...they said they were swamped...probably because there's not enough staff! The fire alarm also went off in the middle of the night as a false alarm. I booked this place cause it was the cheapest in the downtown Seattle area and now I know why, cause there's not staff! and even then, it was still way too expensive considering they don't have anyone to pay...where is the money going? The only good thing I have to say is that the beds were comfortable and the location was pretty good..though it's on a hill so get ready to work those leg muscles!

Parking is difficult to start. Then, you are met with a no-customer service greeting and told to check in at a kiosk, while there is someone sitting at the front desk. When I didn't see my room number and made a complaint, the front desk clerk "Issy" or something said "You don't have to stay here! I can just give you your money back". Honestly, this woman has the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced at a hotel and if I were running the hotel, she would either be doing laundry or fired.

The executive fit our every need. We wanted a spot in the city close by bars and attractions. This place was within walking distance of so many things. My favorite part of our stay was the option for late checkout. Not many hotels offer it, and they offer it at a price of 20 an hour. It saved our butts because our flight wasnt until 11 pm. Checking out late allowed us to enjoy our night in the city without worrying about waking up and checking out so early. I would absolutely stay here again. Staff was amazing, room was clean, i didn't feel scared to get under the blankets.

We stayed in a room with 1 queen bed. Loved the AC, bed was comfortable with lots of soft comfy pillows. The Keurig was a nice bonus, only wished there were more water bottles & coffee pods for our 2nd night; tho, I'm sure we could've asked for more. The bathroom was very small with a short toilet and the shower's water pressure was very weak. The only place to really hang the bath towels & hand towels were in the shower. All & all, the location of the hotel, the price we paid, the valet parking, & the very yummy bagel breakfast sandwich, the coffee, pastry & juice were amazing! Thank you Executive Hotel Pacific!!! 💖

This is an affordable place to stay in downtown Seattle and is well located. The rooms are small typical of a city hotel. Instead of paying $54 for valet parking you can park two blocks away for $12 for 24 hours. There are two nice places to eat on the property.

Convenient location to the famous Fish Market. Easy downhill walk from hotel, uphill return trip via walking is good if you choose the correct cross street. Restaurant in the hotel makes good breakfast and afternoon/evening food. Room was very nice, elevator was fast.
