We loved this hotel for our family trip. We all stayed in one room for 3 nights. 2 adults and 2 teens. It was absolutely fine size wise. Location is fab if you are happy to walk a few hills. So used gym and said it was good. Front desk very approachable. We would stay again here and will recommend.

We could hardly walk through the lobby to check in or check out out was filled with huge numbers of tour groups. We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready and then elevator was incomprehensible and wandered around with our bags until someone finally showed us how to get to our floor. This may have been an IHG Crown Plaza but clientele looked more like a Motel 6 bunch

Room wasn’t very clean……2 items under furniture/on window shelf that were left from previous guests. Bathroom floor not very clean, especially base of toilet. Enjoyed the staff, especially Narwahi and Milton who had to run for my morning complimentary coffee. Why isn’t there a self-serve coffee bar for guests? Not crazy about the lobby drinking water plastic cups….are they recycled? Otherwise, staff very pleasant and breakfast buffet very nice.

Our room was enormous and had fantastic views of the city from the 33rd floor, we could even see the Boeing air show from the window!! Really pleased, the room was really clean and modern too. We’ve been travelling for a while and this room was really a treat to come home to. The lobby area was very busy, but the check in queue was short and seamless. Very impressed and would stay here again if I was in Seattle. Thank you

Friendly, helpful, able to get us rooms nearby each other without being too close. Lobby was a popular hang out, friendly patrons. Good snack area with self checkout. The restaurant and lounge only stay open until 10pm so we weren’t able to partake. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was soft an amazing, i slept like a dream. The shower was great, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The shampoos, soaps, and lotions were pleasant fragrance and a good supply to the room.

valet was super aggressive on arrival. not even a welcome. parked 50 feet from the valet, in a lot that cost, 40$ for 24 hrs, as opposed to 65$ plus tax in the hotel. the welcome soured our trip. wont be back. room rate through hotels. com was a good rate.

I booked through hotels.com and when I got there they said my room was not paid for even though I paid in full through hotels.com. The 2 gentlemen at the front desk were rude and did not try to be helpful. Not one bit of empathy or a smile. All they said was I should have booked through them and it was my fault for booking last minute. I worked it out through hotels.com but I would not go back because of the hotel staff. Staff is rude and unhelpful. No one smiles here.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were able to get an early check in. I like the security of the building with getting in and out. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The valets were great. I loved being able to text to have our car brought around. They were friendly and efficient. The wait staff in the restaurant was also great. I loved the view from our room. This is our second time staying here and we will stay here again.

The hotel was gorgeous but it was expensive. The staff was great. Fridge and bottled water in the HUGE room. The beds were amazing and a great selection of pillows. The only drawback is that there’s not a lot around the hotel. No corner stores or places to buy snacks. We walked everywhere and used the public transit trains. I was easy for us with no mobility issues. However if would be difficult for anyone with limitations. It’s a bit out of the way and it a steep walk up from the station. There’s also a lot of homeless people camping across the street. Very visible from the room we were in. I’d not stay here if I were on my own. I suppose one could use uber but we’ve not done that. We walked everywhere. This could be expensive for someone who isn’t mobile. We came for the games at t-mobile. We came down by a track train from Canada - and the hotel was a good walk from there.

Food sucks, very over priced and to top it off they force you to pay 18 on top of that for a tip. no coffee, so you will need to go to the hotel next door to get some. Room service never came. It’s over priced The room was nice but that was about it!

Elevations restaurant for dinner was fantastic! Chef knows what he is doing! Brooke, our server, was amazing and hard working! Rooms were clean. Close to link line and walking to wharf (it’s a hike up hill). Would stay there again!

The Hotel was great, very clean and the hotel staff were very polite, accommodating and helped out when I needed something. The restaurant at night was also a nice end to our nights, staff was very welcoming and couldn't do more for you. The only issue we had was the morning food service where it's a automatic 18% tip and the service was non existent. Should let the guest decide how much tip they should give based on their experience.

The remodel here is being done beautifully. The staff was always helpful, responsive and respectful. The lounge and restaurant here provides some of the best food I’ve ever had. Both the breakfast and dinner options were fantastic. I splurged for the steak one night and it was melt in your mouth amazing and perfectly seasoned!

This is a nice hotel. Despite long lines at check-in, the staff was very professional and courteous. I requested a room on a higher floor if available, and ended up on the 34th floor overlooking downtown Seattle. The room was spacious and clean with a nice TV and good WiFi. You can walk to the waterfront from the hotel, although the return walk has a steep incline. I caught a bus to return. The train line from the airport is also only a few blocks away, so that was conveniently located. Would gladly stay here again!

Thanks Dear Crowne Plaza Seattle Downtown Team, First of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful assistance you provided before our arrival. We traveled all the way from Israel and had arranged for several Amazon packages to be delivered to the hotel in advance. We were very happy to find that everything was waiting for us safely upon arrival, exactly as we had hoped. We truly appreciate the care and assistance from your team — it made our arrival in Seattle much easier and was a very nice way to begin our stay. There are, however, two small matters regarding our reservation that we would kindly appreciate your help in clarifying and resolving. Prior to our arrival, we contacted the hotel regarding having five family members stay together in our room. Your team kindly confirmed in writing that five guests could be accommodated in the room and also informed us that a rollaway bed would be available for $25 per night and that we could request it at check-in. We were therefore expecting to be able to receive the additional bed, but unfortunately it was not provided. We would be very grateful if you could please arrange the rollaway bed for us, as previously confirmed. In addition, when we checked in, we were informed at the front desk that breakfast was not included with our reservation. According to our Hotels.com booking confirmation, however, our reservation specifically includes breakfast for four guests.
