When we stayed at the end of August. The van to the hotel from the airport took 1 1/2 hours to pick us up. On our stay on the 19th of September, we waited for the van from the airport to the hotel for over an hour! Then we took a cab that cost us $25.00!

Shuttle service to and from the airport is not running very regularly. By the arrival we had to wait almost 45 min, next day we could not catch the shuttle we wanted as they were departing every hour and with very limited capacity. The building is very old and there is only one elevator for all 4 floors. The rest was very ok.

Shuttle bus is not guaranteed. I called three times at 8:35 pm, 8:40 pm, and 8:45 pm. Nobody answered my calls. I had to walk 25 minutes from the airport to this hotel. Unlikely rain dropped just a little bit.

Right after we checked in , myself & 3 other people , were TRAPPED IN THE ELEVATOR! Manager was rude when explained what happened as if it wasn't a big deal. 10 mins of pure panic! Take the freakin stairs or go somewhere else. Unbelievable.

King room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in need of a renovation. Furniture in breakfast room is very worn and a facelift is needed. The temperature in the dining room is very cold and crowded as many guests use that hotel as a connection for their cruises. There is only one elevator and it is very slow.

Shuttle service from the airport was terrible. Called 10 times and couldn’t anyone to answer the phone. Ended up taking a cab costing me $21 plus tip.

Staff was really nice and helpful. My room was not ready. Bathroom was not cleaned and no new towels only used ones on floor. Garbages wer not emptied. Also no parking availability when i arrived. I paid for several days of parking.. it took over 30 min to get a spot after complaining to front desk. I was instructed to park in a handi cap spot. Obviously they over book thier parking lot and it is a huge hassle to deal with when all you want to do is relax before your early morning flight.

Our room smelled bad, most of the hotel didn’t smell great. After getting our stuff up to the room, we left and there was a cart full of garbage left in front of the elevator unattended. Staff was not friendly, we were not greeted when we arrived, staff seemed unwelcoming

The place smelled horrible... There were stains all over the sheets... it was extremely noisey, to the point where we could not sleep.. When we pulled in there were about 5 cop cars responding to a call, so from the beginning it was uncomfortable... Will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!

The nice pictures online did not match what the actual room looked like…needs updating. The small fridge was barely cold and was not balanced… thought it was going to fall over when I opened the door. The airport shuttle said Sleep Inn on the side of the van with a paper in the window saying Comfort Inn...didn’t know to look for that until I called them a second time while I was waiting to get picked up. But, on the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was updated some and was clean. Breakfast was OK…. Not sure the eggs were real or powdered ?

Parking was difficult and spaces were tiny. Get a compact car if you hope to fit in the parking garage. It's an older building and needed some maintenance, but the price is right and it's 10 minutes from the airport. If you just need a place to sleep it's a fine place to stay, especially if you need to make an early flight.

My only complaint is that the walls and floors are not sound insulated at all. I suffer from tinnitus so if I can hear the noise then it is way to loud.

We found this to be a reasonably priced to leave our car while on vacation and to stay over night on our way back. We wanted to go up one day early before our flight and Best was amazing!! She worked through the craziness of needing to find our original booking and then add the new night. She stayed calm and patient which helped us out a lot as we were already stressed that we could not check into our flight. I want to give her a shout out for being so helpful and willing to make customers feel at home.

We were affected by the tsunami notice on Tuesday, July 29th, which disrupted our flight to Hawaii. Our layover flight ended up de-boarding around 8 p.m., leaving us to find a hotel for the night. Comfort Inn by the airport seemed like a convenient choice, so I booked a room for one night to see if our flight would be rebooked for the next day (Wednesday). The next update came later, and our flight was eventually rebooked for Friday, so I extended our stay by two more nights (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights). However, later on Wednesday, we were notified of an earlier flight option that would allow us to leave that on Thursday. As soon as I received that update on July 30th, I went to the front desk to let them know I would no longer need the night of Thursday, July 31st. Unfortunately, I was told I couldn’t cancel due to the hotel’s 24-hour cancellation policy. While I understand policies are in place, it was disappointing given the unusual circumstances. For me, it’s less about the money and more about the principle of flexibility in a situation like this. I’ve never given a 1 star review before but I think this warrants one. Wouldn’t ever come back.

The front desk customer service was not stellar. One of the staff asked me a questionand before i could answer they left with some else that had walked up to the counter after i did. The staff didn't code either of the keys and several othet customers that had to wait in line again had the same problem.

The rooms and breakfast are okay but the parking is horrible. Makayla, the GM, was a nightmare to work with. She was not customer-focused and only wanted to recite policies and procedures. The staff was very fairly accommodating and friendly before she showed up. I'm not sure if she's used to a specific clientele but I'm not the one who will be treated rudely. After staying several days, we checked out and went to another hotel after meeting her. During our stay we asked for our room to be cleaned and was told we had to leave all of our belongings and vacate in order to have the room cleaned. It was a crew of 4 (including a man) to clean one room. They said it was for their safety. Four of them vs. me. Who should have felt unsafe? Again, that leads me to wonder what kind of people really frequent this hotel. Overall, I would say find somewhere else to stay if you can.

A great hotel with excellent customer service! The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Checking in was terrible even though our reservation was made ahead of time. We arrived from the airport at 12:30am… we were told that the internet was down and they couldn’t check us in with no expected time to be able to check us in. HOW DOES A HOTEL NOT HAVE A DOWN TIME PROCEEDURE!?! especially for reservations made ahead of this outage I can understand new guests. Around 2:40am we were able to finally check in. Lobby, hallways and stairs seem a little outdated but the room was modern the beds were comfy and clean. Pillows were great too. Room had plenty of towels too which we appreciated

A great little park across the street that was really pleasant, tall trees, a lake, lots of families there, short trail to walk out the back side, and sidewalks to walk around inside the park. Great food place a short walk away -- the Silver Dollar Casino, great food there, recommended by staff. Staff was very friendly and pleasant, older facility, needs updating, our room was clean and you can tell cleanliness is important, the staff was really great... which bumped up my rating to a four.

We had a free shuttle between airport and hotel. We were able to walk ti the Angle Park train station and got downtown for $6 each round trip. Super safe and convenient. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Comfortable bed too

Breakfast was limited. No muffins, hot foods were terrible. Coffee was colored water. Had a few homeless people who came in for breakfast. First night had to park off property as there was not enough spots. Room was average, bed was comfortable enough. The one shining item was the number of comfortable pillows was spot on and the bedding was thick enough to provide good temperature management.

The free shuttle they offer from and to the airport was great! It was easy to communicate it with the staff and the shuttle drivers were very helpful. Their free hot breakfast was good, includes scrambled eggs and sausages. The room and the bed itself was nice but there were a couple questionable stains on the towels and the pillow sheets. The place itself could use upgrades to make it more presentable as the place is a bit run down. Overall, we would stay here again if we had an overnight layover.

This hotel is one of our favorite places to stay when we need to overnight near the Airport. It is a quick shuttle ride away and the rooms are always clean. The staff is super helpful. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby, and one of our favorite services they have is their shuttle driver will take you to any restaurant and drop you off and then pick you up. The driver has always been very polite and friendly and asks how our meal was, etc.
