My partner and I checked into the hotel on June 19th, and we were given a very small room in which we could barely move. The wardrobe door couldn’t even open because it was pressed right up against the bed, leaving no space at all. Additionally, the Wi-Fi stopped working in the evening and remained down until 10 AM today. When I approached the reception to report the issue, unfortunately, the hotel staff couldn’t speak English and did not understand what I was saying. The bed was also extremel uncomfortable – it was a spring mattress that made loud squeaking noises with even the slightest movement. Because of this, we couldn’t sleep all night and both of us are now suffering from severe back pain. We are very disappointed because you advertised this hotel and recommended it to your customers without having accurate information about its facilities and services. Moreover, the hotel listing stated that laundry service was available. However, when I asked about it upon arrival, I was told that there was no laundry service at all. I have a serious complaint about the hotel you recommended to us, and I kindly request a full refund. Please note that we have already checked out of the hotel.

This three-star hotel is like an inn in the middle of the roads of uninhabited areas. Old and dark building, with cramped and dirty rooms. All the equipment in the hotel is very old and broken. Elevator, TV, hair dryer, doors are all broken. The rooms were full of cockroaches. Princel was told many times, but they did not take any action. The worst possible choice would be in Istanbul. Breakfast is very superficial and insignificant. Breakfast time was until half past ten in the morning, but if you arrived after half past nine, there would be nothing left and the restaurant staff would say it was finished and would not fill the dishes. There were two elevators, one of which was always out of order and the other could only accommodate two people. You have to wait a quarter of an hour for the elevator to go up.

Great location just few minutes walk from the HVL1 bus to/from airport and two metro stops for M2. The area was safe with a lot of restaurants, clubs and shopping centre. The room was spacious with comfortable bed, heating and air conditioning. The bathroom was full equipped with powerful shower. The breakfast was good with wide variety.

I've stayed in many hotels in Yenikapı during my frequent visits to Istanbul but Hermanos is my favourite. I had room 111 which is a single room at the rear of the building. All single rooms in Istanbul tend to be on the small side but it was practical and functional - TV, fridge, air con, ensuite toilet and shower, window. There's some local eateries a couple of minutes walk away, my favourite being Gaziantepli Bahattin Usta. Most attractions are within a 2km walk though the Tram line and Metro line are about 5 minutes walk. I enjoyed my 3 nights here I booked twice more.

Tout était merveilleux, les gens étaient très gentils et serviables ainsi que le service très rapidement. L'hôtel calme à la nuit avec climatisation et proche de tous. Mais ce qu'il m'énerve qu'il n'y a pas de piscine notamment il est écrit sur la Map, les chambres sont étroites et ils sont propres. Certainement une note de 8/10.

I reserved a 27 meters rokm for 21 nights. At first night they got 15 meters . I told them and tomorrow they changed room . Floir if room is noisy , bathrooms need renovation. Totally this hotel needs renovation. Location is near istanbul center and metro

Meiner Meinung nach waere die Unterkunft renovierungsbeduerftig . Das Wifi hat nie funktioniert. Es gab auch einen Rohrbruch und einen Lift der an den Waenden streifte, sodass ich lieber die Stufen stieg.

Everything was working in my room. There was a small leak from the radiator. I would have liked to have a table and chair. Breakfast was not to my liking, but the coffee was pretty good.

Great location with good value for money. The atmosphere was fabulous and the staff were helpful and professional. The hotel was clean.

Staff at the hotel are exceptionally helpful. The rooms are neat and comfortable, refreshed every morning. Scrumptious breakfast. The hotel location is within walking distance of most of the major tourist attractions and shopping options. No worries about the congested Istanbul traffic.

Very good hotel. 5 minutes walk to metro. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and cleaned daily. Breakfast is very good , with plenty of choice. Great value and I would definitely use again.

the worst stay ever.. the staff contionously kept asking about our payment and one of the staff held our passports and he said the passports will be given once the payment is done , and we were given a different room , the room is too small than shown in the pictures on website .. washroom isnt clean too and the flush doesnt work .. Overall a terrible stay 😴

Excellent staff, good breakfast, location close to main metro station and a lot of restaurants and stores within few mins walk from the hotel. The room was small and not the best mattresses.

Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel,noisy in the night and early morning. A lot of smokers downstairs that you can smell the cigarette smell coming through the AC to the rooms.

Zentral, aber alte Bausubstanz. Zimmer mit wenig Tageslicht. Altstadtnah und verkehrgünstig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.

Rooms very small uncomfortable and old bad furniture

I believe it is important for the hotel to make a quick reservation. The room was less than expected. The bathroom window did not close completely, so noises were heard from the street especially the men in front of the bar until morning. The bathroom was very small and the water basin was too. I don't know if the hotel has bigger rooms; however, I recommend mostly for solo travellers. I liked the breakfast and the kind staff too. I hope to come again.

Unpolite staff, small rooms! Check out was supposed to be at 1pm but reception called at 11:30 and asked to vacate the room because they had no clients! There is a kettle in the room, no tea, no coffee! The towels are terrible

Staff at the hotel are exceptionally helpful. The rooms are neat and comfortable, refreshed every morning. Scrumptious breakfast. The hotel location is within walking distance of most of the major tourist attractions and shopping options. No worries about the congested Istanbul traffic.

The room was nicely made and decorated. The breakfast buffet gave me travelers diareahh. There is no lunch or dinner at the hotel, a flyer to order from to go. When I asked for help the porter spoke English but wasn’t clear about how to do it. When I went to the desk and he was in front of the night desk clerk, he only spoke Turkish and seemed to imply it was my fault. Not what I expected. Welcome Pickups couldn’t stop in front because the very narrow streets and traffic. I had to walk carrying my suitcase the whole block on broken pavement.

La verdad este hotel me ha sorprendido mucho para bien , me han tratado genial la limpieza súper agradable y el personal de 10 , lo recomiendo 100%la zona no está mal tienes para lavar la ropa Justo al lado del hotel, restaurantes y tiendas , el metro a 10 minutos lo que menos me ha gustado ha sido el desayuno que siempre es lo mismo y te cobran por una tortilla
