Really nice property in a nice area with dining option around. The room was nice, spacious, clean, quite with great amenities . The lobby, dining room and breakfast were good as well as the gym and laundry room. Overall it was great and the staff was very friendly.

Check in was interesting, the Lady at the front seemed preoccupied and our presence seemed to be interfering with whatever she had been doing before we came in (scrolling on her phone). The pool was closed for the weekend, no propane in the outdoor fire table or BBQ\'s....Having a pool closed for the weekend in Texas in August? Okay?? When asked if they were going to remedy the situation we were told "The manager is gone for the weekend, we\'ll see what we can do Monday"...Not catastrophic but we were definitely looking to use a pool over the weekend, very disappointing. Room was clean, the area seemed quiet, but nothing to rave about. This falls under the category of "I\'d probably look for a different hotel the next time through".....Have a great day!

Sports Tournament trip! I loved the hotel the only thing is it was hard to catch someone at the front desk no one was there or we had to come back or look around for them other then that no complaints! Good breakfast options I Loved the pool we had a good time there!!

Staff was friendly. Room seemed clean on arrival, I did work late and then took my shower and got into bed. One of the pillows smelled like someone slept on it and the pillow case was not changed out. Even though I did not make use of the kitchen area, I did lay the the room key card on the counter, I left this morning 10/24/25 at approx. 10:45am, and I felt something like salt or sugar left on the counter. Not noticeable to the eye but touch. The bed slept well, the room was otherwise ok. I made due by removing the pillow.

We had the king suite with seperate bedroom and it was like having a whole house! We were there for a bodybuilding show so having a full kitchen with optional hotplate and a FULL FRIDGE and so much room was amazing. Also the beds are SOOO comfy and black out curtains were great. The bathroom was massive and clean - great location, pool, breakfast and common areas. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in process was simple enough. The only issue we encountered was the TV in the room did not work so I called the front desk and they replaced the remote. Come to find out the tv was was not fully plugged in. It was a slight inconvenience to have to go downstairs to get the remote replacement only to discover that the TV was not plugged in. Otherwise, the overnight stay was comfortable and convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

Very Disappointed – Paid for a Room We Didn’t Even Get We booked and paid in advance for a room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch to comfortably fit our family. When we arrived to check in, we were told that our room had been given away no explanation, no apology, nothing. Instead, we were stuck with a cheaper room that only had 1 king bed and a pull-out couch. My husband had to sleep on the floor just so our kids could sleep in a bed. On top of that, we were charged the full price for the room we originally booked no refund or price adjustment for the downgrade. This was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. We planned ahead, paid ahead, and still got treated like our reservation didn’t matter.

Waited for about 20 minute at the front desk before anyone came to help check me in. I called, yelled out to see if anyone was there to no answers. Eventually a gentleman begrudgingly checked me but it started off the entire experience on a bad note. Tried to speak with the front desk attendant about this when I left but was made to feel as if I was inconveniencing her by interrupting her meal she was eating at the front check in desk. Overall wouldnt stay here again solely due to the staff.

When I made my reservation I added notes to let them know we were getting in late. I also called and informed the front desk so my room would not be cancelled for no show. I explained we were traveling and it was going to be very late when we arrived. I was told that was not a problem. I arrived to find the doors locked no one at the desk and no one would answer the phone. I called customer service they tried contacting the property and no one answered. I was told there was nothing else they could do. So after driving 5 hours, and spending an hour trying to check in I had to find another hotel and pay for another night somewhere else. I called the front desk a few hours later to explain what happened and never once even got an apology. I was told they would cancel my reservation, but that I would have to contact Hotels.com to see I if I get my money back or not. Terrible customer service. This is unacceptable!!!

No One and I honestly mean no one was at that front desk EVER! We saw them at check in after waiting for them and never again. The room didn’t get cleaned until day 3. Was it the most horrible experience? No. Will I stay at a home 2 suite again? Yes. Just could have been better!

The iron was dirty and stained my shirt. The shower had no shampoo. The desk was unmanned for 10 minutes when we checked in at night. We had no idea what to do. When the lady finally got up there she was upset I was behind the counter trying to find a number to call to get help. I called and left a message for a manager to call me back... It's been over a week and no call.

I enjoyed the room, the hotel itself. The parking lot was nice. Saw the pool looked lovely and the staff was fine. I couldn't get on the wifi because I wasn't checked in correctly. I found this out when my room was access by a potential guest . Then, after I was trying to check out and found that i was already check out which means i was again vulnerable to someone having access to my room when i was or wasn't there. No, i did not feel safe from that perspective. Also the breakfast was the same the whole time i was there no scrambled eggs i did care for that. Just my experience.

Brand hotel that nice and quite and in a great location centrally located to everything in the area. This hotel is 10-15 minutes from DFW airport and 30min to downtown Dallas or Fort Worth!!! Will definitely stay here again.

Check in was inconvenient because they tried giving me a single bed when my reservation CLEARLY stated a 2 bed room. Rooms were spacious but there was an awful smell permeating through the hallways and into the room (at least on the 4th floor). Breakfast is very basic; skipped breakfast for remainder of stay.

Breakfast was absolutely horrid. Let me repeat. Don’t bother to grab breakfast, it’s horrible. Continentally stripped to a few apples and some fruit loops. Buy breakfast items before you arrive and microwave in your room. Trust me. Horrible!
