The hotel it self is pretty nice, it was clean and updated. The problem is that they say they have an "airport shuttle". It took over 1.5 hours to get picked up at the airport then I was told the shuttle does not run after 8am that we needed to take an uber or lyft to get to the airport. If you want to be considered an airport hotel and provide a shuttle then do NOT put limited hours with our having that clearly posted!!!

Okay hotel for a one night stay. Breakfast was minimal. Staff was friendly enough. There are better hotels for the same money but we got this one at 1:00 in the morning. The Downs end is they hardly ever answered their phone. when we called for a shuttle no answer ... Ended up taking a cab for 45 bucks.

I was stranded at DFW, so I booked this place for the low price and airport shuttle. However, they do NOT have a consistent shuttle service, it only runs certain hours. A taxi from DFW was 40 before tip and Lyft wasn't much cheaper. Could have booked much nicer hotel with better shuttle!

The best of the hotel was the people helping with the breakfast and cleaning. The worse was the manager and the lack of a shuttle. The hotel's profile says that it has a shuttle to the airport daily from 4 am to midnight. That was the selling point for me when I got stranded in Dallas. Guess what? The shuttle only runs when it is convenient for the hotel owners. On Saturday the last shuttle was at 8 am!! The manager told me that Expedia has not changed the information despite the fact that he has told Expedia that the availability of the shuttle has changed since the pandemic started. Well, American Airlines also has the same information. So, who is the one lying? the motel or Expedia and AA?

The shuttle driver to the airport was very diligent and helpful. We stayed due to the flight cancellation, and they were a good place to stay overnight and get out of and back to the airport.

SHUTTLE WARNING - I booked this specifically b/c it was cheap & had a shuttle to airport. When I called from the airport the lady said to grab an uber b/c the shuttle couldnt come for at least an hour b/c ? (thick accent). So our $62 hotel turned into a $115 hotel b/c the hotel area is far from the airport. Same in the a.m. but this time I insisted so they did. Its not a circulating shuttle. Hotel is clean but smells strongly of disinfectant everywhere. Bkfst is decent and they put it out at like 3am. Beds are comfy but only 2 pillows per queen bed and they only had one extra. Found someone's leftovers in the fridge. Bar/grill right next door open late. Overall its a good deal but if counting on the shuttle go elsewhere.

I booked with Super 8 by Wyndham because their website says that they offer free shuttle to airport. When I arrived they said they could drop me off at 8 am and they didnt so i had to pay a taxi ($40). When i arrived they said i had to wait till 9pm for their shuttleto pick me up. I areived at 7pm. So I had to spend another $26 for an uber. The front desk clerk had me wait til the next day for leaving my car at their property because he didnt know the process.

They say they have free airport shuttle, they do not. They left us at the airport for 1 1/2 hours without answering their shuttle or direct hotel line. We had to pay 46.00 for an Uber. Upon arrival we tried to arrange shuttle back the owner said only if you check out 2 hours early at 9:00. We said you advertise free shuttle. He said only when we want. Also free WiFi a lie. No WiFi in rooms doesn’t go there. They know it. Lies and rudeness unmatched by owner and his family. Unethical establishment. Beware they false advertise with no consequences to them.

I stood outside waiting for the shuttle for an hour while watching other motel shuttles pick up their guests. I finally called the motel and they said I needed to call to let them know I needed a ride! So then I had to wait 90 minutes MORE before being picked up. There should be a notice SOMEWHERE that says guests need to call the motel for a pick up from the airport. I was already stressed from my flight being delayed, and waiting in the pouring rain made it worse.

We will never stay at another Super 8 property again. This hotel appeared to have nice look, but on closer examination, it was filthy. The second floor hall had linoleum that had been rolled over carpet and then screwed down. The elevator buttons had grime around the edges, the lamp on the nightstand was filthy and I used my shirt for a pillow case. We found a water bottle in the room, half full and a mask in the chair for the room. The drapes smelled like they had never been cleaned and had been there for 20 years. When the air was on, the smell of the drapes permeated through the room. Had we not been so tired and already paid for this room, we would have left.

All the 4/5 star reviews are misleading. The floors were not clean when I arrived & the room had a musty/mildew smell. You can hear everything, to include the adjacent interstate & all the rooms above & next to you. The free breakfast is very very limited. It’s like they took a low rate motel & attempted to dress it up with new bedding and fancy tile in the bathroom. Not worth the money considering it’s only slightly less expensive than surrounding hotels that are much nicer.

Disgusting. Literally dry boogers on the wall and desk when we arrived. Room smelled awful. Floor was sticky. Toilets would not flush, had to use lobby restroom. Breakfast option was toast or cereal that you had to eat with a fork because they had no spoons. Had to wait of course for the staff to make their breakfast before we could make ours. They also started cleaning breakfast up at 9:00 am. Construction going on everywhere.

This was a 1 night stay because of the proximity to a hospital for an early AM procedure. Property was dated but clean. Unfortunately the bed was like sleeping on a plank, it was hard. The bathroom doors hinges squealed like a stuck pig at the slightest movement so any time one of us got up to use it, the other was startled awake. Service was quick but impersonal.

If you are staying there to get a good night sleep forget it. Close to the freeway and the noise is ridiculous. Room was clean but while we were out for the day, the cleaning crew came in and took all the towels but didn’t leave any clean ones. When we asked for some I had to go down and pick them up at the front desk and got two thin bath towels, nothing else. The saying you get what you pay for is true in this case as the room was really reasonably priced. Had a weird square toilet.

Omg, this was the hardest mattress I have ever slept on at a hotel. It was so hard that I couldn't even sleep through the night. The staff was nice and the breakfast was ok, but due to the bed mattress I will never stay here again or recommend to friends.

The room was the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed in. I felt like they stuck us in a closet. We asked for new towels and an extra pillow and they didn't have any. They ran out of breakfast the second day. We couldn't connect to the Wifi the first day. It was clean, the AC was cold and it was cheap so there's that.

Booked this hotel after being stranded from flight cancellation at DFW - waited an hour to attempt to check in - at that point the manager came out and told us all to leave unless we had an "airline voucher" and that we would just have to figure out how to get reimbursed. I contacted Expedia about the issue and they then contacted the hotel and were told that NO REFUND would be issued. Very frustrating experience! I will never book any Wyndham anywhere again -- ever.

I booked the hotel pay for it online once I arrived at the room the front desk workers said that I could not be checked inside the room due to a hold on the computer. I was not able to get a hotel room at the same time. They did take my money and has not given it back.

Staff unprofessional, rude and with attitude. We booked for three nights, paid and confirmed my booking. I got there by 3pm to check in and that lady was telling me that the room was not ready at first, and she tryna give me a room with 2 queen size bed instead of 1 king size bed that I booked. She suggested me to checked me in only for 1 night instead of 3 nights of my booking due being sold out the next day. Why would you confirm somebody booking for 3 nights knowing that you were sold out?? And she said to checked me in for 1 night and the next day she’ll call police on me to check me out😂😂😂 very unprofessional staff and customer service.

I arrived at DFW and tried calling the property multiple times to find out whether I needed to request a shuttle from the airport or if it would come on its own. After an hour of calling, I called the Wyndham corporate line and had them transfer me to the hotel. When I finally arrived, the check-in procedures were chaotic, the vending machines didn’t work properly, and my room had a smell I don’t even know how to describe. Very thankful this was a one-night stay because of an emergency. Definitely avoiding this place if I need to stay near DFW again.

The staff under the supervision of Manager Ms. Jodi Andress is top notch. So pleasant, helpful and always willing to do anything they can to make sure you are happy and that your stay is as pleasant as possible. I only stay here when I fly in to see the many Cowboys games I attend. Also the hotel is conveniently located for all your needs. Walmart is close , restaurants or fast food whatever you choose is also close by. It's my home away from home.

For the price I was happy. Room was clean. A little noisy. Avoid the restaurant next door, Fire House Grill. I went because I could walk. I wish I had driven two blocks. Plenty of restaurant options withing a mile

It was very clean with great service including maid service. Breakfast was good for either eating in the lobby or your room and could even be on the go. They were even able to check me in late night after reserving less than an hour before arrival.

Hotel lobby and room were clean, welcoming, the king size bed, very comfortable but had 3 small pillows that were not. Also, breakfast was subpar, very small selection. Superstar breakfast should be labeled continental breakfast.
