We were so pleased when we opened the door and see it was a suite. With two younger children it was awesome The swimming pool was very nice with grills even if you wanted to cook outside. I would definitely recommend it to others and stay there again myself

The whole reason we booked this trip was to go to the pool...it was filthy..the water was so bad that u couldn't even see the bottom of the pool or where the steps were to get in..it was very dark..so our 2 day trip was basically for nothing. Very disappointed..not worth the price for a 2 night stay

We stayed Saturday and checked out today (Sunday). Had a 1 bedroom king suite. Room was spacious and we LOVED that it had a ceiling fan. Our room was facing the freeway and it was soooo hard to sleep from all the loud cars speeding by. The pool was overcrowded Saturday so my kids could not swim. We went to swim this morning and it was pretty nasty (needed a deep cleaning). Breakfast was good, bed was comfy, smelled cleaned all throughout the hotel. Lady at check in was very kind and friendly. Housekeeping forgot to check fridge as we did find someone else’s leftovers & there were bugs in the bathtub.

Our biggest complaint was noise issues and the fact that the staff did nothing to alleviate the problem! Our room was on the first floor and our bedroom window was literally 15ft from the outdoor basketball court! We had 4-5 young teen boys playing basketball and shouting and laughing at 11:30pm. Called two times to complain and the response was “there really isn’t anything we can do about it”. So basically our money and our time there meant nothing! We were suppose to just accept the noise as if it was us being unreasonable! The kids became louder before they eventually stopped around midnight! However the partying at the pool and loud laughing/talking by possibly their parents continued until well after 1am! We had to be up by 3:30am to catch a flight! VERY maddening! Miserable stay! Would not recommend! The cleanliness was average and we had to kill 2 roaches during our stay! Noise control past 10pm is not a concern for staff!

We have stayed here about 4x in different years and this time the hotel has changed, and the service was not too good. Upon arrival the frond desk clerk was rude. The room was nice and clean,but it did smell a bit bad. No more basketball hoops, the BBQ area and pool area look poorly. I asked to use the BBQ pits in advance since there was a sign that we had to book the barbecue pits. The lady in the front desk said we didn't have to book it. When we got to using it lady told us we couldn't use it unless we booked it. My brother-in-law offered to give her a plate and she said yes. Also we asked to clean the pool, and lady in front just said maintenance is on vacation. So no cleaning the pool and why would we want to use the pool if it's cold. If our kids decide to get in the pool it's our business not hers the pool should be clean. Either way my nephew clean the pool. Breakfast area was good.

We arrived super late, and check in was easy, but when we got into our room, there was a small, live roach on the floor (we killed it), and when we pulled out the sleeper sofa, it had a mattress cover on it (when was it last washed??) and the bagged bedding contained no extra pillows. Got there Friday checked in. Whoever attempted to charge me incidentals charged me $441. Both managers gone for the whole weekend. (Ridiculous). So no one can over turn the charge until Monday. Lucky that $441 wasn’t all I had to my name or I would’ve had no money all weekend. To The women who couldn’t own her won mistake and made up a nonsense excuse- next time if you just tell me you made an honest mistake I wouldn’t be so annoyed. Finally got refunded a full 5 days later after calling 4 times for the refund. Loose 50/60lb dog- It starts with an irresponsible owner. I was guiding a special needs person to the very confusing elevator when the aggressive dog approached us barking at us. I slammed the stairwell door in its face and we got out of there. After telling The front desk women, she shared with me that was the third time she had an incident with the dog and her manager wouldn’t believe her. Sad.. if someone was bit this would’ve been a whole different scenario. The dog pee and poop that was in the main pool to hotel walk way was there all weekend. From Friday to Monday. Told the staff Friday. And nothing happened. Told them Saturday. Sat there all weekend. Curtains in my room had about 27 stains all different colors. Dirty walls. Roaches. I just don’t recommend this filthy hotel.

Not the same quality I'm used to at a Homewood Suites. The fireplaces have all been diabled. According to them it was due to a safety issue, and at the same time the phone in our room didnt work, and there were lightbulbs out. We were told maintenance would fix the issues but they never did. The walls are thin and the people walking around upstairs at all hours of the night were loud. The staff were kind but didn't seem to care about custodial issues. They offered to add some extra points to my Hilton Honors account for the inconvenience of advertised features not being available, but they never did that either. Luckily the price wasn't outrageous, and the location is safe, but don't expect much; they aren't really trying to wow anyone with their service or amenities.

One of the best places I have stayed! It felt homey and was very convenient, clean, and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! The room was amazing and I loved the decor and layout. Great place to stay for the price!

The staff was very friendly. And the hotel was ok. The room was cute a bit out dated but was disappointing was the noise of the freeway. On top of that the window in the room costly was not the right window and would not seal, that did NOT help the freeway noise

My real gripes were with the bathroom. The exhaust fan didn't work, and several of the tiles were loose. The shower door did not slide properly, either. A previous guest must have broken a glass, because there were pieces in the dishwasher. Other than that, the staff was nice, and the breakfasts were nicely varied (having pulled pork and breakfast taco fixin's were a great change).

Understaffed. Waited 15 mins with several other groups checking in and eventually had to walk and go find an employee to come to the front to help the growing line, despite everyone ringing the bell numerous times. Tried calling hotel phone number even, but hotel their phone number doesn’t work. Girl who came up front finally was nice but overwhelmed and said she was running the hotel alone and had other things she had to go deal with, and they know their phone number just doesn’t work. 2nd floor hallways smelled like wet dog. Breakfast was decent and the place was definitely affordable. We were only there one night and it was acceptable for the price and duration but wouldn’t stay again.

We had four guest in our double queen room and only two towels. We requested more towels and never received any. Day two our room wasn’t cleaned and still never received any towels. For two days four people had to share two towels and one wash cloth. Also, house keeping came banging on our door at 8am the morning we were to check out I guess to clean our room. We didn’t have to be out until 12 that day so I’m not sure why they were there to clean. They woke the entire room up. Pool was nice and clean. (They had pool towels by the pool but not enough for the rooms)

I planned a simple trip with family to visit the AT&T Stadium to watch my favorite team Play this past Sunday for my birthday. About my stay was unsatisfactory for many reasons: 1. Room given smelled like urine. 2. Staff was unorganized and did not know what they were doing and was given a 2nd room. 3. I got billed twice. I addressed this to office staff and was informed it would be taken off. I am still waiting for charges to be taken off. 4. Upon my return from the game, got locked from my room. Went to front office and was told there was an issue with my identity and room charges and had to present my ID and show them my reservation. The front office staff was rude and kept me waiting for 30 minutes late at night while he spoke with management over the phone. Office staff stated I had to speak with management in the morning. 5. Spoke to front office staff in the morning and lady at the office stated there is no longer an issue and everything is okay. Huh…..don’t understand what happened.. Will I stay again, no.

Even though we booked well in advance of our trip, when we arrived to check in, we were informed that the hotel (Homewood Suites) was “oversold”. We were transferred to the “sister hotel” next door: the Courtyard by Marriott. Once we made it up to our room, we unpacked and settled in… only then realizing our toilet didn’t flush. The handle was broken off completely. We had to lift the tank lid and pull up the lever to get it to flush. The bed was comfortable enough, but the room was extremely humid and had a damp smell. In the morning, we went downstairs to find no continental breakfast (not even coffee!). This was not mentioned when we left Homewood Suites the night before and checked in at the Courtyard. Overall, it’s just annoying to reserve a room 3 MONTHS in advance and then not get to stay in the hotel.

Staff wasn't attentive at check-in & instructions of general room cleaning for 2nd day. Also, it doesn't help when front staff doesn't communicate in English. Another front staff personnel needed to be called in to translate. This is not only time consuming, but is ineffective for the needs of the customer. Please consider English communicators in every respect when employing staff in all positions.

We booked a room early in the day with two beds and a sofa bed. When we got in late at night, the only room they had left was one bed and a couch for a family of six. They were out of pillows and gave us folded blankets to use. Breakfast was advertised to begin at 6. We had an early flight to catch and made it downstairs around 6:30 to no breakfast and they said it would be ready by 7:00. Overall extremely disappointing as this chain usually provides a much better experience.

It was an amazing stay! The staff were friendly and very helpful when I needed help with the stove. The room was clean and modern. The kitchen had ample space and cooking utensils. The property is conveniently located near the highway, gas station, and Kroger. Also, it near the conference I attended and the Dallas area. I absolutely loved my stay there.

The free breakfast was decent. The staff weren't regularly checking if items were running out. Silverware was only cheap plastic utensils available. Room close to dumpster that was serviced at 4:45am. Quite loudly. Smoking area not far from room. Wouldn't stay there again.

Our room was very nice, clean and much bigger then I expected. Staff was friendly and always greeted us with smiles. Breakfast is free, with a large selection of foods and the food is good. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.

1st day there was a cockroach in the breakfast area. 2nd day breakfast area was left unattended, there was no coffees, plates, eggs, drinks were low, hardly no pastries left. This was still early in the morning 730am. We didn't attend breakfast thethsethiemorning because of the bad experience

We had to book this room last minute after a cancelled flight and were really impressed with the amenities and kind staff. There were 9 people in our party ages 10-50 and all were accommodated comfortably in a single suite. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and especially loved the TX-shaped waffles!
