Facility is clean but accessibility of using the elevator is limited, only for people with disabilities. bringing up to our room our heavy bags and stuffs need to use the stairs. Elevator use is limited ( only for person with disabilities) need to ask the front desk if needed in using elevator.

Upon arrival to the room everything looked clean and sanitary. Our only complaint would be that the bedsheets on both our queen size beds had foreign hair on them and we tried to inspect and remove them manually. We are very picky and cleanliness is truly a priority when sleeping in a hotel. No one likes the hairs of others on a bed that you will sleep on. The hairs were long and it left us to presume that the cleaning person whom made the bed was the reason for this. The parking was well lit and we felt it was safe. In future trips to Montreal we may opt to make other arrangements elsewhere.

It was ok. The room smelt very musty and the bathroom had ants and sheets were stained. This place has potential though. Location was great for what we needed to do. Tucked away from from a major road. It is renovated but maybe just painted. There is no staff after 10pm or before 8am which wasn’t inconvenient for us but was for others. The motel on same property is much cheaper and rooms are just as good.

Nice and clean. Spacious queen room & very comfy bed. Modern finishes (which might not appeal to everyone). The open concept, completely visible bathroom (tub, shower, long double sink) is unusual but at least the toilet is in a separate enclosed room with its own sink. There was a safe and a small fridge in the room. We’d stay again.

Beautiful room. Bed and bedding are so comfortable that it's hard to get up in the morning to get to work. Led lights all over the room. Shower was the size of twin bed. Comfortable room, no noise

We booked to stay at this hotel for 4 nights. We were given a paper that told us we would have to register to have our room cleaned and be supplied with fresh towels if we wanted that. We registered for this service but only received fresh towels once when we complained and never had any new towels or our bed made and room cleaned even once. When I complained to the person on reception the night before we were leaving his comment was "Oh well". Not even an apology. I would never recommend a hotel when you don't get what you pay for, have to stay in a room that isn't cleaned and then have rude staff on top of it.

Chdck in at 23:00, receptionnist was arrogant, asked for 93$+ tax though I paid through Expedia and showed him the receipt(not to forget the 150$ deposit) claiming it is not received on his system, I refused the 93$, he replied by all negativity OKAY WE WILL TAKE and CHARGE YOUR 150$ IF PAYMENT DIDN'T PASS THROUGH OUR SYSTEM!!

If you arrive late like I did, i.e. 5:45pm, and it’s dark, the entrance to the hotel is very easy to miss as it is or was not illuminated. Otherwise the rooms have been recently redone and my room was great.

There seem to be mixed reviews about this property. First off, if you expecting the Hyatt Regency, you will be disappointed. If you are realistic, it’s a hotel, a place to sleep. There is no continental breakfast, but are places around the hotel where food can be purchased. And, it is kept clean by their pleasant cleaning staff. Our first day, the AC didn’t work, and finally stopped working, the staff came to the room and had a look, then, moved us to a different room, where the AC was working. The AC was replaced the next day and our stay was pretty uneventful after that. They also gave us a $50 credit for our inconvenience. As for the staff, I speak marginal French, but everyone was more than willing to speak English.

This motel is right beside a busy road but our room is quite. Very modern. Bathroom very modern and the shower is amazing. The check in was easy the person on the desk was very nice. Impressive first encounter. We were able to walk to restaurants easily. Great food.

Check in didn’t work on the “self check in” we were quite rudely told to do, and ended up having to see the employee anyway. The whirlpool tub in our room was SO loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. Otherwise everything was good. I found it a bit expensive for not having any sort of breakfast or food options included.
