We are spending a week in this hotel with my wife and we are having a very good time. Here is our review, hopefully it’ll help you with making your decision! The room: The Thai studio is nice, clean & comfy. Wifi is good too. The activities: - A free shuttle to Ao Nang beach is available every hour during the day which is really a good point. - There is a lady available at the front desk to book excursions in case you did not plan any activities which can be useful. - Free yoga lessons are offered at the hotel. - The spa is a must do. You definitely have to book at least one massage. The ladies are super professional and the place is nice & cosy. This is honestly the best treatment I had since I arrived in Thailand. - The pool is a beautiful place, so relaxing & charming. Overall service: The staff is always smiling and professional. One thing that I did not understand though is the fact that they don’t prepare the cocktails at the pool when the bar is open. That would be easier and faster in my opinion. We had the opportunity to meet the owners and they were really nice too. The food: It is good and really affordable. There is a wide variety of food & cocktail options. The breakfast is good too. I appreciated the fresh fruits even if I would have loved to get some mangos, especially during the season. If you want to spend a good time in Krabi, Anana Ecological Resort is THE place.

Anana is a haven set well back from the buzzy town. Great facilities, and even yoga classes are included. Great breakfast although some slightly odd options in the mix. Sophisticated and multicultural guests saying here, no lads on tour which was a relief

This resort is wonderful and the staff are equally as excellent- Hassan in reception and Jill in the spa were exceptional. The views are incredible (We were staying on the 5th floor) and it’s very tranquil. There is a fruit & vegetable farm with mushrooms, lemongrass, coconuts and bananas growing to name a few. Also a small pond with fish and small frogs. Swings, breath work, yoga classes and gym - plus a spa on the 1st floor. There are two pools one for adults only staying in poolside suites and a family pool- both are ace! Free shuttle bus to and from Ao Nang beach. Would highly recommend! We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great breakfast variety and quality, food ordered to room and in restaurant also fab!

Nice property, liked the Natural touch. Included half board with great sky view option and lively pool. Room was comfy, was also able to wash clothes for cheap. Staff is nice and the shuttle downtown is great. Recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing view. We had the best massages at the spa. Highly recommend this location. They offer transport to ao nang beach hourly. It was very relaxing and quiet. We did some morning complimentary yoga and enjoyed the amenites. The staff was super friendly and helpful !

Anana Ecological resort er perfekt for par eller andre som vil ha et hotell med høy standard litt utenfor den mest intense lysløypa i Ao Nang, men allikevel nære og tilgjengelig nok til at du ikke går glipp av noe. Betjeningen er serviceinnstilt, smilende og virker å trives i jobben. Hotellet har et stort velholdt basseng med flere soner (boblebad, bassengbar med happy hour etc), rikelig med solsenger og god frokost inkludert betjent omelettbar for tilberedning av alle typer egg. I tillegg har de en egen 2-etasje seksjon av hotellet med litt større rom med direkte tilgang til et eget basseng. OBS, også rommene i 2. etasje har direkte bassengtilgang. Disse rommene og bassenget er forbeholdt voksne. Jeg anbefaler virkelig ett av disse rommene for luksusfølelsen. Sengen og AC er virkelig gode og komfortable, jeg sover lett og disse tingene kan man ikke se fra bildene, men søvnkvaliteten var virkelig god. Rommet ble grundig rengjort inkludert gulvvask hver dag. Atmosfæren på hotellet er rolig, det tar ca 25 min å gå til stranden, men det går gratis skyttelbil til og fra stranden til faste tider hver hele time. Veldig enkelt treningsrom på hotellet med det mest essensielle (nedtrekk, manualer, cardio), ellers er det et litt freshere gym man kan kjøpe tilgang til i sentrum for 400 THB for én dag eller 1300 THB for en måned. Vil absolutt anbefale Anana i Ao Nang om dere ikke ønsker å bo midt på stripa og ønsker å nyte litt tilbaketrukket høyere standard utenfor trengselen.

This is a lovely hotel with nice pool area, good breakfast ans other facilities I didn’t have time to access. It’s a bit further out from the main area of Ao Nang but perfect if you want something quieter. They offer a little shuttle bus to the beach which is free and convenient.

Excelente hotel em Krabi, com quartos amplos e cama confortável, limpeza e atendimento impecáveis, com ótima piscina e café da manhã. Fica distante do centrinho, mas o hotel oferece transfer a cada hora. Não há pontos a melhorar, tudo foi perfeito.

I would say the hotel was beautiful its self. However the amount of water flies in the room was a little excessive, I killed them all with off spray, so wasn’t that bad but they really should focus on that. Also the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. It is an ecological hotel so maybe that’s why. Lastly the complimentary tuktuk to and from Anana to aonang was great but they really should extend the service to midnight like other hotels.

I did give this resort a three but I almost gave it a two. My rating is 2.5 This resort was out of the way but had a shuttle to Ao Nang Beach which was convenient. It is about 40 minutes into Krabi town. The sky bar was great, offering a beautiful sunset and great drinks. We also really enjoyed our meal in the rooftop restaurant. We however, had some serious issues with cleanliness in our room. The room smelled of mildew. When we arrived the floor looked as if it hadn’t been mopped. I stepped on a piece of glass and I didn’t break any glass. The sheets had not been changed since the previous guest - the pillow had a funny smell and there were black specs of dirt and sand in them. Worse when my husband lifted the pillow and there were eyelash extensions from the last guest!!!! We immediately addressed the sheet issue with the staff and they handled it professionally having someone come change the sheets immediately which was appreciated. Our other challenge was that they didn’t put new towels in the room on the second day so we had to ask for towels. The staff seemed a little annoyed by this but did provide us with new towels. In general the staff were helpful and kind. We wouldn’t stay again here due to the issues with our room but would recommend the sky bar.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings war das Frühstück nicht besonders vielfältig und ansprechend. Die Anlage hat auch nach Abwasser/Kanälen gerochen, wenn man aus dem Zimmer raus kam. Bad hatte Schimmel und die ganze Anlage hatte einige Schönheitsmakeln. Das Hotel war in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders einzigartig.

Rooms are not clean, dirty bed, dirty walls, the pool is more like a jacuzzi (temp) and I lived outside of my suitcase due to the poor room setup and lack of cleanliness. A lot of flies at breakfast. Luckily I wasn't there much other than to sleep due to excursions. 3-star hotel at best...

Anana Ecological resort er perfekt for par eller andre som vil ha et hotell med høy standard litt utenfor den mest intense lysløypa i Ao Nang, men allikevel nære og tilgjengelig nok til at du ikke går glipp av noe. Betjeningen er serviceinnstilt, smilende og virker å trives i jobben. Hotellet har et stort velholdt basseng med flere soner (boblebad, bassengbar med happy hour etc), rikelig med solsenger og god frokost inkludert betjent omelettbar for tilberedning av alle typer egg. I tillegg har de en egen 2-etasje seksjon av hotellet med litt større rom med direkte tilgang til et eget basseng. OBS, også rommene i 2. etasje har direkte bassengtilgang. Disse rommene og bassenget er forbeholdt voksne. Jeg anbefaler virkelig ett av disse rommene for luksusfølelsen. Sengen og AC er virkelig gode og komfortable, jeg sover lett og disse tingene kan man ikke se fra bildene, men søvnkvaliteten var virkelig god. Rommet ble grundig rengjort inkludert gulvvask hver dag. Atmosfæren på hotellet er rolig, det tar ca 25 min å gå til stranden, men det går gratis skyttelbil til og fra stranden til faste tider hver hele time. Yes a peaceful and nice location, certainly in comparison to the main areas of Ao Nang, Krabi and close resorts. Not sure that building a concrete and glass monstrosity of a building on the edge of the jungle is that ecological??? The studio rooms are nice but fairly impractical, with a ridiculous platform that the bed sits on, making it difficult to get in and out of bed. A minimal provision of hanging and cupboard areas, meaning that it was impossible to unpack during our 4 day stay. The shower temperature constantly varied from hot to cold and back, meaning that obviously more water than necessary was used. The toilet paper used was so thin, that of course, more was used than would have been with a quality product. At least the staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was nice but certainly not up to 5* standards. The worst aspect was the design of the black/grey swimming pool, which was positively dangerous, with underwater walls and steps, that were not visible.

We are spending a week in this hotel with my wife and we are having a very good time. Here is our review, hopefully it’ll help you with making your decision! The room: The Thai studio is nice, clean & comfy. Wifi is good too. The activities: - A free shuttle to Ao Nang beach is available every hour during the day which is really a good point. - There is a lady available at the front desk to book excursions in case you did not plan any activities which can be useful. - Free yoga lessons are offered at the hotel. - The spa is a must do. You definitely have to book at least one massage. The ladies are super professional and the place is nice & cosy. This is honestly the best treatment I had since I arrived in Thailand. - The pool is a beautiful place, so relaxing & charming. Overall service: The staff is always smiling and professional. One thing that I did not understand though is the fact that they don’t prepare the cocktails at the pool when the bar is open. That would be easier and faster in my opinion. We had the opportunity to meet the owners and they were really nice too. The food: It is good and really affordable. There is a wide variety of food & cocktail options. The breakfast is good too. I appreciated the fresh fruits even if I would have loved to get some mangos, especially during the season. If you want to spend a good time in Krabi, Anana Ecological Resort is THE place.

Hotel is a gem. It’s located in a quiet area of Krabi, 10’ drive from Ao Nang beach. We really wanted to be secluded from the caos and this was the perfect place for that. They offer free shuttle to the beach every hour so it’s very convenient. Staff is willing to help at all times, rooms are spacious. Breakfast is amazing, plenty of options. Will 100% recommend.

Rooms were good and comfortable although the sounds coming from other adjacent rooms and corridors were louder than expected. Breakfast was good but not lunch with the exception of Pad See Ew. The reception staff and activities desk were very helpful. The shuttle service that ran almost hourly was a bonus. They were very accommodating. Wolfgang was always around to talk to customers and see to their needs.

Como pontos negativos, o hotel disponibiliza o café para pessoas que não se hospedam lá e no nosso dia chegou uma excursão com cerca de 35 adolescentes. O ambiente ficou lotado e caótico. Além disso, os funcionários do bar e do restaurante não falam muito bem inglês e não são tão solícitos. Isso gerou um stress em uma situação que me senti constrangida e eu estava solicitando para acrescentarem itens que faltavam na conta. Apesar disso, o gerente foi super atencioso e tentou contornar a situação.

Wir hatten die Poolvilla gebucht, was eine gute Entscheidung war: der große Pool ist super zum Bahnenschwimmen, die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist leider sehr laut und während unseres Aufenthalts wurden in der Nachbarschaft stinkende Feuer entfacht, dies war der einzige Wermutstropfen. Gut sortiertes Frühstück mit viel Vollkorn und Müsliauswahl und guten Thai-Spezialitäten. Praktischer Shuttle zum Ao Nang Strand. Freundliches Personal. Mit dem Taxi kommt man schnell zum Klong Muang Beach oder andere Ziele. Würde ich wieder buchen.

We enjoyed tremendously our 3-night stay here. The room was large, the views from the window are fantastic, breakfast was excellent and the pool was beautiful and great fun. The location is not perfect (7 minutes by car from central Ao Nang, not walkable), but the almost-hourly free shuttle from the hotel to the center is convenient. Above all - the staff was fantastic. We did encounter some issue during our stay (not the hotel’s fault), and everyone in the staff went out of their way to solve the issues and ensure that we are happy with the resolution. It is was a level of customer care that is rare to find even in the best hotels.

Very nice hotel with beautiful design details. Suitable for families and couples with it's two pool areas. The service was mixed, some of the staff were very professional and service minded and others had poor attitude. What was common in the restaurant is the time it takes from order to delivery. Once the kitchen didn't deliver the whole order. During checkout the agent was not so service minded, on top of that she missed one of the expenses during my stay and after I left and almost reached the airport she contacted desperately to fetch the payment of 30 euro. No proper link was delivered but instead sending me a qr-code to my phone. Besides that the room was clean, the cleaners and room service were super friendly but the reception...no words.

The room was nice. same with the picture. And this hotel was quiet far from the beach but had shuttle bus(tuktuk?) running. but, had some terrible things. i booked here about 1m before check in. but after i book, the price keep going lower and lower. so i had to call hotels.com and get price guarantee. it quiet tiresome. but before check in date, the price became about 30% but this was understandable. its better to get guest. even it makes people who booked here early as a fool. but the thing that made me angry was attitude of staff to my wife. it was 09 DEC morning time. she was trying to exchange the money (just small money) but fd said exchange is not available. It is ok i understand. but my wife asked 1more time and asked it just small money (i remember it was about 5 or 10dollars). staff could say nice. but their face was like we are bothering them a lot. so i just said sorry and got out from hotel. i didnt want to ruin my trip with argueing them. i understand that exchange is not available even small money. but couldn't you speak more nice and smile? just asked twice. was it so bothering you like that? everything was good. krabi was wonderful and hotel condition was also ok. but the attitude of FD staff almost ruined our trip. I'll never stay in this hotel even i go to krabi again.

Ya, Hasan and the team were so helpful and went above and beyond throughout our stay. From start to finish it was flawless - the facilities were great, breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. We loved our time here so much we have decided to amend our plans so we can come back for a few more days. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Lovely resort! Very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service to Ao Nang was great, every hour there and back. Hotel location was excellent. Front of house staff were excellent, special mention to Hassan for helping us with everything during our stay!

Lovely rooms, excellent breakfasts and fantastic Thai and international food from the restaurants, nice rooftop bar and restaurant with good views. We had amazing massages. Restaurant service was friendly service but it could be slow and more than once they forgot our orders or got them wrong. There often seemed to be trucks idling noisily for ages outside the main entrance which we could hear on our balcony and at the pool, which wasn't very relaxing, nor was the traffic on the road running past the hotel. Nevertheless we really enjoyed our stay.

Superleuk hotel op een fijne lokatie nabij het centrum. Alles is gericht om je een prettig verblijf te bezorgen. Het personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam en je ziet dat zij er als team zin in hebben en gemotiveerd zijn om er iets moois van te maken. Een bijzondere ervaring en complimenten aan de eigenaar die zijn gezicht ook laat zien.

Hotel was lovely! Room was spacious and it was spotlessly clean. We loved the pool. The shuttle was useful however it was in demand so it would be good to have more than one an hour, especially coming back to the hotel at peak times. Also it was quite hard to get a taxi back late one night, all drivers were trying to rip us off, including official taxis so some later ones would be useful. The breakfast was good, one of the better ones I've had in Thailand but the juices were too sweet and artificial - Thailand has such lovely fruit, a juice station would go down well! Also lots of issues with the coffee machines and the coffee wasn't great! Overall a good stay though!

The free transportation they provided made getting to the town and the boats easy and convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here—it was an amazing experience from start to finish. This is a lovely hotel with nice pool area, good breakfast ans other facilities I didn’t have time to access. It’s a bit further out from the main area of Ao Nang but perfect if you want something quieter. They offer a little shuttle bus to the beach which is free and convenient.

Rundown 3 star at best. Front desk does not comply with customer requests. They lie about the info in order to avoid accommodating customer requests. Terrible Noise insulation, which makes the room feel like sleeping on the street. Curtains do not block sunlight. Too far the sea and everything else. First and last stay.

We enjoyed tremendously our 3-night stay here. The room was large, the views from the window are fantastic, breakfast was excellent and the pool was beautiful and great fun. The location is not perfect (7 minutes by car from central Ao Nang, not walkable), but the almost-hourly free shuttle from the hotel to the center is convenient. Above all - the staff was fantastic. We did encounter some issue during our stay (not the hotel’s fault), and everyone in the staff went out of their way to solve the issues and ensure that we are happy with the resolution. It is was a level of customer care that is rare to find even in the best hotels.

Excelente hotel em Krabi, com quartos amplos e cama confortável, limpeza e atendimento impecáveis, com ótima piscina e café da manhã. Fica distante do centrinho, mas o hotel oferece transfer a cada hora. Não há pontos a melhorar, tudo foi perfeito.

Hotel was lovely! Room was spacious and it was spotlessly clean. We loved the pool. The shuttle was useful however it was in demand so it would be good to have more than one an hour, especially coming back to the hotel at peak times. Also it was quite hard to get a taxi back late one night, all drivers were trying to rip us off, including official taxis so some later ones would be useful. The breakfast was good, one of the better ones I've had in Thailand but the juices were too sweet and artificial - Thailand has such lovely fruit, a juice station would go down well! Also lots of issues with the coffee machines and the coffee wasn't great! Overall a good stay though!

This resort is wonderful and the staff are equally as excellent- Hassan in reception and Jill in the spa were exceptional. The views are incredible (We were staying on the 5th floor) and it’s very tranquil. There is a fruit & vegetable farm with mushrooms, lemongrass, coconuts and bananas growing to name a few. Also a small pond with fish and small frogs. Swings, breath work, yoga classes and gym - plus a spa on the 1st floor. There are two pools one for adults only staying in poolside suites and a family pool- both are ace! Free shuttle bus to and from Ao Nang beach. Would highly recommend! We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great breakfast variety and quality, food ordered to room and in restaurant also fab!

Nice property, liked the Natural touch. Included half board with great sky view option and lively pool. Room was comfy, was also able to wash clothes for cheap. Staff is nice and the shuttle downtown is great. Recommended.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the property was pristine! I enjoyed an incredible massage at the spa with a great discount. By far, the food at this resort was amazing! The dinner options were plentiful and the quality of meals was exceptional - fresh and flavourful! The breakfast buffet was also good with a little something for everyone. Very nice place to stay and just enjoy some rest and relaxation without leaving the resort.

Lovely rooms, excellent breakfasts and fantastic Thai and international food from the restaurants, nice rooftop bar and restaurant with good views. We had amazing massages. Restaurant service was friendly service but it could be slow and more than once they forgot our orders or got them wrong. There often seemed to be trucks idling noisily for ages outside the main entrance which we could hear on our balcony and at the pool, which wasn't very relaxing, nor was the traffic on the road running past the hotel. Nevertheless we really enjoyed our stay.

The owners gave us free transport to the airport as we had paid for a night that we didn’t use. Magnificent feeling of being at one with nature.

I would say the hotel was beautiful its self. However the amount of water flies in the room was a little excessive, I killed them all with off spray, so wasn’t that bad but they really should focus on that. Also the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. It is an ecological hotel so maybe that’s why. Lastly the complimentary tuktuk to and from Anana to aonang was great but they really should extend the service to midnight like other hotels.
