Stayed 4 nights

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. During my stay, I found three cockroaches inside my room and saw several more around the property. When I reported the first one, I was simply told not to worry because it was “not dangerous.” While I understand that insects can exist in tropical destinations, I expected a more professional response. The location is another downside. The hotel is quite isolated and far from restaurants, shops, and most attractions, so transportation is almost essential. The swimming pool was poorly maintained and not very inviting. The beach was at low tide most of the time during my stay, making swimming difficult. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault, but it is worth knowing before booking. The shower had very weak water pressure, and hot water was inconsistent. I also rented a scooter through the hotel. It was in very poor condition and did not feel safe to ride, even as an experienced rider. I returned it after about two hours. Although I was offered another scooter, the others appeared to be in a similar condition, and no refund was provided. Overall, the staff were polite, but the condition of the property and facilities did not justify the price. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Room was *very* dated. Dirty yellow walls, yellow, not comfortable, sheets, the bed was too soft, there was a smell in the bathroom and as the cherry on top, we spotted 3 cockroaches in there. Didn’t sleep much after that. Outdoor areas are nice.

Stayed 1 night

It's ok for what we needed which was one night stay. Not sure how we'd feel if we needed to stay longer, its near the taxi pier and we needed one night bc I skipped a day at our main hotel. they're friendly. They'll call taxi person for you but its not "cheap" the restaurant was empty we were the only ones who had dinner but the food was good. the beach access looked like a small beach we didn't stay at the beach there but went somewhere a bit busier so can't speak on that
