Hallways were dirty - room service items left on floor for many hours even days. Check in was chaotic even though we had emailed ahead of time about reserving and paying for a room night prior so it would be ready upon early arrival from a cruise ship the next day. Reply said no problem but it was big time. Never had this happen before. Valet and doormen were friendly and helpful. Brasserie bar was good. Rainspa was excellent.

Staff at hotel were very accommodating. Unfortunately the room we were in was across the street from a bar that was very loud and the sound level was high right in our room until 4AM on Friday night. Room itself was great, but noise level was a nuisance. Wouldn't mind if it quieted down by midnight, but 4AM a bit much. Moral of story....don't stay in even # rooms in Building 3 on a Friday or Saturday night.

Great location & Staff! We were surprised to be in far off rooms. Hoped to have views of Place d’ Arms but the view was OK.

Great hotel that is perfectly situated in Montreal. We could easily walk to tons of restaurants, shopping and landmarks. Room was a little dated but very clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. The toiletries are wonderful! The rooftop bar was gorgeous and a fun place to hang out. The Japanese restaurant and the restaurant off the lobby were both good. Our friends stayed in the same hotel but in a different tower and lower floor and the noise from the club across the street did bother them on Saturday only. We travel with a sound machine and had no issues.
