What guests think

Travellers describe Hôtel l'Empress as a clean, convenient stop near highways and shopping, with comfortable beds and straightforward rooms, but recurring remarks note small room sizes, traffic and hallway noise, dated furnishings in places, and uneven bathroom upkeep.

Many guests praise friendly, efficient staff and easy check in, though a few found reception impersonal or housekeeping unresponsive during multi night stays. Facilities are basic: an attached sports bar is handy, parking is generally available but can feel tight, and there is no elevator; the single EV charger is sometimes unavailable or not working. Expect a practical, budget friendly stay suited to short stopovers and work trips.
