We had a block of rooms for my son’s wedding. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. They were so helpful and kind. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The outdoor patio with a fire pit that they turned on for us was a great gathering space. The breakfasts and bar were great. A special shoutout to Yolanda and Dolly; they were amazing!

Love the free breakfast with lots of great options! However, I was disappointed because we had specifically called in advance & were told that EV charging was free for hotel guests. When we arrived, we found that was not the case and the staff at the desk were clueless. Not a dealbreaker, but disappointing to be told one thing and have that not be the case.

The hotel was clean. The service was friendly. The suite was comfortable. It was great having a full size fridge, and a dishwasher. The kids enjoyed the pool! We enjoyed a drink at the bar in the lobby. The Bartender was friendly. The only disappointment for anyone in our family is that our 16 yr old hockey player was not old enough to use the fitness room, while we were staying for a hockey tournament. All in all, we had a great stay. Will definitely stay again, if we are in the area.

This place was great. The staff was very nice and always courteous. The room was very comfortable. Great restaurants nearby. My husband went out to the patio area to have a cigar and a staff member went out to turn the fireplace on for him. He felt very welcomed. Breakfast was good with good choices.

We arrived 30 minutes early to check-in, but they didn't make any fuss about it. There was a problem creating our keys when we arrived, but they escorted us to our room with the Master Key until they could fix the problem. They brought the keys to our room within 20 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and matched the description on the website. No surprises. The only thing we had to ask for was regular coffee pods as they only had decaf in our room. I felt the hotel was worth the price we paid and if the pool had a hot tub (which it doesn't), we would stay here again. The only negative during our stay was my husband didn't like the free breakfast. In his words, the eggs were "weird" and they didn't have a waffle maker or offer pancakes. The hours 6-9AM left me out of enjoying the free breakfast offer. I was still asleep.

I always enjoyed staying at TownePlace. The employees are amazing, and breakfast was delicious, and my bed was nice and comfortable. Now, this was my first time using their Charging Station which was Free to overnight guest!! (Awesome)

My sister and I stayed at Towneplace Suites in Solon, OH for the annual Twin Festival last weekend. So glad we chose this hotel! It was clean, room was very comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. The staff gave restaurant recommendations in the area that were fabulous and showed us the back patio which was fabulous! It even had a BBQ and a gas fire pit area comfy lounge chairs. There was a nice assortment of breakfast items, the egg frittatas were delicious! We will definitely stay there again for next year’s festival.

Have stayed at this location many times. I was glad that the pool was open this time. Breakfast had a hard time keeping up. Wasn’t much food and we had to wait for things . Checked in late and got my first ever noise call within 30 mins of us checking in and trying to put our kids down to bed, there was no “we know you just check in but… or anything “ just do you have dogs or kids there’s a noise complaint. But the place is beautifully clean.

Beware of this property if you are sensitive to smoke or perfumes. I was given a smoke infested room and told by the property manager that all they could do is spray deodorant throughout the room. The property manager on duty at the time thinks it's perfectly okay to rent smoke infested rooms. After all, he can send some one in to smother the smoke smell with strong perfumes and that solution doesn't satisfy the customer, he can always deny that there is a strong smoke odor in the room. After much pleading, the manager set up a portable deionizing machine in the room for 30 minutes, which didn't make a bit of difference.

Though our check-in was nice with Shashauna, our first room was not up to standard. The bed linens looked used & wrinkled as if someone just woke up and straightened the covers. We were assigned a second room and it just didn’t feel right again. The pillowcase and sheets still appeared wrinkled. We were refunded our money and we left.

The set up is great with the kitchen, desk, couch. We found a window open when we arrived. The cleanliness was not the best- bedskirt had a gross stain, bathroom floor dirty, something that looked like foam under the couch. The bed and pillow were not the most comfortable. And you could hear the floor above guests walking and toilets flushing. On a good note, the breakfast was really good, we had no issues with the parking and the shower was great!

The hotel was an excellent choice for my overnight stay. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. Loved the shower and the bedding felt nice. I did see a few spiders in the bathroom that I killed and hoped that there weren’t more. So it could use a little high dusting here and there. Overall nice stay. Oh and nice breakfast choices. Could use some white sugar packets for coffee 👍

We wanted to see the rooms before we booked as we recently had a bad experience at a different hotel and Shoshaunna was so friendly and helpful and showed us the rooms and we were very pleased with them. They were quite new. The kitchenette was super-useful and the beds and pillows were very cozy. There was very slight noise from the people walking upstairs but i couldnt hear any voices or other noise. The ac/heat was nice and quiet. The breakfast options were really nice and the housekeeping staff kept the rooms really clean and tidy. We really loved our stay here!

My husband and I stayed 3 days for business and we could not have asked for more. Our room had a kitchenette which had what we needed along with a Keurig and an assortment of tea/coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff from the desk staff to the breakfast staff. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The check in staff was great and very friendly. The room was nice and clean. We felt the bathroom lighting could have been better. Also, the bed was way too soft for me and my wife. We only spent one night there, but don't think we could take several nights sleeping on that bed.

The property was clean. The electrical outlet in bathroom kept blowing a fuse, thankfully the fuse box was right outside bathroom. Missing shower hook but liked a nice bathroom closet for extra space and hanging. Wished there was more tv channels and two bathroom sinks or space for two women to use at same time

Everything was modern, thoughtfully designed to maximize space, and clean. very nice hotel, will be back if I need to stay in the area again! Did have an issue with the connection to the tv with my phone- could not connect. It would not find the marriott website even when logged in with the wifi. I looked online and there is a long Reddit thread of people who have had similar issues. Told the front desk, was told someone would come help, no one came- was never able to connect.

Love the free breakfast with lots of great options! However, I was disappointed because we had specifically called in advance & were told that EV charging was free for hotel guests. When we arrived, we found that was not the case and the staff at the desk were clueless. Not a dealbreaker, but disappointing to be told one thing and have that not be the case.

The property was nice. The breakfast was a great value. I didnt like the check-in experience. The man was districted and messed up our room- the wrong number of beds - and made a key that didn't work.

This place was great. The staff was very nice and always courteous. The room was very comfortable. Great restaurants nearby. My husband went out to the patio area to have a cigar and a staff member went out to turn the fireplace on for him. He felt very welcomed. Breakfast was good with good choices.

Everything was modern, thoughtfully designed to maximize space, and clean. very nice hotel, will be back if I need to stay in the area again! Did have an issue with the connection to the tv with my phone- could not connect. It would not find the marriott website even when logged in with the wifi. I looked online and there is a long Reddit thread of people who have had similar issues. Told the front desk, was told someone would come help, no one came- was never able to connect.

Staff was very friendly, an informed us of what time breakfast was an any other questions we had. Go to the little town of Solon, was decorated for Christmas. Has small waterfall Something to do in spare time. Very few places to eat unless you drive several miles out but not the hotels fault

We had a block of rooms for my son’s wedding. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. They were so helpful and kind. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The outdoor patio with a fire pit that they turned on for us was a great gathering space. The breakfasts and bar were great. A special shoutout to Yolanda and Dolly; they were amazing!

Stayed for 3 nights over Christmas, very nice hotel, clean, comfortable, room was awesome, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful.. the bar in the hotel was so nice to have, sitting and chatting with the bartender. Would definitely stay there again

We arrived 30 minutes early to check-in, but they didn't make any fuss about it. There was a problem creating our keys when we arrived, but they escorted us to our room with the Master Key until they could fix the problem. They brought the keys to our room within 20 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and matched the description on the website. No surprises. The only thing we had to ask for was regular coffee pods as they only had decaf in our room. I felt the hotel was worth the price we paid and if the pool had a hot tub (which it doesn't), we would stay here again. The only negative during our stay was my husband didn't like the free breakfast. In his words, the eggs were "weird" and they didn't have a waffle maker or offer pancakes. The hours 6-9AM left me out of enjoying the free breakfast offer. I was still asleep.

I always enjoyed staying at TownePlace. The employees are amazing, and breakfast was delicious, and my bed was nice and comfortable. Now, this was my first time using their Charging Station which was Free to overnight guest!! (Awesome)

Have stayed at this location many times. I was glad that the pool was open this time. Breakfast had a hard time keeping up. Wasn’t much food and we had to wait for things . Checked in late and got my first ever noise call within 30 mins of us checking in and trying to put our kids down to bed, there was no “we know you just check in but… or anything “ just do you have dogs or kids there’s a noise complaint. But the place is beautifully clean.

This hotel is clean and newer. Our family of 4 stays every year when we visit family and we will be back. The breakfast is good and has several options. It was an amazing stay. We were only there for the night, but it would be great for longer stays due to the kitchen. Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The pool was nice and breakfast was delicious.
