Good stay overall. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was free, hot, and plentiful (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc…) The staff members were friendly. The property itself needs some TLC though. There were broken floor tiles, the fixtures in our room’s bathtub were loose, the door lock for one of the main floor restroom stalls was broken, and 3 of the 4 elevators were also broken. The 4th elevator worked most of the time, but froze sometimes, refusing to move.

Specifically reserved a room here for the pool. After checking in and being told pool hours and all this wonderful stuff we were excited. Go instantly to check the pool out(again the only reason we came here) and it was closed! After the front desk man said its open and when it closes. We were very disappointed. All we got was a sorry when we went back to the desk. We definitely would've went elsewhere had we known this prior to paying.

There had to be 200 people at this hotel that night. Five stories...2 out if the 3 elevators were not working!! I'm handicapped and on the 5th floor!!! We went out to dinner and came back and the only working elevator was malfunctioning, leaving me to have to walk up 5 flights of stairs! I had chest pain and difficulty breathing all night. What a nightmare! This was absolutely unacceptable and emergency repair should have been called with the amount of people that were there!!

This place only has one working elevator and it only works when it wants to and I have had 2 major surgeries in the past 3 months on my legs can’t do stairs very well. and they said they have nothing open on the first floor. Think twice before staying here or at least call to see if they have them working before booking.

Not as expected. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when walking down the hall the carpet was stained, and the tile was filthy and so sticky. The room had carpet stains and so did the curtains. The bathroom floor was sticky. It definitely needs to be updated. I didn’t get a photo of the dust covered exhaust in the bathroom.

Not a motel I would recommend. Being pet friendly would have been good for next time we came to area but a smell seemed to be coming from public restrooms on main floor. Garbage bags in hallway whole time while there. Ice machine on our floor did not work. Secondary elevators did not work. General maintenance was not done.

We think the current 7.4 rating is little too generous. My wife and I have been on a cross country road trip the last week and this is only negative experience we had. From the initial entrance we knew cleanliness wasnt going to be a theme. It was 11pm when arrived so we were ready to just to to sleep. However our restroom had hair and the bed sheets stains. We asked for another room and the lady in the front was very polite and quickly moved us to another room with no hesitation. The next room wasnt much better. Restroom not so clean again and this time there was a pair of dried contact lenses left on the night stand from the previous guest. This led us to realize THEY DONT EVEN WIPE DOWN THE COUNTERS or else these wouldn't be here (pictured). We were too exhausted to ask for another room or to leave. We left as soon as we woke up the next morning. Thanks but no thanks Best Western.

Nasty dirty! 3 ft of garbage bags from rooms piled up next to ice machine for 3 days. Hallway floors never vacumed i 6 days Food on dining room floor for 6 days. Never vacumed the dining area. The dirt build up on lights over the food buffet was so thick. Havent been cleaned in years. Mold in room #442 under floor lamp by air conditioner. Unit smelled. Parking lot and outside main entry filled eith tras and cigarette butts everywhere.curbs by hanidcap area loaded with leaves and trash. Hotel needs deep cleaning.Parking lot lights 2 out. Very dark and unsafe. Parking lot at night had people all over smoking pot. That was all we co I ld smell. Use to be the place to stay now very unappealing and sad.

Gross, gross, gross. Do NOT stay here. Decided to stay at this place to save a couple bucks and it was NOT WORTH IT. Learned a very important life lesson. LOUD, people partying, lobby smells like weed. Room FILTHY, hair in the bed (don't think they washed the sheets), shower head covered in mildew & grime, armchair in the room had one of the arms almost completely chewed off. Fire alarm went off at 1:30am. Absolute nightmare. Learn from my mistakes and RUN!

Checkin was slow as there was 1 employee working. Got to my room and found out air conditioning was not working. Maintenance did look at it and couldn’t fix it so I had to move to another room. It was a ways away from my original and was not overly excited about that. Fast forward to my 2nd night and around 10pm a guests child set off the fire alarm from leaning on the pull station. Very annoying as it took 10-15 minutes to get it shut off. Then around 4am it went off again. This time from a guests shower i was told by the front desk. While these were not the hotels fault, they were an inconvenience and no compensation was ever offered due to the 2 alarms going off.

My reservation was unfortunately cancelled upon arrival due to a lack of available room keys. This was especially frustrating as I had arrived late at night after my flight. I wish I had been informed ahead of time that reservations were being cancelled, as I could have avoided an unnecessary Uber from the airport and made alternative arrangements. That said, the front desk staff member on duty was very kind and helpful once I arrived, which I appreciated.

The staff was so friendly... front desk helped suggest places to go and services for transportation. The bartender and cook were friendly and we enjoyed the drinks and food . Comfy beds, huge pool and likely the best hotel breakfast we've had and we travel a LOT. In general a great option but for this price point it makes it even more impressive. Will stay again .

Room was not ready at 330p when we arrived because they were dealing with a sold out hotel and lack of cleaning services. They couldn’t give us a timeframe when the hotel would be ready therefore all the females in every party trying to check in at that time had to change and get ready for a concert in a lobby bathroom that was 90degrees. Complete lack of management at this location.

Check In experience was awful. Over 30 people waiting for their rooms to be ready still at 3pm (advertised check in time) with no organized way to assign them when they actually became ready. We stayed Fri/Sat and they were having the same issue on Sat. The rooms had an awful, musty smell. The A/C was not working and kept shutting off. The shower handle was broke so couldn’t get the water on the right temp. And to top it off the employees were so rude! On Sat I asked a worker who was cleaning rooms if I could simply swap out my dirty towels for clean ones and without saying a word, handed me 2 bath towels and went back to what she was doing - No clean wash rags, or anything. We felt like we were an inconvenience just staying at the hotel! Never again.

The wait time to check in when there were 5 staff members upfront was absolutely uncalled for. Over a 90 minute wait to check in, and then was told it was taking long because rooms weren’t clean. If my check in time is at 3 pm and it’s 11 pm at night why isn’t my room cleaned? Took my business elsewhere that had no wait time and was checked in within 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

The room is comfortable enough, though a little dated. The chairs are rather broken down and uncomfortable, and the bed, too soft. I appreciate, though, their having multiple rooms for pets. The exterior is filthy with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The designated pet area has no light for after-dark. The staff is personable, helpful, and friendly. The morning breakfast is uneven: some days excellent, and some days just so-so. It is very convenient and have many restaurant choices within a mile or so. For all the drawbacks, this is where I stay when I'm in the area. There are just too many benefits that outweigh the issues.

The location was amazing. It was within walking distance to a mall. And a short drive from great restaurants. We went for a sports weekend and it was a quick drive into Cleveland. The people at the front desk were great with tips on where to park and tailgate. There was a girl training at the front desk and both girls were absolutely amazing! The breakfast was good and the rooms were pretty spacious. Only thing we would have liked to have been told is that they only clean our room when requested.

The continental breakfast was such a wonderful surprise. We expected the usual cold cereal, yogurt cups in limited flavors, prepackaged danish items, etc. To walk in to a restaurant setting and smell hit breakfast was priceless. Various breakfast meats, french toast, biscuits and gravy, eggs. A yogurt BAR where we could take as much as we wanted and add our own toppings. Chef Debbie was very personable as was her staff. Greeting you and asking how you are. My only disappoint was all the plastic tablewear and other disposable items that end up in land fills.

Did not like the fact that Vinny‘s lounge was falsely advertised of being open and it was not open the entire stay we were there which was two nights. Did not like the fact that there were weeds all over in the parking lot and the outside was very unkept. breakfast area was a mess! Had to wait for them to bring plates constantly. It was very overcrowded and understaffed.

Terrible odor in lobby, hallway, rooms. Rooms were cold. Front desk ran out of keys. Breakfast food items were not fresh, bagels and potatoes were rocks. Restaurant closed too early. Pool hours also are short. We weren't able to eat or enjoy the pool. Parking Lot lights are vlown out and creates dark patches in lot.

Property was fine. Pretty clean. Vinny's had food and stayed open until 11 however, if they aren't busy, they close early. We were there right around 9pm and some things were being offered on the menu due to the time. What we did want to order, we were able to. Tortilla chips were supposed to be made in house. We ordered the nachos and they sent out doritos in place of the nachos. Some of our order didn't get put in but did so after we mentioned it. The other restaurant, was closed in the morning for a meeting of some type so we weren't able to get breakfast. Had a pull out couch in our room to which I had to call downstairs to get sheets for it. No pillows or blankets were brought up with the sheets though. I had 4 people on my reservation and only 2 towels provided. Nothing majorly bad about the hotel just several inconvenient things. Pool is a salt water pool.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, everyone was nice and helpful. I tried getting dinner at the restaurant well before thet closed however, and was told the chef closed it because they weren't busy earlier in the day. I specifically didn't get dinner on the way back because i was planning on getting dinner at the hotel. A few things need an update, but it was overall a good place to stay. I would come back.
