We were not told that the pool was going to be shut down. We booked this hotel especially for the pool for the kids and had to end up going somewhere else to use a pool and pay a extra fee.

The part of the hotel we stayed in was older, and not as kept up, tub had lots of burn marks in it, no hair dryer, carpet was dirty. Bed was comfortable. Nice fridge with a freezer. But you had to go to main hotel for the pool and it was located in the basement which was a king hallway to the area where the pool was and it was like a dungeon. Change area was very old. Definitely needs to be renovated

I judge a motel room by pillows and water pressure. Both were excellent in this location. I didn't see it for myself but I heard that the pool was under construction. And the restaurant was in a weird place, and had a bar/casino across from it.

Room was on the small side but met our needs. Nice to have a fridge with a nice size freezer and microwave in room. Hot tub was nice, pool area a little run down. Bit of noise from the room above. On-site restaurant was a disappointment as closed by 8pm on Saturday evening, lounge was great with very friendly staff, but no open kitchen. Front desk staff, assistant manager? Was very nice, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help with anything. Overall would stay again.

Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with this motel. I understood when booking that someone of the economy rooms had new beds and floors so I requested one of these rooms, which I received. I am happy to report the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in after 24 different hotels in a row. The mattress was perfect and the sheets were very clean. The towels were also new and fluffy. But unfortunately the new floors were already dirty and the furnishings were very old. Being on the ground floor, we also heard the guests above walking around. However, on a positive note, the laundry facilities were good. We were also impressed with the lady who dealt with us on check-in (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name). Hopefully when they finally do up all the rooms, it will be a great place to stay but until then, the economy rooms are just that - economy and don’t expect anything more for what you pay for.

Check in went good although front desk didn’t know how to book with a gift card. Once we arrived in our room, it was really big and perfect for our family. However, when we were about to settle in after a 10hr drive day, we noticed the beds were filthy and full of hair. I went to the front desk and he sent cleaners to reclean our room while we stood in the room for over an hr waiting. Once it was reclined we were super satisfied with the overall room. We did notice the elevator stopped working as well during our stay, but it got fixed. They discounted me 50$ for the inconvenience which was ok.

When I booked months ago for an upcoming soccer tournament, I thought I was getting a nice hotel. At the time of the checkin the employee was very friendly and the checkin process was quick. Turns out when we got to our actual room it was in an older building with the motel style doors outside. I would have never booked if I knew that would have been a possibility, especially travelling alone with my kids. Thr room was not that was pictured in the photos. Yes, I did book economy, but not that cheap. The beds were not queen sized beds, the floors had stains on them, the bathroom exhaust fan was very loud. The outside motel light shinned into the window even with the curtains closed. The bathtub had chips in it. Hot water ran out fast. My daughter commented and said the room reminded her of something you see in a movie when you rent by the hour. I will not be staying there again for tournaments nor will I recommend for others.

Really comfortable room, and bed. TV channels are a little difficult to figure out, but made it work. The person in the room next door blared their TV ALL NIGHT LONG, which wasn't the hotel's fault necessarily, but it also sounded like people were going in and out of the room all night too. If it happens again I'll report it. Too bad really for an otherwise nice hotel.

My stay at the Best Western in Capitol Hill was really good. The front lady Kristen did a really good job getting me checked in. This stay was pleasant, it was really quiet around that area and it was in close proximity to a Safeway in various other amenities. Made it a easy walk for food and amenities without having to drive everywhere. I was pleased with my stay. The pillows they used were really soft. Ty

This was a nice budget-friendly hotel. It's obviously not a brand new facility, but everything was clean and updated, making the most of what is there. The restaurant next door had very nice breakfast - simple menu, but good food (not powdered eggs!!) The television was a bit confusing, especially if someone wasn't used to finding "LiveTV" as an app on a Smart TV, and it was confusing trying to get to the channel you wanted. I had to get my door key re-set each day which was a bit of a pain, but since my room was right behind the desk, not as much as it could have been. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Family suite was great with a kitchen area and separate living room from the bedroom. Would have loved for the bathroom to be in the middle as my boys had to go through our sleeping area to reach the bathroom but wasn’t a major thing. Breakfast was decent. Super friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Great AC. Would stay again.

The first room in the separate building was not so quiet, but after addressing it to the front desk; Kristen was very apologetic and was able to provide another room right away. The staff it top notch and a pleasure to work with. 5 star staff!

The hotel is great with excellent cleaning staff and excellent front desk staff. The roads in Helena are terrible and confusing making it difficult to get to the hotel. With one way streets all over and crazy traffic, you really have to make a strategy on how to get to the parking lot and not get frustrated when the first couple of attempts fail. Hotel is awesome though.

It was a wonderful stay in Helena! The staff were the most friendly and helpful hotel staff we have ever encountered! The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot. What more could you ask for? Oh! The breakfast was great next door at The Crooked Frog.

Had a very nice stay here. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are very nice for the price. Staff was good. Included a $10 breakfast voucher for the restaurant which was a surprise. Only down side was the elevator was broken, nice staff member carried the suitcase for me up the stairs when we got there. Would stay here again

Comfortable room but overpriced. If you wanted breakfast it was not included in room price, it would have cost you an extra $20.00 per adult. Needless to say we ate elsewhere.
