The hotel location is good, right in the middle of old town istabul and close to most attractions. The staff is attentive and will make your stay very comfortable. The hotel amenties are in need of a refurbishment.

My third visit to Istanbul and the hotel Uyan, a very pleasant stay as always. The location is ideal for all nearby places of interest in the Sultanhamet area, love that you can see the Hagia Sofia from the roof terrace.

Braucht man nachts wenigstes kein Licht anmachen.

Clean well run hotel in Sultanahmet district. Extremely close to major attractions in the old town. Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Blue Mosque. Many great restaurants close by. It’s not the Four Seasons but not advertised as such. Staff very friendly and helpful. Downside is a bit noisy due to call to prayer

Kindvriendelijk, netjes, schoon, vriendelijke personeelsleden, perfecte ligging. Loopafstand openbaar vervoer. Loopafstand historische bezienswaardigheden. Rustige ligging.

The staff was outstanding! The room was super, super clean! The hotel is basically around the corner from the Blue Mosque. The restaurant in the corner has a great rooftop dining where you can eat while enjoying the views of the blue mosque and Aya Sophia. We are planing to go back and I will definitely stay

Really good location situated 2min walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque. Lovey helpful staff and recommended good tour trips. Generally clean and nice and breakfast was nice. Only two recommendations would be change the breakfast around some days for example frided eggs or something. 2 sweep and mop the floor in the bedrooms everyday and change new bedsheets. My room was only cleaned in the sense new towels but rest was not touched. Would have been better if we had it swept everyday as i had children with me floor was getting dusty. Other than that overall really good stay! Thank you

Hotel Uyan was a very pleasant experience for our first time staying in the heart of Istanbul. The location was incredibly close to all the places we wanted to visit, including restaurants, and the check-in process was very easy. During check-out, the staff even helped us book a taxi to get to the airport. The room was great and spacious enough for everyone to sleep in. The only downside is that there was no air conditioning throughout the building so it was a bit difficult to adjust on the days with hotter temperatures. I would recommend the hotel to install a small fan inside the rooms at the very least instead of having nothing. Besides that, this hotel is worth it for the location, as many restaurants, the Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque are all less than a 5 minute walk away.

Uyon Hotel was absolutely perfect for our first trip to Istanbul. It is right in the heart of the old city, walking distance to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, the Bosphorus straight, the Grand Bazaar and so many amazing shops and restaurants. The staff at Uyon was extraordinarily attentive and knowledgeable. They arranged our excursions to a Hamam for a Turkish bath and Bosphorus dinner cruise, rides and all. Kadir was especially welcoming upon our arrival, tending to our every need. I would return to the Uyon Hotel the next time I visit Istambul and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Check in und Check out waren sehr unproblematisch!

5 Sterne

Child friendly & very close to sultan Ahmet square & tram Station. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Very friendly & helpful staff. Only thing that could be better was bathrobes looks quite old & torn from few places. We'd a very comfortable stay overall.

Thank you

This hotel made our stay unforgettable. I visited Istanbul with my mom and we truly enjoyed this hotel.Location is fantastic, we were close to most landmarks of this gorgeous city. Train stop within the walking distance and we had no problems getting to Galata tower and Fatih District. Want to mark that there breakfast is simple but delicious. Stuff is so kind and friendly that made everyday very special and THANK YOU for that hotel Uyan!

I stayed here for 4 days. Location is exceptional as it sits between two iconic attractions. it’s 2 mins walking from aya Sofia and blue mosque. Area around there is congested and this hotel is not new but well maintained. Rooms were cleaned and sheets changed daily. I wish there was microwave in the room and I wish breakfast offerings can be different as they offer the same spread everyday. Owners are present all the time in house and give personal recommendations for food places and tours etc. overall pleasant stay and would do it again if on a budget.

Very convenient location to Haghia Sofia. Just behind the mosque. Rooms are decent sized and clean. Breakfast terrace has a great view. The breakfast itself is average. Rated as 4 stars. But feels more like 3 stars.
