This was my second time staying here 5 years apart. Both times there were water shut offs and pools down for maintenance with a days notice. The place seemed nearly empty this time compared to when I was here before and they still wouldn’t allow us to check out an hour later because they said they needed the room. Over all it was a nice place, if you want to get a lounger by the pool you need to be an early riser because there’s not nearly enough. And they had one bartender to serve the entire restaurant, bar as bd pool area so service was non existent.

Strand vorhanden (aufgrund Strömung im Oktober sollte man dort nicht schwimmen), tolles Familienhotel. Gute Lage, nahe Flughafen. 7Eleven um die Ecke. Restaurants um das Hotel super. Preis-Leistung gut. Großes Bad mit Badewanne. Leider hatten wir ein Durchgangszimmer bzw. ein Zimmer das man als Familienzimmer buchen kann und durch eine Türe zum Nebenraum getrennt ist. Das war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Leider haben wir unsere Zimmernachbarn die ganze Nacht gehört. Bei Buchung empfiehlt sich das teurere Zimmer mit Balkon zu buchen.

One of the best resort. Everything is in one roof. Walking distance to local restaurants if you don't want to eat at the resort restaurants. We had a great time at the waterpark which you have unlimited access staying at the resort. The swimming pool and the beach are both good too.

Het is een groot resort. Fijn dat ze je met een schuttel service overal brengen in het resort. Min punt is dat je voor het waterpark verplicht bent handdoeken te betalen en een bandje voor geld op te zetten. Het resort zelf heeft ook weinig ligbedjes.

The hotel is really uncomfortable!! You must wait very long time for transportation, or walk kilometres from the villa to the breakfast place or lobby. Simply impossible! The management knows it and willing to downgrade you to make your life easier! The maintenance is unbelievable low. In the waterpark, you are not allowed to bring your own towel, food or water, even when you are hotel guest. They search your belongings and take out all these things, just to make you buy at the waterpark - unbelievable!!

It was not what we expected. The room was fine, had everything one would need, however our bathroom had a leak and water was puddling on the floor. They are right next to the airport, which means you can hear planes most of the day. The water park was unfortunately in need of major maintenance. The wave pool was broken, which was what our kids wanted to do the most and there were other areas that were closed. Paint was chipping everywhere in the water park and at the pools. We frequented the pool near the beach, which was nice.

Lovely hotel resort . Love you can use the splash park for free. The resort is nicely spread out and the beach is beautiful . staff friendly . Reception staff supper helpful . would stay again. Continent to the airport 600 bhot in a taxi.

We stayed in an Oceanfront Villa with Private Pool which was fantastic. We are a family of 4 with 2 late teen daughters so we had plenty of room in the villa and the pool was very big and private which was great for us. The Resort is very big but they have a buggy service day and night to get you around if you don't feel like walking everywhere. Beautiful beach front resort and big resort pool and beach bar/restaurant. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a huge range of options available. Some parts of the resort are a bit dated and in need of repair but all around the position of the resort was great and only 20 minutes from the airport. There is also plenty of restaurants around the area if you don't want to eat at the resort all the time. If you are looking for a quieter place to stay in Phuket then this is good.

We spend 6 days here, I can say, the room we did get, was a joke. Is incredible people pay for this rooms. The flush button is broken, we called reception 5 times, even walked to talk to them. Before they came The bathroom floor is from 1950. The sofa is so hard You hear airplane all the time, from the room. The water park, looks bit old I wouldn't recommend it, And is only Russian tourists.

The room was run down, rusty metal coverings in the bathroom, on the roof there was multiple patches of water damage with things stuck on the wall to try and cover. It. The air conditioning was leaking. There was no direction on where anything around the property was. It was good that it was close to the airport around 25mins. The water park was fun but you would only want to spend one day there. To get around the property they had carts and motorcycles ready for you at all times but I thought it was. Dangerous how fast they drove with people walking along the same paths.

Our suite was enormous and immaculate! Our rooftop private pool was my favorite part, followed closely by our jacuzzi tub! Also, the views from our multiple balconies were breathtaking! The property is vast and beautiful! The staff were amazing. We could barely get started walking somewhere on the property before someone offered to give us a ride on a cart! The best part for us has to be the staff! So kind. So accommodating and just genuinely lovely people who seem to truly care that you have an amazing time. This was our second stay at splash beach resort and I pray we get to do it again one day!

Ww absolutely loved our stay at Splash Beach Resort. I do not understand some of the poor reviews! The staff are extremely helpful and caring, accomodation was fantastic. Everywhere was super clean. Resort is huge and the they provide a great shuttle service from rooms to pool/beach/restaurants. We ate at the resort a few times and food always tasty. Breakfast a little cold at times but can have items cooked to order. Always got a table. Has Mai Khao beach behind the resort which was stunning and had.a viewing area to see planes taking off and landing. Airport noise did not bother us in the slightest. Great water park, pools and some evening entertainment. In walking distance there's a few restaurants and shops and bit further out there's more (a few pounds in a tuk tuk gets you miles!) The staff were very good, always a smile for you. Definitely would return.

Breakfast is good, and very close to the beach. Major issues: i) pool and surroundings were in poor conditions, and most of us suffered from deep bloody cuts and bruises caused by missing tiles and broken wooden planks all over. Safety hazards for kids and adults alike. All of us needed first aid bandages at some time during 4 day stay ii) housekeeping usually happens between 8-10pm at night despite us complaining several times. Very inconvenient if you have children that need to go to bed before 10pm. No bath towels in the rooms

I gave a 3 stars rating is due to the house keeping didn’t clean the room and replenish the towels as I requested more than one time. The pillows are smelly, I requested for replacement but it was not done. We got extras sheets and put it on top of the pillows.

I was travelling with children and stayed here due to its proximity to the airport. I was initially concerned and going to cancel because travel made us a day late and they would not allow me to cancel in advance (despite Expedia advertising you could cancel up to 24 hours before and we were well within this limit) and would charge us a cancellation fee equivalent to our entire stay. Despite this hiccup we checked in a day late and stayed for 2 nights. The property is lovely. Well maintained, and huge. Golf cart service was very convenient and quick If you didn’t feel like walking to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. The buffet breakfast included in our stay was great. Lots of choices and good quality. Not super hot, but typical for buffet. The room exceeded our expectations. The beds and linens were super comfortable and the a/c worked well. The beach access was very convenient and was beautiful to swim, watch the sunset or the airplanes land. We thought it would be really noisy with airplane traffic, but wasn’t a problem in our building. The service at the resort was great - friendly, helpful and accommodating. The water park was fun. Lots of great slides … hours of entertainment for the children with almost zero wait/lineups when we went. The water park is in need of some maintenance. Tiles falling off, etc., in need of some paint, for example. staff were friendly. This hotel received a trip advisor rating of 8.5 and I’d say this is exactly right. Would recommend.

We got an amazing deal when vooking and ended up with a 3 bed penthouse with our own pool.... the apartment was huge, modern, clean and beautifully designed. The pools and water park were all clean and great to use. There are drivers with golf buggies all ivwr to take you where you want to go within the hotel, but it wasnt as large as i thought so it was easy enough to walk everywhere. The staff, especially the housekeeping staff were polite and friendly. Its right next to the beach, although the sea gets deep very quick and theres no lifeguard on it so its advised no swimming. Its also right next to the airport which is great for transfer times .... you can walk down the beach to get a great view of the planes taking off. Although its noisy, you get used to it. The food in the beach diner was nice, good prices, lots of choice. Theres also a few nearby (5 min walk) restaurants and a 7-11 and ATM . Our only issues with the place were.. 1. It got dark around 6pm, and the hotel grounds are lit to make it look beautiful, not for practicality... it was pitch black in place's and we often had to jump out the way to avoid the golf buggies at night. 2. Breakfast is absolute carnage... theres no system, its open from 6.30 til 10.30 and everyone seems to turn up between 8 and 9.30... theres no cutlery, no cups and nowhere to sit half the time. It would make sense if they gave everyone an allocated 30 minute slot on arrival. Other than that, its a lovely quiet family resort.

We booked a 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with a pool which was really great although unfortunatley there were no decent TV channels available for UK guests but as we were mostly out during the day it wasn't a big deal but would have been nice to sit down as a family to watch something later in the evening. We booked this hotel in part as it is close to the airport for our connecting flight but it should be noted that it is on the other side of the runway from the terminal so although it looks close by, it is actually a bit of a trek by taxi and for a family with suitcases cost a lot more than we expected to get to. The grounds are huge and the hotel provides electric buggies to help the guests get around which is a nice feature. Not the hotels fault I know but my only word of warning to any UK visitors is be prepared for some extremely rude other guests as there were quite a few who lacked even basic manners. Far more than could be put down to coincidence.

No amenities in room. No bedside lighting. I could hear the children in the room next to me. Room itself was fine but not worth the price. Staff was great. Overall resort charges for everything even to breath on their property. Ideal for families. Not ideal for Adults looking to relax and enjoy the beach.

Was a 1 night stay between resorts for us. Beside the noise of the planes ✈️ which is to be expected right next to the airport, the resort is great. Perfect for families and those with young children. Excellent rooms, great service.

The place was pretty highly rated thats why we went for it, but tbh honest it was average at best. The rooms were really spacious but that was probably the best part of the hotel. The reception staff were pretty useless. The waterpark was fun and surprisingly empty, but its seen better days and is pretty tired. Quite a few areas weren't working. The breakfast was good but it is a bit of a bun fight with all the Russians that dominate this hotel. Definitely get there early. We stayed for 3 nights and that was more than enough!

We arrived around 16:00 and our room wasn't ready. This was not good, as it is very warm and we are traveling with 3 kids. But as we sat and waited for our room to be ready, they came and told us they had a room ready, and upgraded our room to a big villa with private pool. The staff was very service minded and polite. And the villa was super nice. The kids loved it. The resort is HUGE, but very nice and clean.

The staff is extremely rude. I requested a taxi to go to the airport several times from the staff. The manager was rude enough to tell me that there is no Taxi that accept card or they do a meter. Instead she got me a private taxi that charges 500bht just 5 min away. Just you know that any driver from the airport to old town Phuket which is over 30 min charges with meter 550bht without a meter 650 baht. The driver told me that the receptionist gets 50bhat if she calls their company as a commission. When I requested to speak to the manager she said I am the manager of the whole property which I doubt as she doesn’t know anything about customer service. Very terrible experience I had with this hotel from the staff.

Overall it is a very nice villa, however, maybe there were no visitors over the past 3 years, the condition of the room is a bit worn out. We have experienced quite some problems on the filter of the swimming pool, fallen leaves not take care of around the open area and water falling from celing like rain due to block up of air con water tubes. However, our problems were being taken care and fixed almost immediately and everything got solved after their service, I think this is the most important thing we all appreciated. Every service staff is wearing a bright smiling face and are extremely polite when they are doing their job to fix the problems. We are overall very satisfy with this villa as it is very spacious, and the beach is just literally 20 steps from the villa. One thing they can consider is that there should be a larger TV in the living room as it is too big >_< We will definitely come back again.

It was near the airport and we didn’t hear any planes flying by, very quiet. We also saw the resort while on our plan taking-off. Outside the resort seemed to be a lot of restaurant but we didn’t spend enough time to walk around to enjoy them. While I was there the water park was closed. The front desk said they should be open in October and it actually looked fun, as a 39 year old I would go. Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful, resort was clean, they had a shuttle running continuously, I actually enjoyed my stay. Well done Splash Beach resort, well done!

I love everything about this resort! Except the distance from the major areas and activities. But you can easily get to for a reasonable price with Bolt app. Customer Service superb! Maintenance of property is excellent. Its so big that you need a week to see everything, lol. Complimentary Trolly service around the property. Within walking distance of a few stores, souvenir spots, massages, and local food options. It has a waterpark, dining options, a small market, spa services, and buffet style options. I wish it was more options for breakfast. Would highly recommend, great value, and worth booking.

Breakfast a little cold at times but can have items cooked to order. Always got a table. Has Mai Khao beach behind the resort which was stunning and had.a viewing area to see planes taking off and landing. Airport noise did not bother us in the slightest. Great water park, pools and some evening entertainment. In walking distance there's a few restaurants and shops and bit further out there's more (a few pounds in a tuk tuk gets you miles!) The staff were very good, always a smile for you. Definitely would return.

1. Benefit to Price/Cost This hotel is spacious and comfortable in comparison with the price that I paid. 2. Water Park Fun It also has a water park, which is free to guests. So we can have fun outside hotel rooms. 3. Buggy Service It provides buggy service all the time while staying at hotel on my request to front desk. It gives me convenient feeling when I think about the hotel. 4. Distance from Airport It is located within 20 minutes of drivin from the airport. So I usually choose this hotel for my first night stay at Phuket. In all, these are why I stay at Splash Village Resort whenever I go to Phuket. Thanks

Was a 1 night stay between resorts for us. Beside the noise of the planes ✈️ which is to be expected right next to the airport, the resort is great. Perfect for families and those with young children. Excellent rooms, great service.

Lovely hotel resort . Love you can use the splash park for free. The resort is nicely spread out and the beach is beautiful . staff friendly . Reception staff supper helpful . would stay again. Continent to the airport 600 bhot in a taxi.

Great for a short stay and relaxing at the beach, watching airplanes taking off and landing and quick internet. It is also suitable for working if you need to. The only drawback is that the hotel is located far away from the city, so there is nothing outside of the hotel. Restaurants with OK food are available outside the property, restaurants in properly are expensive. Rooms are spacious and clean but staff barely speaks English, only the reception.

We got an amazing deal when vooking and ended up with a 3 bed penthouse with our own pool.... the apartment was huge, modern, clean and beautifully designed. The pools and water park were all clean and great to use. There are drivers with golf buggies all ivwr to take you where you want to go within the hotel, but it wasnt as large as i thought so it was easy enough to walk everywhere. The staff, especially the housekeeping staff were polite and friendly. Its right next to the beach, although the sea gets deep very quick and theres no lifeguard on it so its advised no swimming. Its also right next to the airport which is great for transfer times .... you can walk down the beach to get a great view of the planes taking off. Although its noisy, you get used to it. The food in the beach diner was nice, good prices, lots of choice. Theres also a few nearby (5 min walk) restaurants and a 7-11 and ATM . Our only issues with the place were.. 1. It got dark around 6pm, and the hotel grounds are lit to make it look beautiful, not for practicality... it was pitch black in place's and we often had to jump out the way to avoid the golf buggies at night. 2. Breakfast is absolute carnage... theres no system, its open from 6.30 til 10.30 and everyone seems to turn up between 8 and 9.30... theres no cutlery, no cups and nowhere to sit half the time. It would make sense if they gave everyone an allocated 30 minute slot on arrival. Other than that, its a lovely quiet family resort.

I love everything about this resort! Except the distance from the major areas and activities. But you can easily get to for a reasonable price with Bolt app. Customer Service superb! Maintenance of property is excellent. Its so big that you need a week to see everything, lol. Complimentary Trolly service around the property. Within walking distance of a few stores, souvenir spots, massages, and local food options. It has a waterpark, dining options, a small market, spa services, and buffet style options. I wish it was more options for breakfast. Would highly recommend, great value, and worth booking.

Exterior a bit outdated but the 2bedroom with balcony was very spacious and modern. Kids had fun on the splash park and the beach pool was nice but had a lot of broken tiles. Could have had a games room with pool table. Pretty isolated area but 7–Eleven close by and plenty of other dining options nearby.

Ww absolutely loved our stay at Splash Beach Resort. I do not understand some of the poor reviews! The staff are extremely helpful and caring, accomodation was fantastic. Everywhere was super clean. Resort is huge and the they provide a great shuttle service from rooms to pool/beach/restaurants. We ate at the resort a few times and food always tasty. Breakfast a little cold at times but can have items cooked to order. Always got a table. Has Mai Khao beach behind the resort which was stunning and had.a viewing area to see planes taking off and landing. Airport noise did not bother us in the slightest. The room was great… The only thing lacking was the food selection… Their Saturday night international cuisine dinner that they advertise was poor… I got there at 6 o’clock when it opened and the food was already cold when it should’ve been served, warm to hot… And the selection was very limited. breakfast was OK… Except for the coffee which was very very dark

The place was pretty highly rated thats why we went for it, but tbh honest it was average at best. The rooms were really spacious but that was probably the best part of the hotel. The reception staff were pretty useless. The waterpark was fun and surprisingly empty, but its seen better days and is pretty tired. Quite a few areas weren't working. The breakfast was good but it is a bit of a bun fight with all the Russians that dominate this hotel. Definitely get there early. We stayed for 3 nights and that was more than enough!
