Everything ok except two things. Seaweed everywhere and the egg smell that comes with it. You had to pay tonnes of money to get WiFi for the kids, work phones, computer etc. Crazy experience. Otherwise clean and fun with the crock and kids liked the pool with the slide and jump.

It's a very nice resort, very clean and most of the people who work there are very nice. I love that you can used the 3 resorts. When you check in, ask them to explain you where you can eat, what to do at lunch and if you don't have reservations for dinner where should you go. And to explain the map they give you when you check in.

overall good resort, but it was horrible smell come out of the beach which you cant staybon beach oven for coupme of minutes.. they remove the sea weeds just from the beach on the front of their resort but not little further away and that caused that smell ..... also the food was always same, and was obvious that they serve left over of lunch on dinner buffet with add 1 ingredient to convinceyou that is nkt the same food... also bars were out of lots of flavor every single day and u have to choose between 2 or may be 3 flavor for your drink every day....

I was disappointed with my stay. The resort is nice, but the experience did not meet my expectations. Food options were very limited. Dinner reservations can only be made upon arrival, and since we were there just for the weekend, nothing was available. We were left with only one restaurant option, which had very little variety. Room service was also very poor. Our order took a very long time, and when it arrived, one of my daughter’s meals was missing. When I called, they treated it as a new order, and it took another one hour to arrive. Her fish also tasted like it had been cooked in the same pan used for eggs. The Wi-Fi was disappointing too. They only provide two codes per room, each valid for one device, and extra access must be paid for. Cell signal at the property was also very poor. The worst part was an interaction at a casual lunch restaurant. Guests were wearing swimsuits, sarongs and beach cover-ups, but an employee named Danna rudely told me I needed shorts over my beach cover-up. It felt embarrassing and inconsistent. Overall, the resort has potential, but the limited dining, poor room service, Wi-Fi restrictions and inconsistent service made the stay frustrating.
