Stayed 4 nights

Overall I would give the hotel a 6/10 The staff is amazing, Angie the concierge was great to us and very sweet, always willing to help. As well as Noel y Erik from the breakfast buffet, they were amazing. Angie, Erik and Noel were a 10/10. Due to low seasons there were many things close as well as no activities. The hotel only had 2 restaurant to eat dinner at night open. For the people staying more than 2 night you would have to eat the same thing multiple times. For smokers there’s only 2 designated areas and they are outside in the heat and sun. The bar at the lobby only opens from 12 pm to 10:45 pm and nothing else was available to get a drink other than on the other side of the hotel. The bottles of alcohol once they were done at the bars there was no more options, very limited on the alcohol. At the restaurants you can only get one portion of entrees and if you would ask for another portion the answer was that they would have to wait if the rest of the restaurant eat to de rig there were some left, meaning they didn’t know if they had enough. My dad watched a movie and we were charged also for a movie. Another thing I have never seen before it was a points system, they will give you points and you can buy with points can drinks beers and snacks because there’s nothing in the room. If you want a bottle you would have to buy it, or get the beers with the points. I will not return to this hotel.

the staff here is great. Jamie was particularly our favourite guy. one thing ill say is there is no usable beach and the pools HURT. i cut myself multiple times on the gravel, for some reason its not sanded down, just prickly and pokey. the seats at the swim up bar cut up your swimsuits & i got cut really bad on the steps walking in. also for the resort being built in 2023, the pool tiles should not be coming off. they’re basically almost all off and just sitting at the bottom of the pool. food was good, and drinks were spectacular. overall i would be back
