We were there for 7 days. The checked in process was ok and we got there around 3:15 pm and had to wait at least an hour before our room was ready. We got the bands, so we were still able to eat and roamed around while waiting for the room. Foods were okayed. Some of the staffs are really nice and helpful and some are maybe tired and not as nice. The properties are nice over all because of the tropical trees and location. We might consider going back, but not a must going back.

Having to walk or use transportation to another building every time we wanted to eat was quite inconvenient. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, this hotel is a perfect choice. However, if you’re hoping to relax with an ocean view, this probably isn’t the right place. There also weren’t enough facilities or activities for children, so it didn’t feel very family-friendly.

I want to start by saying that the staff was amazing. However, the property was not what I was expecting. For an all-inclusive resort, I was surprised that Wi-Fi was not included as one of the amenities. The free Wi-Fi is limited to only two devices, which can be a problem if you're traveling with kids because you have to decide who gets access. Once you register a device, it cannot be changed. Additional Wi-Fi costs $33 for three days per device. If you have two kids with two phones, two tablets, and a work phone, the cost adds up quickly. To make matters worse, regular cellular data does not work throughout most of the property and is only available in the lobby. The pool tiles are broken, and my son got a pretty bad cut on his big toe. It was bleeding a lot. They took him to the resort clinic, and at first they wanted to charge us for the treatment, but later they waived the fee. As compensation, they gave us free Wi-Fi for two additional phones. The air conditioning in our room was another issue. The lowest temperature it would reach was 23°C (73°F). They tried to fix it twice, but neither attempt solved the problem. For most of the restaurants on the property, you have to make reservations. Only two restaurants do not require reservations, so be sure to plan ahead because they fill up quickly. Finally, be prepared for a lengthy presentation where they try to sell you a timeshare. If you decide not to buy, don't be surprised if you feel like you're treated differently for

Our stay was great. The entire staff is super helpful and ready to help at all times. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds. The food at all of the restaurants was very good with a variety of cuisines. This hotel is one of three on the same complex. You can use all of the amenities and eat at any of the restaurants at all three hotels. They will also transport you in golf carts all around the complex. Kobo the hibachi restaurant is amazing.

My family and I have traveled to Mexico many times, and we’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts during seaweed season. We understand that sargassum is a natural occurrence and don’t expect crystal-clear water every time. However, this resort was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. The beach was completely unusable. It was covered in dark brown muck, and the entire beachfront smelled like sewage due to the rotting seaweed. The water itself was dark brown, and when you stepped into it, you immediately sank into thick mud. This wasn’t just seaweed along the shoreline—it made the beach impossible to enjoy. The resort also advertised amenities that simply were not available, including hair braiding and henna tattoos. Outside of pool exercises, there were essentially no activities offered during our stay. Our room’s air conditioning did not work properly for our entire stay. Despite reporting the issue, it was never fixed. We were not offered another room or even a fan to make the room more comfortable. Dining was another frustration. Only one specialty restaurant seemed to be open at a time, and we were repeatedly told there were no reservations available. It wasn’t until we spoke with the manager and complained that reservations suddenly became available. Once inside the restaurants, we noticed numerous empty tables, making it seem like reservations had been available all along. I do want to recognize that most of the front desk staff and waiters were friendly and
