All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and had everything you could need. Bath was a lovely addition! Robes were changed when the room was made up although one of them had foundation marks on 1 day but overall would recommend and would return! Very good location, 7/11 just a couple minutes walk down the road, the streets behind the hotel were lovely and quiet and it was a quick walk to Koh San Road if that's what you are looking for! Facilities - pool and bar was lovely, all the food and drinks we had were lovely, we only paid for the buffet breakfast one day and it was good, the gym wasn't very good, the treadmill didn't work as it skipped so quite dangerous and the bike can't be adjusted!

Great experience from the start. Not a huge hotel but very cozy, spacious and clean room with great amenities, nice little rooftop pool with a bar in it and a decent view. Good location for me but of course a bit far from bts and metro.

The rooms are quiet and good size. Jacuzzi bath was superb as was the bathroom and room facilities. It had a lovely roof top pool and bar area which was great for unwinding in the evening.

Not much around. Three pot shops to the right of the hotel within twenty yards. That did not bother me but seemed a bit seedy when taking a walk to find something to eat. Room was a bit used up. Overall we managed for the night but the stay was not enjoyable. Over priced for value. You can do much better.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The only thing is the bathroom in our room had a very musky smell to it but otherwise the rooms are nice. The pool was nice and swim up bar was convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

I checked in to Chillax Heritage after a few months of trekkering in Nepal. Upgraded to a king bed and a jetted bathtub ...both worth every bhat. The hotel / rooms were very clean, friendly staff, the rooftop pool is fabulous and the location can't be beat ....close to the river the Grand Palace and other attractions but far enough away from the craziness of Khosan Rd. Recommended!

Great hotel! Amazing location! Excellent service! Super clean! No noise.comfortable beds! Lovely roof top pool. Great in bathroom jacuzzi. Gym. It would have been a perfect 5* but: No dresser. No bathroom hooks. No bathroom shelving. 2 narrow closets with annoying hangers and no shelves. No place to unpack. The shower is over the bath tub, for me senior with back issues a very hard and dangerous climb in/out.

Loved my room, it was clean, bed and plenty pillows super comfy. Close to Khao San Rd, if that's your thing, and also to the Riverside with its beautiful sunsets. Shower wonderful, except in the bath tub. Despite the shower curtain water leaked and splashed everywhere and from under the tub, which leaves you with wet feet. If you don't mind that, you're good here. Great atmosphere.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, um die Ecke und dann ist man voll im Nachtleben von Bangkok. Auch zum Palast und großen Buddha kann man zu Fuß gehen. Etwa 30-40 Minuten wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Zum Flughafen etwa 1 Stunde mit Taxi je nach Verkehr. Zimmer hellhörig, Türen knallen sehr laut und die Klimaanlage ist auch laut. Frühstück ist sehr gut, reichlich Auswahl. Für 2 Nächte perfekt.

The room was small but perfect for two of us. The temperature was easy to adjust to our liking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swim up bar was great and the view from the pool was amazing!

We launched our honeymoon at the Chillax Heritage. The staff was incredibly welcoming and so supportive in helping us find our bearings. They were absolutely the highlight of our stay, even helping us resolve our baggage issues when the airport lost our baggage. The room was a little smaller than I expected, but clean and comfortable. There was parking which made our picks up and drop offs a breeze.

The room was clean, and the staff were super nice. It was great to have access to room service when needed. The reception team was very responsive whenever I needed something. The bed was comfortable, the room had air conditioning, and the bathroom was really nice. The hot water in the shower worked great, which made it even more enjoyable. It’s also great for late check-in—my plane landed late, and there was someone at reception past 1 a.m. to welcome me. You can sometimes hear loud neighbors and doors slamming, but that’s mostly because the doors are heavy and designed to close securely. When my neighbors got too loud, I called reception—they quickly passed the message along and spoke directly with the guests. After that, it was much more peaceful

The staff was extremely pleasant and great to interact with! We showed up much earlier than check-in, and we were able to leave our bags in storage so that we could walk around and explore. Once the room was ready, we enjoyed a break from the humidity and heat with an A/C ready room, and a beautiful welcome of heart petals and towel art. We then enjoyed lounging by the pool with a great view, and a swim up bar. The buffet breakfast option was also great, featuring a mix of pastries, breakfast foods, and thai food staples. Location-wise, it’s great! It’s close to a lot of fun things to do day or night, many tourist spots, but also local charming spots.

We arrived to the hotel late in the evening after a 14 hour flight. We were met by the lovely reception staff who were very quick to give us cold towels and a lovely cold drink while we filled in the necessary paperwork. Stay went brilliantly staff always on hand to help. Even made our beds when we left our room in an awful state (laid late the following day and had a guide collecting us) Breakfast was lovely and had lots of different options. Pool is amazing. Views in the evening are great. Checkout is at noon and our transfer was booked for 9pm without hesitating they kept all 10 bags of our luggage which we collected just before 9. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we come back to Bangkok. Oh and they had a Christmas tree and Christmas songs playing on Christmas Day.

The front desk and house keeping staff were absolutely excellent. My wife forgot a night gown in the room and they actually held it for us and got it back to us when we came back through Bangkok on our way home. However, the restaurant staff were a bit rude, every morning at breakfast they would almost shout “what is your room number!?”. Also, the decor of the hotel is dated and definitely not as nice as shown on the hotel’s website. The workout equipment in the gym did not work. The location is excellent- very close to Phra Arthit Pier, the National Museum, the Grand Palace. The room was clean.

We loved staying at the Chillax hotel. It was in the perfect location. A block from Khasoan Rd, right by the river taxi and close to The Grand palace. The roof top pool was amazing and the staff was soo very kind. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located in the old part of Bangkok a short walk from the Grand Palace. It's also near to the pier stop Pra Arthit so very convenient for the express boat up river or the hop on hop off tourist boat that stops at most attractions . The hotel is clean and pool a must in the heat. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel. Hard to fault. Gym is adaquate, pool is nice, staff are great. If i was being picky, i feel breakfast should be included for the nightly rate i paid in Bangkok. Close to Kohsan riad, and few other lively streets with great dining options. Would stay again

This is our second stay at the hotel and highly recommend it for the location. We were able to walk almost everywhere with easy access to public transportation. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind. Wonderful breakfast selection and will definitely book again when back in Bangkok.
