It was nice except for the jacuzzi. There was some type of chemical that made the water foamy and burned my skin and eyes. It seemed like maybe there was some type of biohazard in the hot tub and they just poured a bunch of chemicals in it instead of actually cleaning it and they didn’t warn or tell anyone and I got in and my partner turned it on and the foam started to rise and burn my skin and eyes. Both days I was there the jacuzzi was foamy and unable to use. I have a pool at home and specifically booked this property because of the hot tub access. They should have made a sign or told us about the chemicals and not to use it. Dangerous.

Our stay was amazing! Very nice, newer hotel, very clean and smells good. Staff was all very nice! Enjoyed the pool, spa and fire pit! Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Didn’t make it to breakfast. But will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

I had a wonderful one night stay at this Hampton Inn. Staff were welcoming and friendly at check in, explained everything, and provided a parking pass. The hotel has free parking unlike other hotels locally I looked at. In morning, staff were willing to give me a 1/2 hour later check out although I ended up not needing it. I was visiting the area for Knott's Berry Farm and the hotel was only about 10 minutes away and an easy drive! I had room 321, which was close to the elevator, and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was upgraded from a standard 2 queen to one with a couch which was nice! Only negatives about room was the shower handle was a bit loose and some furniture was lightly damaged but was painted over. Otherwise everything was wonderful. You have to insert key card to have lights on to save electricity, a nice green initiative. My refrigerator was off on arrival however. After Knott's I returned around 9:30, and enjoyed the hot tub outside until it closed at 10pm. It was wonderful! The property was beautiful especially lobby and breakfast area! The breakfast was excellent and I loved the maple sliced sausage, like Kielbasa, by far the best I have had at any hotel! Plenty of items and friendly staff kept everything restocked! Lots of room to sit too and open 6am-10! I absolutely would stay here again and recommend to others, my room was a great value, and my stay was a wonderful experience!

We have stayed here on 3 different trips to Knott's. We love how large the suite is because we have a large family. They have amazing customer service. When our room needed attention they were always quick to repond, fix, rectify. The couch in the room was pretty worn out but overall we are very pleased with our stay. I used the gym a few times, the pool, the spa and enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The hotel feels pretty quiet because there are tall ceilings.

Newer Hampton Inn facilities provided good comfort in the room & the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was good and it was cute to see the Halloween decorations & carved pumpkins at the front desk area reception during my stay. Free parking and nice service by the staff was also good. I also enjoyed the whirlpool, even though it was cooler temperature.

It was nice until the next morning we noticed ants everywhere all over the nightstand. No food was kept on the nightstand all of it was in the fridge. The ants were all over the phones and out chargers and bags. We found them in our car as well after we left because the ants were everywhere in our stuff.

The hotel was nice on the outside. Check in was good. & then we got in the rooms & they were dirty. I had 2 rooms. Mine had hair in the tub & in the bed. But, the room where my husband and sons were in had a bag in the closet with something dirty in it. & the worst part was there was dry blood in the bed. & he didn't notice until we came back from a long day out. & there was no one available to change the sheets. He had to do it himself. & since I went through hotels.com I couldn't even get money back from the room.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights to escape from the poor air quality from the fires. I had a horrible experience from my first night. It was so noisy, I barely got any sleep. I asked to switch units the first night but there were no units available. I called again to complain to see if staff could knock on their door, but the noise continued; it lasted 5 hours. The next day, I was going to stick it out, knowing that the unit above was checking out. But when I went to take a shower, there was no shower head...So I called to switch units. The front desk moved me into another unit. However, it smelled like BO. Unfortunately I was short on time, so I turned on the AC and hoped the smell would dissipate. When I went to try to shower again, I found several hairs on the curtain and walls. After I took a shower, I realized there was a door connected to an adjacent unit...it was left unlocked and open. This is a safety/security concern. I couldn't believe I showered with the door completely unlocked. While the front desk staff were nice and did what they could, I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, lack of security, and lack of maintenance of the units. I will never be staying at this Hampton Inn again.

I recently booked a stay at the Hampton Hotel in Buena Park. One of the guests found bed bugs in their room, resulting in several bites. The other guest began experiencing itching and swelling, which they suspect are also from bed bug bites. This was not only distressing for them but also left them with significant anxiety about their belongings being contaminated. There were lots of red ants in the bathroom and closet when we checked in. My daughter saw ants crawling on the bed. They were able to change a different room for us. However the new room has a lot of dead ants in the bathroom. The day I checked out the front desk staff told me a manager will reach out to me on the 11/24 during the afternoon time but up until now I haven’t receive any calls from Hampton Inn & suites.

The reason for my rating was the fact that they gave us the room directly across from the elevator. I was unable to sleep all night as we heard the elevator ring every single time someone went up or down that floor. I believe I slept two hours. That is just, unacceptable .

Really nice hotel very clean , easy parking, but the room could be very noisy we were in room 229 not sure what neighbors upstairs could be doing all night and early morning I could hear all stomping and every foot steps they made , we were there 2 nights and both night were the same, if you could request for the top floor this hotel is really highly recommend.

First off we were upgraded to a suite. That was our first surprise, next we were very impressed with the hotel in general. Our room was clean and very spacious, although the sofa was a bit frayed and tattered. The room was super clean, the layout was warm and inviting and the beds were so comfy’. Great gym, laundry and breakfast. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place.

The staff was great and the breakfast in the morning was incredible. Best well stocked "continental" breakfast I have ever experienced. Great eggs mixed with bacon, tator tot potatoes, waffle bar with whipped cream and other toppings, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, hot oatmeal, coffee, juice bar, and more. My one negative is that there are things seriously worn out and need to be replaced here. Desk in room had major chipped damage all over it, carpet was lifting in spots in the room, couch had seam tears and a bleach spot, lamp shades had broken spots, window blind was stained. The pool area was nice, but same story there. Wicker lounge chairs with big torn hole, cushions torn, etc. Overall, not bad for a quick overnight stay.

I liked the big clean room. The price was good. Did not like the shower. Hardly no water was coming out. Check in was horrible. First there was no one at the front desk. Then it took about 45 min to get checked in. The room was not ready when check in was at 3 and I started. Checking in almost at 4.

Great stay this was our second time staying here great service we actually left a very expensive bracelet in our room I called the front desk cause we left and checked out already she was vey helpful took my number and told me she would call me back and she did in about an hour they found the bracelet we were so relief it’s nice to see there is still good people in the world!

Our stay was an overall positive experience. The only "issue" we came across was the elevator smelled like cigarette when we arrived. We were afraid that our room and/or the rest of the hotel would smell that way too, but thankfully it did not. Free parking was definitely a plus, and it was anywhere between a 7-20 minute drive to Disneyland, depending on the morning traffic.
