Love going to this hotel for several reasons. One of the main reasons is the shuttle to Disneyland! On this last visit the shuttle bus was not available and this was very disappointing.

Bar area was nice. Little coffee bar as well as restaurant in lobby. Pool area and grounds were very nice. Heated pool , splash area for kids and a hot tub. Room was serviced and spotless. Loved it

What a great stay! The remodel is beautiful! The 5 min walk to park perfect. They offer free shuttle to Disneyland which is so convenient. The restaurant was a little pricey but was good with great servers.

Roach Motel nothing more needs to be said they act like they were shocked of the complaint but if you look at other reviews, of course there’s other reviews that also says cockroachesthey moved us to other rooms that still were infested roaches did go into our luggage management was very uncooperative I have not seen any type of compensation management refused to remove the charge for the inconvenience. Very rude. Don’t come here unless you want to take roaches back home in your luggage. I have not seen any compensation to date.

There were roaches found in two different areas of the hotel room. One in the bathroom, and another on the curtains of the room. It was so late at night, and moving hotels would be too much hassle. Thankfully they moved us to another room on another floor and home no issues there. Staff were great, but finding pests was not ideal at all.

The sink was bad I had to call front desk that black water was coming from the sink and some came to fix the drain after that the room had stinky smell other than that the workers were polite

The room had no chair. One would fit in the corner by the window and dresser. It was inconvenient to only have the bed for sitting, room service, dressing, etc. It was a terrific rate, but I would still expect a chair even with no back. The rest of the stay was good. We liked the breakfast order for the The room did not have a chair, which made it inconvenient as the only place to sit was the bed. A chair would have fit nicely in the corner by the window and dresser. Even though the rate was excellent, I still expected at least a chair without a back. The remodel of the Knotts Hotel is nice and the staff was great. The room quality is average. The bathroom area is very small and the shower head is the very small kind that you would find in the 80s/early 90s. The room was not quiet as you can hear people in the room above flushing the toilet and noise from the hallway is very loud. There was also a very nice large TV in the room...too bad our remote control didn't work.

I loved that this property was close to the parking- walking distance. I loved the price for it. I thought it was recently renovated but I could be wrong. Everything seemed kind of old except the bathroom in the mirror, the AC units were old and there was a bad smell throughout the hotel. The staff was helpful and prompt.

Nice updated property and rooms. Restaurant has good food and Starbucks coffee service at the bar. Expedia doesn’t offer larger suite like rooms…found out you have to book directly with the hotel. The showers in the room were terrible!!! Switching between cold and warm water randomly…they were working on the pipes so I hope this is resolved when the work is done. I reported it to the front desk but they didn’t seem to have any insight into the problem. Overall we’ll probably return as the location is great and the price is reasonable for our annual family trip.

The room was find but the walls are VERY VERY thin. We were kept awake all night by the rooms around us. Also they had employees walking around before 8am on walkie talkies with LOUD static and noise. Also we were on the first floor near the valet and for some ungodly reason they were playing loud music before 7 AM right outside of our room overall I would say the hotel itself is fine. The restaurants were nice, but you certainly are not getting a good nights sleep that’s for sure! The convenience is five out of five because you are literally right outside of the park if you are going to the amusement park but other than that, I’d stay elsewhere.

Excellent! The staff were helpful and friendly. Check-in was simple. The hotel was spotless. My room and bathroom had been cleaned by a pro. You can stay here for 3 nights for the price of one night at Disneyland. Even if you are going to Disney, stay here. The drive is easy if you stay off the freeways in rush hour. Under 30 minutes. The restaurant prices were reasonable considering it's a theme park. The food was good. Stayed here for business and will be coming back. My daughter came to take a look and wanted to stay! No complaints. Good job Knotts.

The room was extremely noisy. We complained to Manager Ally she didnt care. I felt like booking through Expedia we were treated differently than when we book directly through Knotts hotel. Very disappointed, on the we don't care if you stay here or not. In a nutt shell thats how the hotel Ally made feel. When i expressed the extremely loud family running and jumping upstairs all night. And the neighbors next door throwing out F bombs. Ally did say she would honor a refund through Expedia if i contact you

When we got back to the hotel each evening, we noticed the manager was very helpful and kind. She was doing everything and looked busy, but she did it with ease and was super friendly and made our stay that much better! I forgot her name, but she was working at the restaurant and in the bar area. Also, Wendy was a great bartender and super friendly! The restaurant food was yummy, and the staff was great! We will be coming back later this year!

Do NOT eat at the restaurant. I went for breakfast with my granddaughters. They had the buffet that ran out of food and refused to put any more food out. I ordered an egg burrito that didn’t show up even 45 minutes later. They never brought coffee or creamer when the coffee finally came. Will not ever go back there.

What a wonderful hotel! You knew it was going to be great when you walked in and there was the beautiful scent of boysenberry. The staff were super nice and helpful. Lots of plentiful handicapped parking. Restaurant was good also. Our new go to hotel when visiting Knott's Berry Farm.

Hotel is clean. Each morning the sound of blowers bothered me. The hot water ran out on Monday morning. The pool towels are a joke. They are hand towels and are old and rough. The bar closes at 9:30 on a Friday/Saturday. Staff were great and food at restaurant was great.

This place was great! Walking distance to Knotts. Clean and updated. The pool area was a nice touch when we took a break from the park. It was clean and beautifully landscaped. The restaurant was really good with quick service. We ate dinner and breakfast and both was very good. I’m y complaint was the walls are thin could hear the neighbors talking. But a great hotel we will be back.

It’s a whole vibe! The property is very clean, it’s closer to Knotts Berry Farm than even their own parking lot, they have food here is amazing and they gave extra towels when we asked without messsin’ with us!
