The stay was good with plenty of services, the arcade bar was closed most of the time so that was annoying and the shuttle service should be more useful if they took to other location and not just some square, calling it the City Center is a stretch as it was a long walk to anything, I had to show the location to every taxi drive as they had never herd of it, would say it’s good but not the best location

The facilities were clean and proper and most of the staff could speak a basic/reasonable level of English. Still, the staff was very hospitable and friendly. Regarding the food; the breakfast had a broad variety of options with international options, an egg station and Turkish food. Moreover, the dinner options for the half board were limited but tasty. Although it is located slightly outside of the busy and touristy areas there was a convenient shuttle bus to Taksim square. Still, the room was a bit noisy as it was close to a busy road. Moreover, the pool was cold and a bath cap was required (which could be purchased at the entrance).

had a great stay at the Sheraton. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and the service throughout was excellent. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Eren, who was particularly helpful and friendly – truly a standout member of the staff. While my booking didn’t include breakfast, everything else met or exceeded expectations. The room was comfortable and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and professional. One small downside: to use the swimming pool, you need to wear a cap – and the one sold on-site was quite expensive. Still, that was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise very positive experience. Would absolutely stay here again.

Thia was my second visit in 2023 to this hotel. Great location and facilities. The only improvement could be heating the swimming pool as very cold and the shuttle bus could be more frequent with drops and pick ups every 30 minutes with earlier start times and later pick ups from Takism area.

Room is comfortable although it’s small, It’s good that hotel provides free mini-bus to the place near to Taksim square. The restaurant is clean, although its lack of variety. The swimming pool and steam room, sauna is small and not hot, don’t like it

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted with Istanbul/Sherrton style hospitality. They gave us each a strawberry hibiscus freshment drink. All the staff from front desk, leadership team, bellhop, cleaning staff were so warm and engaging with us. They were always polite, professional and kind. The breakfast is nothing I have ever seen before. There is something for everyone regardless of your dietary lifestyle or medical needs. This hotel is well equipped with full staff working 24 hours a day. The location I would say is perfect because it’s in the middle of all the shops, restaurants and tourist sites. Always take a taxi because it is cheap and cheerful. The spa onsite is incredible meaning the pool, steam room and sauna. If you need to get glammed up they do have an onsite salon. Go there you will not regret it at all.

Vi hadde 5 fantastiske overnattinger på dette hotellet. Rommet var stort og flott med kjempe god seng og fantastisk bad. Hotellet hadde også en bra plassering med gratis shuttle tur/retur Taksim. Hotellets spa-avdeling ble også prøvd flere ganger, og kan virkelig anbefales. Alle de ansatte var fantastiske, da spesielt Yucel som MEGET serviceinnstilt.

Cleanness questionable! The bathroom floor was not clean, the toilet had leakage problem and the sink hot and cold handle was very hard to open and close. The view opened to a dump place, very noisy hallway due walls not being insulated enough.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and while the first night was fine, the second night was unacceptable. When I was about to sleep, I noticed that the bed sheet had blood stains on it. This was extremely disturbing and unhygienic. Such a lapse in cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel. I expect better standards and immediate attention to this matter to ensure it doesn’t happen to other guests.

The hotel and staff were great, however, it's on a busy road and can be noisy at night. The location isn't great and although about 20 walking minutes from Taksim most of the walk is uphill going there. We had to use taxis most of the time but taxis are cheap.

Great location with hotel shuttle so easy to go to all attractions, so quite and classic hotel, front desk staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, especially Yinsan helps me a lot about culture and activities. The rooms and service are top notch. The breakfast is amazing but starts at 7am which is not great if you are in the area for business and need to get going early. I was promised a packed breakfast box one morning but it didn't actually happen, unfortunately. The main drawback for me was the location. There isn't much around the hotel and Taksim is up a very steep hill. There is an hourly shuttle bus between 10am and around 9pm going to Taksim, but you need to plan around it. Taxi drivers are quite annoyed if you only need to go up the hill. I tried walking a few times but you are going through some rougher areas and the incline is crazy.

The property is clean and tidy. There are not many dinning option near the hotel, although a 15 minute walk takes you to the centre where there are more option, be prepared to walk up steep hills. We did this mostly during the day, so not sure how safe it would be during the night as you need to walk through residential flats and locals shopping areas.

Great hotel, immaculate inside. The location around the hotel was not great and felt unsafe when walking around. The hotel do offer a free, hourley, shuttle to Taskim square which removes the requirement to walk around the area so I would not let this put you off staying there. The coffee shop is fantastic and all the staff there and the hotel were lovely and very accommodating and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great - welcoming, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any request or question. We visited this hotel at the end of August for a long weekend. The group was made up of 9 guests , when booking we opted for the half board option but was very disappointed after sitting down for our evening meal on the first night . The half board offers you a set meal which doesnot change , needless to say we only ate at the hotel that first evening . There were options on the menu but this came with a surcharge . I just felt this was not clear at time of booking.

Very nice hotel. Only issue was the pool was closed & we specifically chose this hotel over others because of pool. If pool is important to you double check that it is open. They have an hourly shuttle to Taksim Square which is nice. We liked the Souq restaurant. Nice Turkish food, good service. The breakfast buffet is also very good.

The hotel is really lovely if you are happy to stay in the middle of nowhere with nothing else around it like places to drink or eat. You need to get a shuttle to Taksim square to get to civilisation. I live in London and am used to high prices but the prices charged at the hotel for alcohol and food were totally eye-watering. £9 for a bottle of local Efes beer and £20 for a glass of really not good wine is a daylight robbery. It's a real shame that the management have no shame in charging such exorbitant prices as it would have been managable to stay in the middle of nowhere. Not impressed at all.
