A staff in the hotel and also the adjoining restaurant. Room and bath were very large, bed comfortable. Was not a fan of the concrete floor or the surprisingly limited outlets (1 each side of bed) and lack usb ports. Hallway required room key to access which is fine, however our room was right next to the access door and it was impossible to close it quietly. We heard it several times during the night. Parking lot is also pretty small.

We stayed at the Preston Hotel for a short time but it made an impression on us and we would happily stay there again in the future. We arrived late and parking was easy, check in was quick, and my favorite detail of all— they had set up the sofa bed for us (most hotels don’t, in my experience) which was so nice for our tired kid to hop into as soon as we walked into the room. I slept really well in the main bed. It was super quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast in the lobby was simple but well done.

Danielle at reception was excellent!! She was able to get access to our room 30 min early so we could get to a wedding. The room was very nice and clean and parking is right behind the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Living room is cozy, the shower is strong and good temperature, the king size bed was so easy to sink into, and the kitchenette offers everything you need to stock up on goods. Plenty of parking, and even offers EV charging. The location is right on the main road, so many restaurants, bars, and shops are in walkable distance.

We LOVE The Preston House! This was our second time staying there. This time we got a chance to eat at the restaurant. Our meals were fantastic. Thank you to EVERYONE who works there, including the front desk personnel, the waitresses, and the bartender. They all give exceptional service with a smile. A very special thank you to whoever does the room cleaning. This is not an easy job but, our room was serviced every single day and it was impeccable. We WILL be back!

I had the privilege of staying at The Preston House Hotel again this past weekend. From the moment of check in, the friendly/polite/engaging front desk, to the spotless room, warm, pleasant, CLEAN, modern, comfortable to the continental breakfast, (which was kept immaculate) and the front desk manager coming over to us to make certain everything was fine.....A wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back again..and I will.

Loved the cleanliness of our room and bathroom! We were really excited about being 8 to 10 minutes from a bunch of Vineyards in the area!! Definitely a plus! I had flowers delivered to the hotel the day of our stay. The staff placed the flowers in our room, which was a huge plus and a great surprise for my partner!! We will be back soon!! Thank you!

I proposed to my fiancé in the best suite they had and it was amazing. The rooms are very clean bathrooms amazing the beds are so comfortable and just the overall feel is very homely. Amazing experience would recommend to anybody and everybody!! GREAT HOTEL!!!

This was our first time traveling to Long Island. We try to find unique places to stay on our trips and the Preston House and Hotel did not disappoint. Christian greeted us upon arrival and was so attentive. Our room was incredible, the little touches like the still water and fresh ice were definitely appreciated. We also had the biggest shower either of had ever seen! We liked it so much, we decided to stay another night and Susan was incredible in taking care of our needs. The restaurant and staff were both amazing. The food was excellent as was the service. Definitely a five star stay!

Great stay and the staff was the highlight of the stay. Very helpful and responsive and responsible. I had lost something thinking I had left it at the hotel; they followed up even when the answer was they had not found it (it was in the car, so I found it). Check out mugs on main down the street.

Amazing stay at the Preston with my girlfriend. We only stayed 1 night but it was just right. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast could use some more options. The Long Island Aquarium was across the street which was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here as we plan to do so again.

The Property was lovely, very clean which is a must. My husband & I stayed for 2 nights. Conveniently located I would have loved to Dine at the restaurant inside but wasnt open till the end of the week. Plenty of others nearby and we were very happy with the complimentry breakfast and the charming staff.
