I loved the stay, everything was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the indoor pool room. It was so loud in there, the room echoed and like amphilifed. I couldnt stay in there too long with the kids.

Hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were great, and the beds were super comfortable. My only issue was the parking was not as easy as I thought it would be as they isn’t much parking at the hotel, you have adjacent lots either across the street or down the block to park in.

Everything was great from checking in to checking out. The rooms were very big and well maintained with a nice view to the waterfront. My only problem was that there was not enough parking at night. The parking area behind the hotel tends to get full, and most time it’s because people double park. It would be nice to have someone from the hotel guide people, or put some sort of markings, because that would allow for more room. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Overall, it is a nice hotel right next to the . The Rooms were nice and big and the beds were comfortable. The hallway was very over air conditioned the night we were there. It was actively cold in the hallway I was freezing! The outdoor pool is very nice, but it loses the sun towards the end of the day, so that's kind of a bummer if you wanna sit in the sunshine. But there is an indoor heated pool that is also fun to swim in. There was a bar by the pool, but nobody was working at it so that was kind of a bummer as well. There is a nice restaurant right at the back of the hotel by the marina but it's privately owned - it's not part of the hotel but we ate there and the food was good.

Lovely hotel. Family rooms were very spacious and perfect for the 4 of us. Pool area really clean and lots of sunbeds. Breakfast was great and good choice. We had an issue with a very noisy neighbour, which was dealt with and we were moved rooms the next day, as well as security helping in the night. Riverhead is a nice area, can recommend Cuccino pizza.

The only problem we had was with the pool. It seemed as though non guests were using it and they were going in fully clothed. It kinda ruined my kids experience as it got way too crowded and rowdy.

Attractive, modern, hotel. Good location. Excellent breakfast. We did not use the pools, but they looked very nice. Parking is somewhat problematic: lot is across the street, and one night that filled up, and we had to park a block away in an overflow lot. Not a big deal. I liked that no carpet in rooms. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, except for day we were leaving. When checking out, I told young woman at front desk that housekeeping had turned temperature in our room way down, and it was freezing when we returned from being away an entire day. She said we must have done it! That’s a crazy response when housekeeping had definitely been in our room and replaced towels. She should have said “thanks for letting us know”. Other than that, a positive experience, and I would stay here again.

The walls were so thin, we could hear EVERYTHING in the room next door. Not only their baby crying but we could actually hear the details of their conversations. Would not stay again for that reason alone.

The room itself was beautiful and clean. Front desk staff was wonderful, very polite and I was able to have early check in so we could get ready for my father n laws wake. Breakfast was great. Only issue was the pillows and bed, not comfortable at all.

Check in was awful. Google states check in time is 3pm. We arrived and sat for an hour and a half. The cleaning lady was rude, nasty, and loud. Andre was extremely nice and was the only one who tried to help- then the room when finally clean was given to someone else and they had to fix that. It was a terrible experience

This place is awesome. They let us check in early, cause like always we left home too soon. The beds are stupid comfortable, and the water pressure, even high up, is good. Can't say enough about the staff. They served us drinks at 11am while they finished cleaning our room. What else could you want?

I am infuriated by the incompetence of the front desk staff and the manager. I had an envelope sent overnight by Fedex to arrive Thursday Oct. 31 that was needed for a business meeting in the morning of Friday November 1. When checking at the front desk for my envelope no one was able to find it. We had proof of delivery and the signature of the front desk receptionist. Several hours later I was told it was in the managers office and that the manager had left for the day. Nobody else had a key to th manager's office. How is this possible in the 21st Century? That I have to wait until the next morning to get my envelope? What if the manager had an emergency and was not able to come in that morning? No one else was able to enter the office? I find this totally unacceptable and unbelieveable in 2024. This morning they were still unable to locate it and finally after searching for close to three hours found it and presented it to me in the manila envelope that was inside the Fedex envelope - no fedex envelope in sight. Nothing much offered in the way of an apology for the inconvenience - just oh, sorry about this! This Hotel's front desk staff clearly has not be trained in the hospitality industry and in the a basic scenario of what to do if a guest is waiting for an overnight delivery! something that is obviously important for the guest. I am stunned by the incompetence.

Only disappointment was the breakfast which now is not included . We decided to pay the 11$ Per person for breakfast as it was very good the last time we stayed even though it was free the last time. Everything was just barely warm. Oatmeal was watery . Bacon was like chewing leather. There was a nice variety of food but it was all not hot enough. The best part was the bread I put in the toaster!

I would definitely return to this Hyatt. Although a little far away from the wedding I was attending, the families had arranged shuttles. I enjoyed the quietness of the outdoor pool while having a marina as a backdrop. The fact that the weather was absolutely perfect made that more enjoyable. The staff inside were friendly and attentive. Although my rate didn’t include breakfast, for $11 there was a buffet with a nice assortment of eggs, cereals, yogurt, etc. The aquarium is right next door and there restaurants all around the hotel on Main St.

I visited during the off season for the area, so most of the outdoor seating and amenities had been dismantled already. But the hotel is nice, especially for the rate that I paid. And the staff were absolutely lovely - friendly, attentive, professional. The only disappointment was that their “restaurant” is not really a restaurant. It’s a free buffet breakfast that you serve yourself, a typical hotel breakfast buffet area. They are real restaurants very close by, but most in that area don’t open until noon.
