Room and breakfast was good No parking at all at the hotel I was told to park in an adjacent lot that was not well lit with the truck I had that had $200,000 worth of equipment in or I could wait till one of the employees left in a while and get there spot Just what I wanted to do, sit in my truck in the parking lot till someone left! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

The staff received us with smiles on their faces and made us feel very welcomed. We loved the pool the most. It was nice to be able to relax in a clean pool area. The breakfast was also our favorite. The options were amazing which not many hotels have. We had a whole IHOP breakfast at the hotel. Checkout was very easy. And the rooms were amazing, clean and to see regular shampoo and conditioner in the shower made feel like I was at home. We will be going back.

We were disappointed with the lobby area. There is no restaurant/bar in the hotel. The building needs to be renovated. Our room was loud from noise outside as the window did not latch. Tried to checkout on second day and we were told we would still be charged for the full stay because we booked through a third party so we won’t book through Expedia again.

The whole facility is clean with no smells. From the entrance, elevator , hallways and rooms everyplace is clean! The desk staff is very helpful and friendly. We really felt comfortable Staying here

The hotel was very clean and our room itself was very nice. It was really really noisy in our room.. there were other hotel guests that were very disruptive across the hall into the night and to after 1:30am. It sounded as if they were in our room it was that loud. I think they need to sound proof the rooms. They were drinking and partying so loud. I called the desk and someone did ask them to quiet down but they didn’t stop until much later. I was traveling with my 85 year old mother and children and we did not get any sleep. It was sadly disappointing especially since i paid over $400 for a one night stay. I expected a lot more for what i paid. I should be reimbursed something for no sleep & aggravation.

The hotel is near a race track. Beware, it’s incredibly noisy!! Even though I had asked for a quiet room upon their confirmation call, they did not say anything about the track, nor the noise. False advertising!!

This hotel-in the middle of something like a mall strip should cost at least 3 times less. It's otherwise decent and relatively clean, but fridge in our suite was nor working and some cabinetry starts falling apart. Brekfast has limited choices and wasn't cooked good. Few things were barely edible

Check in was really easy. The hotel room was large and the beds are very comfortable. We really liked the fact that they had a lot of towels and the shampoo and conditioner as well as lotion was provided. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the shower was making noise due to the low water pressure.

Had booked a room just for a night for a wedding nearby and it was just perfect. The room was a great size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The staff were warm and welcoming and the continental breakfast was just as great with hot eggs, bacon, cereal, warm cinna buns and cofffee. Couldn't have asked for a better choice of a Hotel. Definitely booking again if I need to come out that way!

Our stay was great. The staff was responsive and accommodating, especially after we questioned a weird noise in our room. A maintenance person came promptly to check it out and, while it was likely a normal sound from the HVAC system, it was still bothersome to us and the staff was kind enough to move us to a different (even upgraded) room for the 2nd night of our stay. Great breakfast too! Would highly recommend this hotel.

from the first steps you enter this hotel till you left all staff and personnel were helpful and kind and courteous . clean rooms , clean eating and lobby area .... quiet and no noise .....will be telling all coming into the riverhead area stay here and you be very happy . thank you

Entire stay was great with the exception of breakfast. Needed an early Saturday breakfast, had to be out of hotel by 7, breakfast starts at 7. Next morning tried breakfast and it was sub par. Weird taste to the eggs and sausage didn’t even look ok to eat. Room was clean, bed comfy, staff friendly.

The staff were great. The clerk who checked me in was very nice and helpful. And the front desk clerk on duty in the morning printed some documents out for me. The room was clean and it was quiet. The only thing they need to improve is the lighting in the room. The lights over the bed were not reading lights , they were not flexible and did not have bright bulbs.

We drove 18 hours from Florida for a funeral at the National Cemetary. We arrived a few hours earlier then check in but the front desk girls were amazing. They said the room wasn't ready yet but they will call us when it was. As promised they did and we were able to get in early! Beds were comfortable and the breakfast hit the spot. Great job!

Only downfall was the TV glitched over and over. It happened downstairs at the sitting area also so it was more then likely the service and not the individual room.
