Many travelers choose Mezzo Hotel for its central Kadıköy location and helpful staff, but reviews note mixed room quality and cleanliness, occasional noise, and modest breakfasts, making overall value acceptable for budget-minded stays.
Several reviews mention limited elevator access to upper floors and steep or spiral stairs, and parking can be difficult for drivers. Service is often friendly, yet some guests report inconsistent housekeeping, room downgrades or upsell attempts, and little help with luggage. Best suited to value-focused travelers who can accept some compromises.

Facilities
The elevator reportedly stops at the 4th floor, with steep or spiral stairs to higher rooms; a few reviews note no elevator access. Parking is nearby for some, but it can be difficult.

Poor service, we were in the 5th floor, would not have found out if we didn’t ask. The elevator inky goes up to The 4th floor and we had to walk up a curved staircase with no handrails and our luggage to the 5th floor. The breakfast was definitely underwhelming, and does not reflect the pictures even the hotel posts. The location is spot on though. Has a kitchenette, but no dishes/cutlery or pans. No dishcloths. The flooring is laminate and curling up. Washer and dryer work. Need your own soap (not unreasonable ). Would not recommend unless you really want something close to the action

Nice small hotel tucked in a small side street from a very active area. We decided to stay there to get to know the Kadiköy area. It was a good choice, is conveniently located at walking distance from the Moda" area, it felt safe at all times. The hote staff was friendly and the room comfortable. Nice balcony.

The first room we got was really small, so small it cause my girlfriend to cry. When I was making the booking the price for the larger room was only a couple of dollars extra, so I spoke to the guy and asked to upgrade. He wanted €40 to upgrade instead of the five that was available at the time of booking. The breakfast was average as well, dishes were cold. Not recommended

Check-in esnasında da beklemedik, 2-3 dakikada anahtarımızı aldık. Tekrar konaklamak için kesinlikle değerlendirilebilir.

A great place to stay, it is right in the mids of things but off the main road enough you cant hear it when you sleep. Umar 'front desk' man and the breakfast lady couldnt do enough to help, both so waem and friendly. Place very clean, breakdast lovely most the staff are amazing . I would definitely come back again

A special thanks to Emre and Jumma both of whom took very good care of us and spoke very good English, which was a bonus. Hotel is well located for transport, walking and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Meget lille udvalg.

The service at the hotel was great! They could help us at any time. The reception was staffed 24 hours a day and everyone was very friendly and kind to us! The breakfast is simple but ok! The location is simply awesome because you are right in the middle of it all! everything is within walking distance! we'll be back, thank you very much
