Ich fand es innen drin sehr schön nur was nicht so schön war ist das ich extra ein Zimmer gebucht habe mit jacuzzi und dieser nicht funktionierte und nachts das Zimmer in ein anderes getauscht hab und dort ebenso nichts funktioniert. Mir wurde nur gesagt das wir es falsch eingestellt haben und ich frage mich wieso soll denn sonst unten Wasser raus laufen!! Geld oder entstädigung hab ich auch nicht wieder bekommen obwohl ich extra so viel bezahlt habe wegen dem jacuzzi

Tudo novo, ótimas instalações, funcionários atenciosos. Não usei o café da manhã. A localização é ótima para quem quer estar próximo dos pontos turísticos e ao mesmo tempo próximo da principal linha de metrô M11 que vai ao aeroporto internacional. Em 10 minutos você chega de metrô a Taksim e em 20 minutos ao aeroporto com um único metrô.

Otel, görsellerinde yer aldığı gibi oldukça şık ve özenliydi. Odaların iç tasarımını beğendik, her şey eksiksizdi. Temizlik genel anlamda üst düzeydi. Personelin ilgi ve alakası, çoğu konuda destekleyici olmaları bizi memnun etti. Kahvaltı lezzetli, yeterli ve tatmin ediciydi. Ancak önemli bir olumsuzluğu belirtmek isterim. Oda temizliği talep etmememize ve odada bulunmamıza rağmen, temizlik personeli kart ile odaya giriş yaptı. ‘Odaları karıştırdıklarını’ söyleyerek içeri girdiler. Bu durum son derece rahatsız ediciydi. Müsait olup olmadığımızı dikkate almadan, ısrarla odaya girip çöpleri almak istemeleri konforumuzu olumsuz etkiledi. Ayrıca kahvaltı esnasında mutfak personelinin kendi aralarındaki diyaloğu yüksek sesle sürdürmesi de rahatsız ediciydi. Bu iletişimin daha kısık sesle yapılabileceğini düşünüyorum. Besonders der Geschäftsführer sowie Begüm haben sich große Mühe gegeben, uns bei unseren Fragen zu unterstützen, da wir die Landessprache nicht verstehen und uns nur auf Englisch verständigen konnten. Wir wurden äußerst herzlich aufgenommen und man ist uns stets entgegengekommen. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und wurden regelmäßig gründlich vom Reinigungspersonal gepflegt. Zudem konnte man problemlos seine Wertsachen im Zimmer liegen lassen – es ist nichts abhandengekommen. Aufgrund der etwas ungünstigen Lage bietet das Hotel einen kostenlosen Transfer zu Metrostationen und Wechselstuben an, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Frühstück war traditionell türkisch und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Auswahl entsprach genau dem, was man von einem typischen türkischen Frühstück erwarten würde. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Hotel sich liebevoll um die Straßenkatzen kümmert und sie regelmäßig füttert. Vor allem Begüm sorgt fürsorglich dafür, dass die Katzen im Hotel im Schatten rasten können, insbesondere an heißen Tagen, wenn die Tiere besonders leiden. This hotel has a great front end clerk who was helpful in many ways. He spoke more than acceptable English, and was able to get us into our room early. Also got us coffee and tea while we waited. The room was small but with good facilities, and clean when we got there. It was not cleaned the second day, and things like toilet paper not restocked. But that was a small and not essential thing. The hotel is in the middle of a rather steep road, and the walk up the hill to the metro is fairly long. Restaurants and stores are of the small neighborhood type and not what you would expect in a city location. This actually worked out well, since we found a local restaurant that was fabulous. One of the best meals of our trip, and obviously geared toward the local crowd.

The staff were amazing, but the room wasn’t as expected. The carpet wasn’t clean, the drawers weren’t functioning properly, the sofa wasn’t clean, there wasn’t any kitchen wear. I asked for a blanket but I got sheet!

The room was okay overall, but the air conditioning didn’t work properly, which made it difficult for me to sleep during my stay. I requested a fan, but was informed that no fan was available. Although I set the room temperature to 16°, the thermostat controls were limited, and it seems the hotel manages the modes centrally. To make matters worse, the heater mode was on despite my setting, and the room became quite suffocating. I eventually had to switch off the system and open all the windows just to get a bit of sleep.

Staff behaviour were nice. Everything else are so bad, no soundproof in rooms & you hear even the sound of normal talking from rooms beside! smell of cigarettes everywhere even in rooms, poor breakfast. Surrounded area is super bad, you don’t even want to walk outside of the hotel To be honest you will regret staying there every minute!

It was good but not anything special. I particularly did not believe that a hotel in Istanbul will not provide television service with English speaking channel. Couldn’t watch television for the duration of my stay because ALL stations were Arabic.

Cons: For the price the breakfast staff should be more pleasant. View from non-jacuzzi balcony is a garment factory and hillside (interesting but not as good as view in photos), stagnant water smell in non-j balcony room, toilet really close to sink, neighborhood is Very hilly.

A localização é ótima para quem quer estar próximo dos pontos turísticos e ao mesmo tempo próximo da principal linha de metrô M11 que vai ao aeroporto internacional. Em 10 minutos você chega de metrô a Taksim e em 20 minutos ao aeroporto com um único metrô.

Tudo novo, ótimas instalações, funcionários atenciosos. Não usei o café da manhã. A localização é ótima para quem quer estar próximo dos pontos turísticos e ao mesmo tempo próximo da principal linha de metrô M11 que vai ao aeroporto internacional. Zudem konnte man problemlos seine Wertsachen im Zimmer liegen lassen – es ist nichts abhandengekommen. Aufgrund der etwas ungünstigen Lage bietet das Hotel einen kostenlosen Transfer zu Metrostationen und Wechselstuben an, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Frühstück war traditionell türkisch und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Auswahl entsprach genau dem, was man von einem typischen türkischen Frühstück erwarten würde. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Hotel sich liebevoll um die Straßenkatzen kümmert und sie regelmäßig füttert. This hotel has a great front end clerk who was helpful in many ways. He spoke more than acceptable English, and was able to get us into our room early. Also got us coffee and tea while we waited. The room was small but with good facilities, and clean when we got there. It was not cleaned the second day, and things like toilet paper not restocked. But that was a small and not essential thing. The hotel is in the middle of a rather steep road, and the walk up the hill to the metro is fairly long. Restaurants and stores are of the small neighborhood type and not what you would expect in a city location. This actually worked out well, since we found a local restaurant that was fabulous. One of the best meals of our trip, and obviously geared toward the local crowd.

Staff behaviour were nice. Everything else are so bad, no soundproof in rooms & you hear even the sound of normal talking from rooms beside! smell of cigarettes everywhere even in rooms, poor breakfast. Surrounded area is super bad, you don’t even want to walk outside of the hotel To be honest you will regret staying there every minute!

Sehr empfehlenswert Das Personal war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Besonders der Geschäftsführer sowie Begüm haben sich große Mühe gegeben, uns bei unseren Fragen zu unterstützen, da wir die Landessprache nicht verstehen und uns nur auf Englisch verständigen konnten. Wir wurden äußerst herzlich aufgenommen und man ist uns stets entgegengekommen. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und wurden regelmäßig gründlich vom Reinigungspersonal gepflegt. Zudem konnte man problemlos seine Wertsachen im Zimmer liegen lassen – es ist nichts abhandengekommen. Aufgrund der etwas ungünstigen Lage bietet das Hotel einen kostenlosen Transfer zu Metrostationen und Wechselstuben an, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Frühstück war traditionell türkisch und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Auswahl entsprach genau dem, was man von einem typischen türkischen Frühstück erwarten würde. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Hotel sich liebevoll um die Straßenkatzen kümmert und sie regelmäßig füttert. Vor allem Begüm sorgt fürsorglich dafür, dass die Katzen im Hotel im Schatten rasten können, insbesondere an heißen Tagen, wenn die Tiere besonders leiden. Es ist herzerwärmend zu sehen, wie viel Fürsorge den Tieren entgegengebracht wird.

Pros: Front desk staff (Serhat and Bilal) lovely and helpful, modern and clean rooms, available with balcony (jacuzzi room has a great view), good breakfast, fancy jacuzzi works well, hotel cats well treated and friendly. Staffs were very helpful on the first day. The receptionist always offered help when someone needed it. The room was clean and welcoming except from some minor issues such as the fridge was not working well but I managed to store few things there. Breakfast was plenty to go around. The room was okay overall, but the air conditioning didn’t work properly, which made it difficult for me to sleep during my stay. I requested a fan, but was informed that no fan was available. Although I set the room temperature to 16°, the thermostat controls were limited, and it seems the hotel manages the modes centrally. To make matters worse, the heater mode was on despite my setting, and the room became quite suffocating. I eventually had to switch off the system and open all the windows just to get a bit of sleep.

The staff were amazing, but the room wasn’t as expected. The carpet wasn’t clean, the drawers weren’t functioning properly, the sofa wasn’t clean, there wasn’t any kitchen wear. I asked for a blanket but I got sheet!
