Great breakfast - lots of options and the omelette station was enjoyed by the whole family. Hotel is very clean and has a friendly staff. Happy hour was also a nice plus. We used the pool and gym - both nice. We will definitely stay here again if we get back to Boulder. Only negative was having to pay $24 for parking every day.

Easy to find. Friendly staff. Happy hour. Breakfast. No signage at desk, walked right by it. Need to use key card in elevator and to exit garage not explained. A line exiting as we all figured it out. I had to use the card of another patron as I had turned mine in.

Great hotel, good bar and good food and my dog was welcome. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Boulder hotels are over priced so beware (because of the limited number of rooms in the city).

Great 2 night stay. Staff was helpful . Enjoyed outdoor it is small but very relaxing seating and fire pits too. Breakfast has many choices and lobby was bright and lots of comfortable seating.

I travel a lot for business and I can assure I've been disappointed so many times, but this really surprised me, because I wasn't too convinced when i booked it and I would give 6 star if I could. Everything was great, the staff was extremely nice, helpful and ready to accommodate the unexpected (at least this happened to me), the facility is very nice and the room was clean and very quiet, I was at Boulder visiting family, but for sure I'll be back in that hotel.

First room we were assigned was unacceptable, I had to return to the front desk and request another. There was mold in the shower along the door threshold, and around the drain. It appeared the bathroom floor has not been swept/cleaned prior to arrival. The air conditioning motor sounded like a thrashing machine, very loud and in need of service. And the room had an overall “musty” odor. The second room was cleaner, but the shower was in need of a deep cleaning, the caulking around the base has discolored due to mold, you can check it out, room 215. There was also a dirty dinner plate with food, left atop the microwave that the cleaning crew missed while servicing the room. Again, more mold in the floor tile grout.

This was by far the most miserable hotel experience I have ever had, especially for the price on New Year’s Eve. The rooms are shockingly small — the most cramped, uncomfortable hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. We originally booked over the phone with a pleasant employee, only to arrive and discover she had booked us at an entirely different hotel without telling us. Completely unacceptable. The front desk employee said he would “upgrade” us for the inconvenience, but this so-called upgrade was actually a downgrade in both room size and quality. To make matters worse, there was NO HOT WATER anywhere in the hotel. Staff admitted they were aware of this issue and knew it likely would not be fixed that night — or even for days — yet they failed to disclose this before taking our money. Selling rooms under those conditions is unethical. When we called the front desk about the hot water, the employee was rude, dismissive, and essentially told us to “deal with it.” On top of that, the electrical outlet next to the bed did not work, preventing me from using a heating pad I require for medical reasons. We also ordered food from the hotel restaurant, which arrived cold with shockingly small portions — comparable to a child’s meal. Between the dishonesty, lack of basic amenities, rude staff, and overall poor conditions, this hotel is an absolute disgrace. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Good place for a short stay in Boulder. +Kids liked the poolarea alot. Breakfast was really good! -The AC in the room was horrible and super noicy when turned on. Had it off for most of the time, otherwise sleeping was impossible. For a summerstay in Boulder I am not sure if this would be a good place if you dont like the noice.

We booked a "studio king" room, not realizing how tiny it would be, and awkwardly shaped. There was literally a foot of space on one side of the bed - I'm including a photo. Also the room was pretty beat up - not in great condition (photos). Disappointing, we have enjoyed this hotel in the past.

I don’t know why the Embassy Suites Boulder is rated as high as it is. It’s no better than the other similar type of hotels right around it. In fact, probably worse in terms of its condition. The AC was incredibly loud, it’s not possible to turn the fan down to low. TV didn’t work. The water pressure is pathetic. They call it a “suite” but they are no bigger than standard hotel rooms. Yes, having omelets made to order is nice but is that worth paying $40 more per night? Staff was nice and helpful though, which I appreciate.

The hotel was clean and the staff amazing! Matt at the front desk welcomed us with a big warm smile and great day trip options. RG, Brendon and Temple were fantastic at the restaurant and bar mixing up a delicious drink and food choices. We'll be back very soon!

Checked in about ten pm and was surprised to find a line of people in front of one harried desk clerk, twenty minutes later got a key to my top floor mini suite, with its sitting room next to its two queen bedroom, doors from each leading to the bathroom with no light except above the five foot mini bathtub…

This hotel was really nice and within walking distance of a concert we were attending. We arrived right at our check-in time at 3pm and were informed that our room wouldn’t be ready, and they “didn’t know when” it would be. Parked the car and came back up to see if they could give more information and it took them a solid 10 minutes to scramble to tell us if we’d be able to check in soon. It was disappointing as we spent so much on this hotel due to it being a busy weekend for the event, and the staff didn’t seem trained or prepared for handling this situation. Eventually someone else offered us a couple glasses of wine (I don’t drink) as consolation for the wait time, but didn’t really seem like a fair way of handling the situation. Everything else was pretty nice.

This hotel is nice! The amenities are super nice. We had to pay for oversized parking so that part kinda sucked as it was pretty steep. We had a family emergency come up and had to check out early. The hotel staff said yes we will refund. But then received an e-mail that said no we aren’t.

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. From the first can of water being offered, to the wonderful bar staff and finally one of the catering staff running over to pick up something I dropped so I didn’t have to, above and beyond! I even booked a second night after such a great experience. Highly recommended!

We were visiting our son who goes to college at University of Colorado Boulder and it was close to his apartment and the school. There are a lot of food choices around the area and the breakfast was wonderful at the embassy suites. If the price is great we will stay again

Excellent experience! Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. They actually use REAL eggs which is such a treat since most hotels use creepy fake powder eggs. Everyone was helpful and prompt. Great experience, thanks so much embassy suites!
