Only one small inconvenience. If an item was low or ran out but there was still 30 minutes remaining for the complimentary breakfast item was not replaced. I.E. fruit bowl and bagels. Berry mixture for yogurt was frozen 2 mornings

This was a complete Hotel.com rip off. I was charged $950 a night - for no reason. The hotel was EMPTY on Thursday night - I looked at rates day of and it was $275. I called Hcom and the front desk - no help. The weekend was busy but had people tell me they booked days before for much cheaper. There was no help at the hotel. Phone went unanswered all the time. Room only cleaned one of the three days. Even the bartender was always gone. I would genuinely like some sort of refund.

The room, the property was excellent. We had to go back twice because the room wasn’t ready, which delayed our arrival time, and we were scheduled to check in at 3 PM. while we got there at 2 o’clock, they said the room wasn’t ready, came back at 3 o’clock, they said the room wasn’t ready, they said it’d be about another hour and a half, got there at 4:30, and finally a 4:45 our room was ready, and we had to be at dinner at 5:15 how was the only issue we had was the late check-in
