There are no coffee pots in the room or hairdryers. The railings around the walkways on the second and third floor are missing half the bars making bigger holes for little ones to fall out of. I rented two rooms each room had a different size TV. My room had a bigger TV the other room I rented had a tiny TV. The showers are horrible. They have no water pressure so they barely get you wet.

Truly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We booked at the very last minute due to being rained out from camping, so the price was ridiculously high. The front desk staff was really nice, and that was the only good part of the stay. The battery for the key was out, so she had to replace it (which she did quickly and kindly). The room itself is ridiculously small. The double beds are pushed against the sides, so you can't get in or out easily. One is right up against the HVAC, which seems like a hazard. The room was dingy. We checked for bed bugs (as I do at every hotel), and while there weren't any, we did see large blood stains on the mattress protectors on both beds. When I pulled down the sheets on the bed I used, a cigarette that had been smoked a third of the way tumbled out (supposed to be a non-smoking room) and got tobacco everywhere. Despite the room being advertised for 4 people, there were only 3 towels and 2 washcloths. The walls are paper-thin, and we could hear traffic from the highway and people coming and going all night long, including lots of banging on neighboring doors and shouting. Didn't feel very safe for my kids and I... At check-out, I was greeted by a guy on a machine instead of a real person. It was weird. I tried to share my concerns with him, and got a very well-rehearsed, impersonal response. It felt robotic and dismissive. I am honestly not someone who tends to complain, and this is a budget motel - but this was gross.

After checking☑️in for a two night stay and meeting my daughter who is an NAU student we were appalled at the condition of the room. The flooring and fixtures were old and dirty, and the shower appeared as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. my daughter threw the bedspread back and discovered that there were several black specks on the sheets that we feared were bugs, we decided that we didn't want too stay there. When we went to the front office to let the attendant know of our issues. She offered to move us to another room which i didn't feel was an acceptable solution. When I asked for a refund she said that was not possible as I had already checked in. I told her I would have cancelled, had I known the condition of the room ahead of time. It was so bad I am seeking remediation from my credit card company.
