The hotel room and property was nice and clean, good amenities. Only thing is the parking was located far in the back of the property and poorly lit. I recommend installing more lights especially near the tree areas. The entrance to the building was also difficult to find and confusing at first as it is hidden behind another building, maybe some extra signage would help.

Property was centralized to Flagstaff right off Milton Rd. Room was clean and facilities were well maintained. Included a small snack bar (for a fee) downstairs and also had a bar and cafe. Rooms are not sound proof, but for a quick stay it was great!

The property is very attractive. The large outdoor space, including firepits, the pool and jacuzzi, large outdoor games, covered seating, and even tables with built in iceboxes, made our 6-day visit relaxing. The room was comfortable, however, there is no place to store clothing. There was ONE drawer and shelf, and half a dozen hangers, in a room that sleeps 4.

Everything was great! But there was no notice that the hot tub and pool weren’t working until we got there, when we specifically filtered to find a place with those amenities. Kinda disappointed by that and wish we would’ve been able to see that those weren’t available

I was very happy staying at this hotel. Rooms and hotel is very well kept/clean and they smell so good. Rooms are sound proof/quiet. The bed was comfortable, shower was amazing, dry bar toiletries and a great hair dryer. The staff were so kind and helpful! Thank you for a terrific 3-day stay.

The first room smelled bad and had dog poop stains all over the carpet. There was dog food and poop in the bathroom. The second room had hair in the shower. Not clean at all. I felt like I was staying at Motel 6.

Walls are paper thin. Could hear the conversation (not to mention other things) next door as if they were in the same room. Bathroom was filthy. Hair in shower, stains on the bathroom floor.

Tastefully remodeled central location. Bathrooms were a huge disappointment, small sink, tiny airplane size shower and toilet. Good for a day and if you are single. But if you’re staying for multiple days it’s gonna be hugely inconvenient and especially with a family.

Now Wi-Fi connection in the two end wings of the building. Only in the center section by the lobby. First keys didn’t work had to reprogram. Hard to find entrance off busy street behind a gas station. Massive new hotel building project right next door.

Nice hotel in a good location for restaurants and to go to the Lowell Observeratory. It’s 10 minutes away. Rooms are a little small. The bathroom is very small. Price was good, so it’s a good hotel.

Nice looking hotel and staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the walls are very thin. We could here or neighbors like if their door between our rooms were open. Similar for people above us. Shame as everything else was very nice

Fantastic staff and room. Very clean and well equipped. My issue was the internet didn’t work the entire time I was there and the tv signal would cut in and out. It was really frustrating to have no internet - you could connect to the Wi-Fi but no internet. I tried different devices and no luck.

Every time I am in Flagstaff for work, I only stay at the Aiden. It is not a big property (which I love) It is very quiet and a safe area within walking distance to shopping, food and convenience stores. The staff is always so amazing and check in always easy and convenient.

Parking was horrible, felt bad because checking in, the front desk girl was also the bartender taking care of multiple bar guests while trying to check about 15 people in which annoyed everyone involved with the wait time. The thermostat in the room would not switch from heat only so it was blasting hot air all night and the shower had a leak into the bathroom and the room below. It was a cleaner hotel and staff was friendly, but no one even asked how the stay was or cared. I honestly wouldn’t stay again considering the better options right next door.

I checked in very late (around 12 AM) and was told by the front staff person (a gentleman with a goatee) that I could have a late 12 PM check-out. Housekeeping came banging on my door at 11 AM telling me they had no record of this and I needed to pack my bags and go. They were rude to me and did not apologize for the mistake. The coffee maker in the room was broken. There is very limited parking because it is on a hill, so I had to park far away and walk up and down a hill to get to my room. Do not stay here if you are looking for professional, courteous staff and a welcoming accomodation.

When I arrived to the hotel front desk said they couldn’t find my reservation. Their only solution was for me to pay again or contact Expedia. After contacting Expedia they had my reservation. Still they would not honor my reservation. Instead of trying to find solutions and help a customer they didn’t do anything at all. Terrible hospitality!

My wife and I were in Flagstaff for Parents' weekend. The hotel was within walking distance to our son's dorm at NAU. The interior looked modern, inviting and had a good vibe. Didn't get to use the pool and hot tub but the outdoor area was nice. Free or discounted breakfast would be awesome as well as better discounted happy hour.

The hotel is on top of a hill behind a strip mall and gas station. It is a little hard to find. Otherwise it is nice and new. I like their conservation efforts like dispensers for soap, no little bottles. The staff was very pleasant. I will stay there again.

The location was sort of hidden because you enter through a gas station and go up the hill. I also arrived at night so that may have contributed to me turning after the Aiden sign, instead of before it into the gas station. Other than that i thought the hotel was very nice, bright, clean and the check in people were very friendly and polite. Its very beautiful all over. I come from dry, dusty and cactus climate so the pine trees were a sight for us.

Ordered drinks twice at little bar there and bartender added a 1.00 trip each time that I didn’t authorize because I had put money in his tip jar. When I checked out and saw these charges I was made to feel it was my fault. Hopefully they will reverse these charges

Property is very nice. Rooms (at least mine 2nd story king room) was very spacious. AC worked great. Bathroom is nice. My real only issue is that the hotel doesn't offer coffee other than to purchase. I just think in today's market coffee in the morning is kind of the norm.

Aiden Hotel is a lovely property nestled amongst the beautiful pines. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, updated and very nice. The bed was slightly on the firmer side and very comfortable! The outdoor amenities and seating area was very nice and inviting. Also they had a lovely little coffee shop with the best blueberry scone that I have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable! The pool & outside area with the seating & fire pits were very nice and clean. The real problem is that there is no coffee or water refill system in the lobby. With the reduction of the room amenities and breakfast offerings at a high cost, these 2 items (lobby coffee & water refill station) should be available to guests, no question! Thank you for a great place to stay during our visit to Flagstaff!
