The room was horrendous, my friend and I walked in and immediately wanted to leave, but when we checked the room we decided it was an absolute no, there were multiple hairs all over our beds and the sheets were stained with urine and blood, there was holes in the mattresses and protectors. Not to mention what looked to be black mold growing in between the connecting doors and in the shower. We took multiple photos and videos to dispute our stay because when we walked back down to the lobby to tell them we wanted to cancel our stay and get a refund they refused to help and were very rude, stating that the GM and shift manager were unavailable and or refused to talk to people. It was only when we mentioned going to the health department and the fire marshall that they began to cooperate, the smoke detectors were covered in tape and things like the phone and tables were covered in what looked like some dried up sauce, overall just a nasty and distasteful experience I have only been refunded for 1 night and am still waiting on my other night. I paid nearly 400 for at minimum 2 clean beds and hell, I wasn't even provided that. Not worth the money you're gonna spend and I pray for anyone else that chooses to stay here

Checked out after 40 min, door lock was broken and several unhoused people on the property, including the lobby. Saw a man in a ski mask looking into the rooms, which is when we packed and left the property.
