Very good hotel that I can recommend. Only two problems: shower doesn't get more than luke warm, and there needs to be a sign in the laundry that says users must empty the machines immediately after their clothes are washed/dried.

Room was nice. Rainfall style showerhead.. pressure was good. Weird toilet that pushes water not flushes.. Was really hoping for a hot tub.. the "hottub" was luke warm at best. Lots of bubbles, big drop off of steps so be careful going in. Breakfast was good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal.

I would rate my stay 5 stars, but there were a couple of drawbacks. The hot tub was not as hot as expected, which was disappointing. The pool was also colder than I would have liked, and it was especially too cold for kids. Additionally, there was no safe in the room, which I didn't anticipate. On a positive note, the breakfast, drinks, and hors d'oeuvres were great and added to the experience. Overall, a good stay, but these few improvements would make it even better.

The overall stay was very good. Nice room, pleasant staff, good meals at breakfast and supper. A ding, 4 stars, on cleanliness is due to the fitness room. Floor cleaning was lacking. Dust and dirt in the corners and under the machines. The staff was very nice to accommodate a bit of a late check out as we arranged our rental car schedule. Staying at Drury Flagstaff was a great part of our trip!

The location was appropiate for our needs, carpets and rooms need a real clean-up, did not feel comfortable with so many dogs in the property and the fact that people come down to the dinning area with their dogs, don't get me wrong, I love dogs, but I feel they don't belong in the dinning area

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was lovely and very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the location is unbeatable. It's a very short walk to the downtown area with all the shopping and dining options and an equally easy stroll to the University.

The staff was excellent. The room was very nice. The bathroom had staining on the wall and under the sink that appeared to be mold. There is no ventilation in the bathroom.

It was a very clean and well laid out hotel. We have stayed twice now and would come back the next time we visit our son at NAU. The proximity to everything we want to do as well as ease of parking are an added bonus. Everyone on staff is very friendly and have even given us tips for how we can best utilize the campus during our stay

Wonderful view of San Francisco Peaks from the room. Some snow in June on the peak. Free dinner and breakfastfor really reasonable price for a huge room with two queen beds. Everything was excellent from feeling safe at the hotel and vehicle parked in the parking lot. Excellent full service breakfast buffet with a large variety of choices. Evening adult appetizers were great Very professional and friendly staff. Only one negative and that is Internet reception is barely one signal, you have to go outside to receive text or conduct internet.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hallways had been renovated and looked very clean. The room was a bit dated, but it was spacious enough, the bed was large, and overall it was very comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure, which was great. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the room was broken and couldn’t be used, but since coffee was available in the lobby, it wasn’t a big problem. The breakfast was always monitored by staff, the selection was good, and I was very satisfied.

Great...very convenient location, we walked to city center abou 10 min...felt safe....all staff at the hotel was super friendly and helpful....definitely one of my favorites...i did not like the toiletries left my skin dry..but walgrens was very close. The girls at the front desk were lovely and very informative. It was a very nice stay.

Drury properties are the hotels I look for 1st. Stumbled upon one in Frisco, TX and was impressed. This particular location's pluses and minuses are: Plus: Clean, moderately priced, friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfy beds, indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and fabulous free breakfasts and dinner buffets with something for everyone. Challenges: Hotel is awkward to get into and out of because of its location at the intersection of regular streets and one-way streets; The intersection has a lot of noisy traffic. All I can say is "wow". You should try it.

This is a solid, quiet, real hotel, seven stories, concrete and steel. Not a typical wood frame hotel. Complementary happy hour with heavy hors d'oeuvres, complementary breakfast, free parking in an adjacent parking garage, right next to Northern Arizona University, a great place to stay.

The number one draw of the hotel: free dinner and drinks, turned into its biggest headache due to insufficient space for food stations and seating in the dining area. To alleviate the latter, additional seating was placed on the second floor, right outside our hotel room! Everytime I'd open the door, I'd be greeted by a family of four eating, and gawking into my room.

Great Stay in Flagstaff – Would Definitely Return! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, within walking distance of downtown Flagstaff and Northern Arizona University, making it convenient for both exploring the area and attending events at NAU. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic on the first night, with a great variety during the evening cocktail hour. However, on the second night, the food ran out quickly within just half an hour of opening, leaving limited options. It was a bit disappointing, but not a major issue. Breakfast on both mornings was great, with a good selection to choose from. The continental offerings were also a nice touch, making for a very satisfying start to the day. I had a great stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

The evening snack and beverage was ok but nothing special. Food quality was poor. We have stayed here 3 times prior but not sure we would go back.

Loved the food for breakfast buffet and dinner buffet and free drinks! Great variety of food and food was delicious. We stayed here because it had a breakfast buffet but the dinner hot food and free drinks were just icing on the cake!! Will recommend to all my family and friends

The breakfast buffet was very good! Lots of options and lots of seating for the buffet. The happy hour from 5:30 to 7 pm was good too! We had free drinks and they had really good appetizers too! There was a lot of food for appetizers!!
