This is not the Ritz. But for the amount you pay, you get a fantastic deal. Nice staff who are very helpful. I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door for the entire stay, so housekeeping would hang all the necessities on my door every day. Very nice move. There is a 7 eleven right next door and the location is convenient both towards city center and the airport. The gym was a big disappointment and looked nothing like the pictures. But again, for the amount you pay you can’t expect much more. Would definitely stay here again in the future

This is the second time i have stayed at The Journey Hotel, the facilities are good as well as the rooms, there is also a 7-11 shop out the front to the side that is convenient.

nice hotel for a night when you need to catch a plane. But it is far from any transports so you need a taxi to move around. There is a 7 eleven attached to it, so it is convenient and inside the hotel you have a bar/restaurant

I really enjoyed the stay and the staff couldnt have been more welcoming or helpful. The snack bar was a useful addition for light meals. This is just me, but it was a little far out from Bangkok for travellers wanting to go into tge City often but well located for the airport. TV channel choice was exceptional with tins of English and foreign language channels as standard.

This was a fine choice as an inexpensive airport hotel. BKK was 25 mins away by Grab. There was a 7-11 literally steps away from the front door so we got dinner there one night since there really isn’t restaurant life in the vicinity. The front desk staff were efficient but not friendly, but we didn’t really need them to be. There’s a cafe on the lobby floor but it was not cheap. If you’re looking for a place to just sleep when going back to your country, this option worked well.

Very clean hotel and housekeeping does an excellent job. Mega Bangna mall is a 10 minute drive by taxi or Bolt. Not much near the hotel except for a 7-Eleven next door.

Room, bed, bathroom and entry all are clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast five menus were good. Omelette rice I have eaten for dinner, it was good taste. First night late I have checked in and room was highway side. Next day the hotel front guy had accepted my request to change the room for city view and during my absence in day times hotel staff have moved all my lugauge and changed to the opposite side room. So quiet and comfortable room he assigned to me. The bed mat is good and large triple size bed was so comfortable. All hotel hospitality was excellent. The 711 shop beside hotel was so convenient. Two concerns 1, location the front street can flood easily after raining. The drain system is not good on the front street. If it is fixed it is much comfortable 2, morning time the Grab around that area are not much. So it takes time to find grab Overall the hotel is so clean and the value of the hotel is like five star hotel.

The hotel itself is nice! The lobby looks great and the room was very clean. The shower needs a little bit of pressure. It was low. The surrounding area was not as nice. The location from the center of Bangkok was a little too far. Overall the cleaning crew was spectacular! The reception was very nice as well. The hotel room was very comfortable especially the beds. We just had trouble obtaining a ride from Grab because of the distance. Plus the ride through traffic was pretty bad. The food offerings were great as well. Plus the 7-Eleven next door was a big plus!! Overall happy with a quaint local hotel.

El lugar es precioso, las instalaciones generales pareciera que son nuevas. La zona la verdad la escogí porque tenía que salir al día siguiente al aeropuerto y eso ayuda si vas por un día de rápido, está lejos de las zonas turísticas de Bangkok, por ese lado no lo sugeriría pero fuera de eso, todo excelente. Hay un 7Eleven a lado y la señora de enfrente afuera vende una comida bien rica!

Really good value. Quick taxi ride to Bangna Mega shopping centre. 7 11 or equivalent just downstairs. Meal options are predominantly Thai with one meal - American Breakfast - a Thai version of an English / American / Australian breakfast.
