Loren Hotel&Suites

The hotel was very good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also really appreciated the hotel’s location. It is conveniently situated in a tourist area, which makes it a great choice for visitors. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel

The primary Sudanese receptionist was exceptional in his service and hospitality. He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay. All the staff were helpful and very kind. Clean rooms, nice balcony view and perfect location close to the river.

The supervisor, Mwafaq and the owner were good and friendly. If it weren't for them then the stay would not have been tolerable. The rooms' walls have a lot of mold that needs to be addressed. The overall and detailed cleanliness is lacking. We stayed for 5 days and did not receive the promised spare keys nor the safety box keys nor did the requested fixing in the room. At check-in, they did not find the second room's reservation with Hotel.com claiming that Hotel.com did not inform their agent - Expedia - of the booking and that all rooms were occupied and full. After waiting for close to half an hour they still were not able to find the booking but gave me the second room I had already paid for.

Böcekli oda ve kırık yatak rezaleti: Normalde yorum yapmayacaktım iyi niyetimle fakat zaten 2 gün olan tatilimizin o kadar zor geçmesine vesile oldular ki yazmadan edemeyeceğim. Kendileri hotels.com üzerinden yaptığım rezervasyonuma ne yaptı bilmiyorum fakat açamadığım için sadece buradan yorum yazabiliyorum. Wp’den attığım mesaja da dönüş sağlanmadı. İki kardeş annemizle geldiğimiz hepi topu iki gecelik gezimiz için denize yakın diye tercih ettik. Asansör olmadığını bilmiyorduk, 3. kat oda verilmis. Annemin beli rahatsız. sağolsunlar yardımcı olup ikinci kat oda verdiler. odaya yerleştik çıktık. Gece geldiğimizde kardeşimin yatagı ve yan duvar tamamen böcek içindeydi. kapı açık da bırakılmamıştı. O şokla resepsiyonu aradık. Kırmızı fantom süpürgeleriyle geldiler. Haliyle o gece orada kalamazdık. Otelde de boş oda yok. teklifleriyle gecenin o vakti, o yorgunlukla valizlerle yürüyerek diğer otellerine geçiş yaptık. İsmi Acar Suite Otel. Orada son derece saygısız resepsiyon görevlisi kaydımızı yaptı. Odaya gectiğimizde kırık bi yatak bizi bekliyordu. Kardesim geceyi fotoğraftaki yatakta gecirdi. Bunu resepsiyona ilettiğimde son derece lakayıt bi tavırla karşılaştım. 1 gecenin ardından hemen çıkış yaptım. Hotels.com üzerinden kalan gecenin parasını aldım. ama bir geceyi de helal etmiyorum. Sayenizde zaten 2 gece olan tatilimin yüzde 90’ı otel bakmakla geçti.
