We booked this place as a new experience for my Mexican mom and we loved the place for how rustic it is, like old timey. Price was the cheapest and more reasonable I could find close to Banff. View to the mountains and there's a river across the highway, it was like camping but without the hassle. There's room in each cabin for your own firepit. The cabin had dishes, a stove, microwave, kettle and mini fridge, tv with cable and wifi with some streaming services. There was coffee and sugar in there but I would recommend bring your own. The only thing that it was a downside was, the shower, it's so small and old, the bathroom was fine. And the pillows were atrocious so hard and big, maybe bring your own. The place gets pretty cold and blankets are thin, but does have a thermostat so you can adjust the temperature. 15 min Drive to the town of banff. What a cute place, my partner and I loved the place for a weekend getaway, so we may comeback.
